We've been dealing with a rat/rats under our house for the past week. Shoofly was recommened to us by a close friend. We were told the service is excellent and the technicians are great. This is where it gets interesting. I called yesterday at 6:30pm to see if there was anyway we could have someone come out today since we were leaving for a week and were worried about gnawing damage. To my surprise, my late day call was answered by Tyler, the owner. He was super friendly and was able to get a tech out the next day! As promised, at about 12:15 L.U., the field tech, showed up. He was super friendly, answering all our questions then proceeded to spend more than 2.5 hours inspecting the perimeter of our house and drawing up a plan for repairs to make the house rat proof. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. We received his reasonable quote and walked through all the details on how the work would be done. Before L.U. left, he set 6 traps, two at each crawl space opening. I asked him the cost of his nearly 3 hours of time, and his response was No Charge! We will most definitely hire Shoofly to do the repair work and will likely engage them for bi-monthly maintenance service. If you are considering this company, I strongly recommend them. These days finding good, honest service companies is really hard. These guys are great! Thank you Tyler and L.U.!! read more

Helio was amazing! Not only did he educate me on treatments, but he also educated me about spiders and other creatures. This young man has decades of experience, and he is excellent. I handed him my credit card and said, ok, I don't want to see more spiders again. He handed me my card back. He told me how the spiders work and how the treatment works and takes time. I handed him my card back and thanked him for his honesty! Shoo Fly was prompt, courteous, and informative and even treated the same inspection day. I am so grateful for this service and Technician Helio and thankful to support a locally owned company! read more

Had a great experience using ShooFly! Tyler answered my call promptly and inspected shortly thereafter. Everything was straight forward and then another tech reinspected & closed several openings around my home after the holiday. Helio was great to work with and very thorough. Hoping the measures taken solves my issue, but I'd expect the same level of service if I had to have them return. I highly recommend ShooFly to anyone in need of their services! read more

L.U. is the best. Great guy with a great attitude and very friendly. He is very professional and thorough, and he knows his stuff and gives good advice on how to help prevent against future problems. Will always promptly return calls for any concerns. He is also very trustworthy which is very important since in the past we had trust issues with other bigger companies. Also, they always kept changing new technicians. I really recommend this company! read more

Manuel provided outstanding service. This is the second time he has serviced my address, and he continues to be incredibly thorough and professional. He inspected for rodent entry points, pulled out appliances, and clearly explained the habits, activity signs, and what to watch for. All of the technicians I've worked with have been top-notch, but Manuel always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend! read more
