Nature Science Pest Control rocks!…read more We've only ever had to use their service for odorous house ants, which apparently are very common (and overpopulated?) in our area. We're on a semi-annual plan. They visited recently and sprayed around the perimeter of our house, and used some localized treatment in a tree where they saw ants. We appreciate their eco/friendly and pet-safe practices (we let the spray dry and then our yard is safe for our dogs again). Also appreciate their responsiveness in setting up the visit by text, and then texting again when the tech is on the way to us. Every technician we've had has been friendly and knowledgable, as well as quick and efficient.

From time to time Mother Nature claps back, but New West is kind enough to stop by and do a follow up at no extra cost. The customer service is amazing. We had an issue with rats due to recent construction in our neighborhood. They sent out a representative. I showed him areas of concern. He was very thorough and we discussed a plan. Due to miscommunication I was under the impression the entire exposed perimeter of our home would be rat proof when in reality 3/4 was completed and some of that wasn't up to our satisfaction. We took pictures and sent them to the representative, who advised us that I misunderstood about the entire perimeter, but agreed the areas of concern were not done correctly. Three techs later and it still wasn't done correctly. A manager came out and made empty promises to fix things and to discount work. Apparently he meant a discount for additional work at a cost to us. We asked several times for an itemized bill to explain the charges, and all we received was the original statement I hope Management takes this feedback seriously to improve communication and accountability skills.

Five Stars - Evicted the Rodent Roommates I Never Signed a Lease With…read more If I could give Wildlife Exclusion Specialist more stars, I would--mostly because they helped me reclaim my home from the tiny, uninvited tenants who were throwing nightly dance parties in my attic. Rats and mice had turned my place into their own Airbnb (minus the payment and with far more droppings). I was starting to question who really owned the house. Enter Wildlife Exclusion Specialist, the heroes I didn't know I needed. They arrived on time, assessed the situation with the calm confidence of people who have seen things--things involving tails, teeth, and shredded insulation. Not only did they seal every entry point with surgical precision, they somehow managed to do it without making me feel like I'd been living in a horror movie (even though I had). Within days, the scratching stopped. The nighttime rodent rave was shut down. Peace returned, and I no longer wake up wondering if a mouse is using my toothbrush. Professional, responsive, and strangely charismatic for people who spend their days confronting squeaky squatters--Wildlife Exclusion Specialist lives up to the name. Call them. Your sanity (and your wiring) will thank you.

Bay Counties came recommended by our neighbors and David came out right away. He sprayed the exterior and treated the black widow web efficiently and quickly. So fast that we barely noticed him come and go. He did come back and do monthly maintenance (at $95 a pop), however after awhile the spiders stopped being an issue (perhaps he did too good a job!) so we ended the monthly contract. The Bay Counties Termite and Pest office staff was flexible with cancellations also quick with their response and billing. I'll be quick to call them the next time the next pest pops up...

We chose to have a whole house treatment as pests were found in not only the upstairs and downstairs western wall, but also in the hardwood oak floor. Once we selected this local company, they gave us a complete packet of the process and the special food bags to use for any unsealed food items. We packed 100% of our and our pets' medications and took them with us. Due to our dog and cat, we rented a house with a yard. That property was near to our office, allowing us to check on our pets. We would recommend We Care Pest in Santa Rosa for answering our calls and questions and for their friendly and professional assistance during this challenging move out for us.

They took the time to look at every part of our house to identify any potential entry points for pests. A day or two later, they had a technician come by our house for the work (screening, mortar patching, and setting traps). The work was highly effective and solved our rodent problem. Three or four month laters, however, we had a different problem, so I called up Tyler, and he said his partner Ryan could come that same day for a reinspection. Ryan showed up and we walked through the house again in detail and discussed next steps. But rather than book a follow-up appointment, Ryan was kind enough to take an hour or so of his time and just perform the work himself, and all at no charge!
