NEVER hire them. They don't do good work. They don't solve rodent problems well. They treat customers poorly and don't honor their one year guarantee. Last year we had mice so loud I couldn't sleep at night. We could hear them in our walls all the time but mostly at night. We hired them. they caught one rat and closed one area and said ok, that's it. But the noises continued for months on end. I kept calling and saying they didn't solve it so the owner finally came out and acted like I was crazy. But before hiring them we had had mice run across the living room floor and run across our bedroom at night. My husband had caught a couple. So we definitely KNEW there was mouse problem. He said everything was closed and there's no way. my husband finally caught a mouse so we had proof and the company came again. They found multiple more places to close up!!! and the noises finally stopped. But it was months before this happened. End of October 2022 to be exact. Now less than a year since they actually seemed to have solved the problem, we have mice again. Heard noises. Caught one in the pantry. Mouse poop all over the pantry. They have a one year guarantee so I called back. They're saying since they came so many times for free our year expired. It isn't my fault they couldn't get rid of the problem for months and had to keep coming back. The year guarantee should be from when they solve the problem... not when you hire them!! That's ridiculous. And this isn't even a mouse in the walls... this is in my kitchen!! Fully in my house. They did a terrible job, don't communicate well or nicely, and don't honor their commitments. We just purchased a house in Petaluma that turned out to be horribly rat infested! The beasties chewed through the wiring in the stove so that one of the burners didn't work. These guys were absolutely amazing - true experts. We noticed a strong skunk smell lingering around our house for a few days. They came over to assess the situation, and found that a skunk had dug itself a den under our deck, and then been mauled by another animal. They cleared out the remains, deodorized, and filled in the den to prevent any future intrusions. They also inspected the rest of our home for any vulnerabilities, and mended up a few areas under the roof where they noticed some potential entry points. I had a rodent die under my house. It was in a very tight location and I could not get to it. The smell was horrid. I called several rodent control companies. Tried to get rid of the rats myself. After months of trying I decided to give Nick's Pest Control a call. Nick and Tyler came out an reviewed the house. They looked in the attic and under the house and gave me an estimate of what they will do to get rid of the rats. They were very positive that they could get rid of the rats. They came out the next week to set the traps and close areas around and under the house where the rats were getting in. The following week they came to check the traps and see how everything was doing. . I have not seen or heard any Rats. I wished I would have called earlier. It would have saved a lot of grief. Highly recommend Nick's Extreme Pest Control! I had a bat flying around my bedroom late at night on a weekend and no other companies would even answer their phones at a later hour. Nick was able to be at my house within the hour. He was very professional, and was able to remove the bat without causing any harm which I appreciated. I believe his normal hours are usually during the day, but he is worth a call when you're in a pickle like I was! If he is available he will show up and go the extra mile. Top of the line service from Nick and his crew! Nick came the day I called and we did a complete walk around the house with him pointing out entry locations where the rats would be getting in. Came back in a couple days and sealed all the locations and set traps. Returned today to check the traps, take away the dead, and reset the traps. Will be back again to check the traps. What can I say? Nick is a relentless hunter of all pests. He was able to rid my home (both crawl space and attic) and guest cottage (ceiling, walls and crawl space) of rats and mice. False advertising. I found this business in the phone book. I called because the ad said "24 emergency service" and I had been hunting a live mouse in my house for two hours with no success. The ad also says, "Rodent removal Dead or Alive." The guy who answered tried to sell me huge year long package to seal any holes to the outside and periodic rodent checks. I told him my cat brought in the mouse, no need for package. I just wanted someone to remove the mouse. He said he didn't come out to homes and catch rodents.
