Excellent monthly service to rid our home of pests, especially cockroaches. We had a problem almost a year ago, and within weeks, the problem was solved. We continue to have Advanced IPM service our home every two months to keep the pests out. Last week, I discovered some cockroaches in our yard, and even though they weren't in the house, I called our service representative out to complete our bi-monthly service a few days ahead of our scheduled service. I thought it was rats, it was BATS, and they came out, same day, and now we're going to make a bat house aka bat box for the bats as we love bats, and they're really helpful. No charge for us btw! My husband and I recently discovered that we had rodents entering our garage. We found this out the hard way, because when we took our car in for maintenance service, the technician reported that the wiring to the safety system on the car had been chewed up by rodents. Since we have always kept our car in the garage, it was obvious the rodents were entering from the exterior of our home. Since we were now driving a loaner car for a few days while our car was being repaired, we were fearful that the rodents would start gnawing away at the wires in the loaner car, as well! So we were extra anxious about getting someone out for a pest inspection right away. That's when I requested help from multiple pest control businesses, but, due to this being a busy time of year, no one was available immediately. However, after speaking to a very gracious person at Advanced Integrated Pest Management, I was told they would try to reach their tech, Jedediah, on his way home from work to see if he could stop by. Well, to our great relief, Jedediah said, "No problem," and was at our front door shortly after. After politely introducing himself and handing us his business card, he not only began his inspection, but also educated us along the way as to what evidence he was seeing of rodent intrusion and showed us all of the entry points the rodents were using to get into the garage. Afterward, he informed us of the plan his business normally offers for controlling such intrusions. However, when we told him we were scheduled to have our home's siding completely replaced within two weeks, he then suggested some measures we could use to prevent the rodents from getting into the garage in the interim. By this time, it was getting late, and Jedediah noticed that we were clearly quite tired and overwhelmed by this whole, unexpected affair, as well as by the prospect of our immediately needing to clean up the attractants and the mess in the garage that the rodents had left behind. At that point, to our surprise, he then asked if we would like some supplies, and when we said, "Yes!" he went straight to his truck and returned with a box containing a number of traps and a bundle of steel wool that we could use right away to plug up the entry holes the rodents were using! On top of this, when we asked what we owed him for the supplies, he simply smiled, waved us off, and wished us good night. So, not only did Advanced IPM go out of their way to offer us a free inspection service after their regular business hours, but they sent their kind, friendly, understanding, and generous tech, Jedediah, to give us immediate help when we needed it most. For all these reasons, we would not hesitate to reach out to Advanced IPM again. And we highly recommend that if you have a need for pest control, you do the same! read more

Saw swarms of flying termites in our backyard, so I gave Jedediah a call to inspect our house in case those pests were trying to settle in. He did a thorough inspection outside and inside. I have had the worst time with a gnat infestation in my outside entry area. Multiple home remedies plus a couple of Exterminator quotes that were only trying to sell me an annual contract. They came once and continued to bill us monthly even though they didn't show up for scheduled visits. We then hired Advanced IPM and after a few visits, our mice are no longer here! And Michael continues to show up and do a thorough sweep through to make sure everything looks good. He is always a pleasure to be around and takes his time assessing the building for any issues. Scott has been to our house twice now. He's great! Informative, explains what and why he's doing whatever pest treatment you requested. Or first session eliminated several colonies of ants living under some pavers!! He takes the initiative to offer a new area .. or include a new area you have a question about, within the prevue you contracted for. We had an ant infestation and chose this company because of all the 5-star reviews. I am glad we did . John Bradford was the service tech, and he had years of experience. He took the time to explain the options for our problem and suggested keeping chemicals outside the house and placing a few jell bait spots in strategic locations within the home. When ants find the jell, they take some back to their nests, and it kills them all. He sprayed the perimeter and the foundation vents. We have not seen any ants since. read more

We were scheduled for a free inspection shortly after contacting AIPM. Arvin came to do our inspection. He was thorough, helpful, and talked through what the management plan would be. Within a few minutes after he departed, a proposed contract was in my email. We checked a few other companies, and decided to go with AIPM as their initial services were what we needed and the ongoing pest control was competitively priced as compared to the other companies. Best of all for us, the office is located in Cotati and it is "down the street" from us, making it easy to pay a visit if we ever feel the need--but I highly doubt that we will. Advanced IPM is a fabulous rodent company. My mom's home required some exclusion work, and they went over her home with a fine-tooth comb. They investigated every nook and cranny, and even Ft. We contracted with Advanced IPM because we have roof rats entering our attic space and above our ceiling. They were quick to respond and came out to do the first job quickly. They tried to close any intrusion areas around the house and did a trap set. However, we had to request them to come back about 8 times because the rats kept coming back. The technicians were not willing to get on our roof to do a proper inspection because our roof has a steep slope. It is 7 months later and we still have rats in our ceiling. We now have to find a more qualified exterminator that is able to get on our roof. read more
