Friendly, fast--and thorough. This company has a great price point. No more bugs here!

I've been a customer for a few years and am completely satisfied with their service. My house has an ant issue and the regular maintenance I receive keeps them at bay. From time to time Mother Nature claps back, but New West is kind enough to stop by and do a follow up at no extra cost. The customer service is amazing. I love how respectful and friendly Cash and Staci are. Additionally, I find the cost to be completely reasonable. I enjoy supporting local business instead of one of those corporate companies. read more

The service person that came. Out (Cash) was fantastic did a great job checking inside and out for mice, outside in green can there was one that had eaten through the back of the lid and a week ago jumped out by me and went into garden. So he set some traps and did not try to sell me something I did not need he suggested he could come back in a week to check to see what's going.on. Very happy with the service from New west read more

Quick response time and very friendly staff. They are professional and provide effective services at fair prices. We have continued to use them and recommend them. read more

I've been relying on New West Pest Control for a long time. I did a review in 2022 because they got rid of my little ants and spiders and a few rats in the attic (!). But today I'm leaving a review about Cash, the guy who comes and takes care of everything. He is so nice and engaging and I have come to know him and hear stories of his family. I love to do business with a company where the employees seem more like friends than just someone who shows up. Thanks New West Pest Control and Cash for your superior customer service. read more

I have been a customer for 3 years and I have to say that they are so very reliable and helpful. They are always extremely courteous, punctual and knowlegeable and it is nice to have a business that you can rely on. I have had issues with ants and they will come back if the problem is not solved. Very well run business, and always good to support local family run businesses! read more

Were incredibly responsive & able to help us with an ant problem quickly. Cash was our in-site guy & walked us through everything he'd be doing. Haven't seen a critter since. Hope to never need an exterminator again but will give them a call if we do! read more

I had an ant infestation in almost every room in our house. I called and spoke to Staci who was very nice and helpful throughout the experience. They came out a month ago and sprayed the entire exterior, and treated the interior too. I was told to wait a week and to call them if we still had ants. After a week there was a drastic reduction, but we still had ants. I called and they came right back out. They treated again and I have not seen a single ant since! I would highly recommend them. Every employee has been over the top nice, explained all the steps they were taking, and did thorough work. Thanks again!!! read more

Matthew (Matt) was great ! He showed up right at the time Stacy said he would, and within a few minutes the yellow jacket nest was dispatched. Also, it was just nice to talk to a fellow bass player :) I recommend New West Pest Control for their courteous demeanor and phone calls. Great communication and very professional. They said if the nest is still there, his work is guaranteed and he'll re-spray it. Thanks NWPC ! read more

Stacy at the office was very helpful and nice! On the service day, they arrived right on time, Service person was super nice ! Did a great job. Highly recommended :) read more

Steve is such a good guy. Yeah, yeah, he came and set traps and foamed/blocked holes and caught our rat... I mean, he's a pro, and that's what you'd expect *any* pro to do when they come to your house. But he was also just a terrific, genuine human, who clearly cared about the job (almost more than the money, maybe). And isn't that what you really want when you hire someone? We had agreed on his coming once a week for five weeks, and damn if we didn't start looking forward to seeing him each week. read more

I am so glad I found New West Pest Control!! I asked them to come out for a second opinion, after a national company completed a subpar evaluation and presented us with an astronomical estimate. Cash came out and did a thorough evaluation and found the root of the problem right away. He was able to do the necessary work on the spot and for an extremely reasonable price. They made everything so easy. I am so glad I found such a reliable and affordable, local company to help us with our pest issues. I will definitely be recommending them and using them for any future needs. Thank you! read more

Honestly not sure how to rate this place. Their customer service was outstanding. Both Stacy and Cash were very knowledgeable about my ant problem. Cash arrived on time and sprayed for ants. The ants never went away though, so he came back out about 1.5 weeks later and sprayed again. This time the ants left for a week and then came right back! So while they are great at customer service and I can tell want to do the very best job bottom line they did not take care of the ant problem. I am sure they would be willing to come back out a 3rd time, however that would cost me for another treatment. I don't feel I should have to pay AGAIN when the ants never actually left in the first place. read more

Just so folks know, I tried calling them several times during their normal and no one answered. I then inquired about service an they sent a short message that they aren't accepting any one-time or regular new customers. Kind of dumbfounding. So people seeking pest control help should probably look elsewhere since they aren't taking new business. read more

We were very happy with the service. It was very easy to make an appointment, we got all details needed for the inspection and first evaluation over the phone. Matthew came on time, did a thorough job and we are definitely recommending him and the company. A big plus, there is no charge for the inspection, other companies charge an upfront fee regardless of their finding anything or not. read more

Steve was a total professional and helped me trap a very smart roof rat. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable about how to figure out where the rat had entered the house. He plugged all the potential holes and helped me clean up the mess. I recommend Steve and felt very safe inviting him into my home. read more

We had an problem that we just couldn't beat. New West came out and professionally sprayed our whole house inside and out, dusted all of our sockets. There were professional, courteous and on time. Within the day we have no more ants. We Will use them every time. Jesse read more

What a great team. Responsive, problem solvers. We had ant problem and called for one visit. Loved them so ,much we now use them monthly for all pest issues. Would highly recommend them! read more

I agree with some of the other comments here. I've reached out to Steve several times over the past couple of years, and always received personal and effective service. Most recently, I called about a couple of pest issues which it turns out were hard to solve, but Steve provided some suggestions over the phone (at no cost) which have worked. Hopefully I don't have any more pest issues, but when I will always call Steve at New West to fix them. read more

We have used NEW WEST PEST CONTROL for getting rid of the bees on our property. Very prompt, very reliable, professional. Matt was the tech. Thank you for getting rid of those petty stingers. read more

I have to say that my experience with New West Pest Control was a really great one! They let me know that they would be on vacation and they responded so fast. Stacy helped coordinate my appointment. I had two different technicians that also helped me be knowledgeable in the products they would be using to for both ants/spiders. They were all incredibly friendly and prompt. Truly a great experience. read more

Just had them over for a free inspection and they very honestly told me that my house was already very sealed up and didn't need any work. Very nice gentleman dealt with my crazy dogs and muddy yard. He agreed my issue is the dog door and gave me some suggestions. I really appreciated his honesty and will use them again instead of the service we previously used which seemed to make up issues just to come up with expensive charges. Thanks! read more

We have an ant infestation problem so New West came out to take care of it. Cash, the pest control associate was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and why. This service comes with a 2 month guarantee which makes me feel better. I highly recommend New West Pest Control. read more

Came back many times to reset traps and crawl under the house to see where the pest was. No pest (thankfully) but he informed us that it was probably the ductwork making the sound. Price was great for all the work he did. read more

Rats...ugh! We are totally happy with the work done by New West. Cash came out. Analyzed the situation. Made great suggestions and went ahead and took care of the problem. Even our dogs liked him! New West definitely worth calling. read more

These are the nicest people you could hope to do business with. It's great service, generous coverage, and great customer service. Best of all, the nasty spiders and ants are all gone. If we see any reappear early, they come out and retreat free of charge. read more

New West made it out to our home during the fire evacuation warning and public safety power shutoff which is amazing in itself. The specialist was instantly able to spot where rats enter our laundry room through a large open space under our home, & he noted it would require a large project to fully fix the issue. We rent and, knowing my parents as our landlords would not be up for such a big project, I said this immediately. Rather than packing up his bags & leaving, however, he walked the perimeter of our home & showed my husband some areas he could seal up to combat the issue. This felt like going above and beyond the line of duty. Thanks! read more

We were absolutely fed up with all of the ants in the house. Enough. I called New West and set up an appointment for the following week. Today Steve arrived right on time. I explained our situation and showed Steve a few ant area's in the house. Great guy. He walked all around the house and suggested that we start with the outside first. We have 2 dogs and kept them inside while he sprayed. Steve stated that give it 1 week for the ants to disappear. If for a y reason the ants are not gone he will return and spray again. Awesome. I appreciate the timelines and professional experience provided by New West. Taking the doggies out for a hike and let the outside spray dry. Ants be gone! Appreciate the great service as a small business owner myself. read more

They really helped us with our ant problem! And, when the ants came back two months later due to construction across the street, they came back too and took care of them again for free. Good people. read more

I've had monthly service with New West for about 3 years. They're good, reliable, great service. I highly recommend them for monthly or even a one time service. read more

This company is awesome! Matt has been servicing our complex for years, you're not going to find more dedicated, hard working, passionate young man like Matt, to take care of your pest control needs... We were faced with some challenges this past year to say the least. The drought along with the downpour of consistent rainfall last winter, didn't help much either... but each time this company was always there to accommodate our needs! Just remember, for regular maintenance or a pest control problem you just can't handle, you can count on Matt and Steve to get the job done! Thank you again, Steve and Matt, we appreciate all of your hard work and dedication! read more

We were told by a workman that we had a wasp problem and obtained 3 estimates from pest control companies. New West had the best Yelp reviews and was the most reasonable with respect to cost. They were also the most booked. While waiting for our appointment (several weeks out), a second workman suggested we had a rat problem. I called New West and they said Steve could check for rats, too, on our scheduled visit. Steve was absolutely worth the wait. Personable, competent and thorough, he removed several wasp nests and treated the area in short order. He did a thorough inspection of our attic and crawl space and determined there was no current rat infestation. When it came to to settle up, he charged less than the estimate. We were so happy. We recommend New West/Steve wholeheartedly and without reservation. He deserves every one of his Yelp stars! He is a Yelp star! read more

Hired New West for an ant infestation at my rental. My tenants were thrilled with the service. Everything was explained and they were flexible with doing the inside one day and the outside treatment on another day since rain was expected. Will definitely hire them again if needed in the future. read more

I found Steve on Yelp and called him because of his positive reviews. Boy, am I glad I did! We had installed a new fountain in our backyard and had a major problem with wasps. Steve sprayed under the eaves of both stories of our home where they had built their nests and voila! no more wasps! Steve is responsive, professional and the nicest of guys to do business with. I highly recommend. read more

I've been meaning to mention my great interaction with Steve, the owner of New West. I had issues with bees getting into the air handling at a business in Healdsburg. I could not figure out how they were getting in and it was a problem with bees dropping on visitors etc. Steve had a very full day the following day so he agreed to meet me early (7AM) at the shop. With cool morning temps we could easily open up the system without risk of getting stung. It turned out to be a very simple fix so he told me the best way to proceed. Even though he drove 20-30 minutes each direction to meet and then spent time helping me figure it out, he would not take any payment. Basically he educated me on how to deal with the issue and was generous enough to leave with a smile and a handshake. This level of service and good will is tough to find these days so I would strongly recommend New West. read more

Steve was prompt and very professional and friendly. He immediately took care of the wasp nest issue we had by spraying and taking down over 20 nests. He did an extremely thorough job and I highly recommend him! read more

We had ants in our bathroom and needed to act swiftly. New West Pest Control replied to my request on Yelp quickly and was out to our house the next day. Kyle was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them for any other pest control issues we have. read more

Over the past month, we had New West Pest Control get rid of a rodent problem that we had. Cash, the young man that came out weekly to change traps, etc. was the most delightful person to work with. He was very efficient and explained everything that he was doing. He did a very unpleasant job with a smile on his face. Very personable. We will definitely use New West Pest Control going forward if we ever have a problem like this again. read more
