Terrible Terrible customer service. My Father has contacted this company multiple times to schedule a spray and every single time they move the original appointment last minute and then end up cancelling the rescheduled appointment last minute. They said they tried to call my phone and couldn't get through due to being screened through my voicemail which all they have to do is stay on the line and leave a voicemail. Super frustrating, ended up just going with a more reliable company. read more

We've been customers since 2018 and Armed Force has never once let us down for pests or weed control. We see plenty of creepy crawlers outside (where they belong) but not once have we found anything inside the house. I tried to get their technician to do something about the gnats outside this time of the year, but there are a few things even Armed Force can't do! You won't find a more ethical and reliable company than this place!! read more

AFPC has far exceeded my expectations. I think I've had 3 different technicians over the 2+ years I've been with them; each one is as efficient, professional, and courteous as the others. They have all clearly been well trained. I had a terrible ant problem until they made their first visit...not one ant in my house since. No spiders. No earwigs. NO PESTS! Thanks Armed Force Pest Control. read more

Armed Force Pest Control far exceeded my expectations. Their quoted price is exactly what I was charged, their technician (Gabe) was right on time and incredibly friendly. Their office staff was accommodating and efficient. Everyone we have dealt with has provided exemplary service. I am confident the spiders and ants on our property have been effectively murdered, if their comrades return to seek vengeance I am confident Armed Force Pest Control will prevail once again. read more

The service provided by this company is beyond outstanding. The technicians are professional, well trained and competent. The office staff are friendly, patient with answering questions and provide best customer service imaginable. This company stands behind its products and its service to the customer. You can't find any better pest control company in Lake County, I am from Sacramento County and believe me, they top the best of the best in that county as well. Go with Armed Forces, you can't go wrong, You will be glad you did. read more

The worst weed spraying company in Lake County. Will not recommend them. After 3 weeks the weeds are growing and multiplying. After three or 4 times spraying over a three month period, some weeds are growing and seeding and some of my plants are dead. I emailed her pictures and she still refuses to re-spray. She also refuses to say why I still have weeds. She should check with the weed killer company as to why it's not working. I just had another company come to spray. He said it would take less than two weeks to see them die. read more

Scammers-in my opinion. Consumers beware. If you decide to use this company, make sure you follow them when they do a termite inspection and watch every move. They claimed they found evidence of termites in a stake they found in our crawl space. We needed this done for a house loan. Unfortunately, the same people who do the inspection are allowed to allowed to sell you the remedy. We checked for the "stake" after they left and could not find it. When they came back we asked them to show us the stake. The evidence of termites turned out to be a tiny piece --under 3"--of aged, rotten tree wood that is found everywhere on hillsides in Lake County. We paid for their "services" rather than pay another company for an inspection and start over. read more

Great people to deal with from the beginning. Staff were courteous and professional. Showed up on time, got the job done and explained what they did and the follow up needed. Will be using them for all my pest control needs read more

Customer Service is poor and the inspection was shoddy, the Realtor even remarked how quickly the inspection was done. Noted wetness in crawlspace near kitchen, but didn't relate it to anything. Said the "toilet wiggled", but didn't relate it to anything. Toilets should not wiggle, ever. The rusted tubing from the toilet hose line should have been a tip off and if the area were really inspected, there would have been noticed the tremendous dry rot around the toilet base. Because of this poor inspection, I now have to replace the bathroom floor and toilet, something the Seller should have had to do prior to me purchasing. When the Colonel called in June for me while I was out of town, he asked to have the work repaired. He was very thorough in his communication and was given a date of July 31, 2023 to have the work done. Few days ago, Emma(?) called me saying the Realtor had cancelled the work. She said he knew nothing about it and since there were no notes (maybe their dog ate the notes?), she didn't know I had purchased the property and even tho I was noted as the Homeowner, she plead ignorance as to whether I purchased the property, so only talked with the Realtor and cancelled after 3 weeks. This makes no sense at all - essentially throwing away business. Further, though there is nowhere on the report that gives a period of time before the Termite Inspection "Expires", they wanted another $195 to do a reinspection. Why would I want to pay to have them reinspect something they missed the first time that was clearly dry rot, on top of the money to correct it now? I have not been able to use the toilet in that bathroom since I purchased, so why pay twice? Perhaps they are more aligned with ants and roaches service than property inspections. Not a professional job, poor customer service for something that should have been an easy fix the first time. And yes, there is a clear conflict of interest when you can call for work to be done and then be the one doing the work and being paid to correct what your inspection uncovered...or in this case, did not uncover. read more

BEWARE! Zero stars if I could. i sent this company a copy of an inspection report that I had received from the seller of the property and asked for an estimate on the recommended repairs. I was told they would have to do their own inspection for which I was told there would be no cost. The inspecting technician seemed to do a thorough job and said his findings were almost exactly the same as the report I shared with them. Subsequently, I received a bill for $680 for the inspection. In addition, the cost for the repairs was over $13,000, more than double of the previous inspector. They also wanted over $2500 for bat exclusion which Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue is charging me $565. When I complained about the cost of the inspection and asked for some consideration, I was told if I had them do the work, there would be a concession. I feel I was seriously misled by this company. I believe there are many other companies that charge less for the same repairs and quality. I would never recommend this company. read more

Fantastic! Jerry was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and just a great guy. We were being taken over by 's and 's, he baited inside as well as sprayed outside. Took down all our cobwebs and helped us come up with a plan so this all doesn't happen again. There service is great and their prices are reasonable. We will always use them. read more

I had horrific yellow thistle everywhere and contacted this company and they were so professional and helpful over the phone and sent out an estimator who again was polite and helpful. The technician Tyler arrived on time and exceeded my expectations . Please do yourself a favor and hire this family owned business! This company is nothing but a scam, owner has no idea what she is doing very rude. I have a mice problem in my attic and gave Sarah a call at armed force. She had me sign a contract with a bid of $1000. I thought more would be done all the service tech did was fill voids with spray foam and put mesh over my dryer vent? Are u kidding me thats going to start a fire. $1000 for 1 hour of work? This is ridiculous and all they have done is trap the mice in the attic now. For some reason now Sarah will not return any of my calls, as if she knows this is a scam! read more

Wow what a fantastic service, Got a recommendation from a neighbor and made the call "what the heck, figured I would listen and decide later, everything sounded too good to be true, I booked an appointment and met Brandon almost exactly at the specified appt time. Once he explained EVERYTHING they do, clear the webbing, spray both inside and out, take care of all those little things we never would have thought of, we of course we said yes to this type of service, why wouldn't you. Courteous tech, great service, and they actually did what they said they were gonna do for a great price, Thank you Brandon read more

Believe me when I say I searched high and low--with a variety of mostly disappointing experiences--to find a pest control company that would service Ukiah, be knowledgable about pest control options and, most importantly, provide excellent professional customer service. I was about at my wit's end when I finally discovered Armed Force Pest Control, and they were a Godsend. By the time I reached them I had quite a bit of background information regarding the situation I was trying to resolve, so I was immediately impressed that Dale, with whom I first spoke, knew so much. What a relief. Two service reps have since come to this property and both were excellent experiences. To top it off the owner, Sarah, as a courtesy, had one of the service reps provide an extra service to us, checking previous exclusion work at the house, to be certain all was well. Highly recommend this company! read more

I called and described to them about the type of bugs that were causing issues at our house and they automatically informed me what they were, what damage they would cause, and what my options were to rid them. We have used them twice and will continue to do so. We have had nothing but amazing results. No more bugs! read more

We've been with Armed Force for many years. Jeff, technician, is a great guy and very knowledgeable about pest control. He showed up exactly on time, protected his shoes inside the house and explained everything he was doing. We are very impressed with his service and feel great about a continued relationship with Armed Force. He has been servicing us for years, however this was the first opportunity to meet him in person. Lake property is very difficult to keep bug free and Armed Force does a great job. It's rare that we have any spiders inside the house or in the crawl space. Well Done read more

Overall our experience with Armed Force was so-so. Communication with Sara was great. Our tech, Randy, was amazing and he was such a pleasure to work with. I would give him a huge raise. For real, very cool guy who talked us through what he was doing and put up with my toddler bombarding him with a billion questions. The other tech who came out once was kind of terrible. They did a good job at sealing all the possible entrances rodents could come in through! And they gave us lots of tips. But when it came to trapping the damn rat, they could not help us. They tried! But it wasn't until many months later when we got a security camera and confirmed he was still living in our house that we took matters into our own hands. The snap traps just weren't working (Armed Force left several, we tried additional snap traps). So we bought a fancy and expensive electronic trap that finally got him. I don't fault them too much, this rat was really smart. But we paid a lot of money and expected a bit more help getting the rat. read more

I could not speak higher of this company. They have amazing customer service. We had an infestation in one of our rental units, they came out right away and took care of it. They didn't over quote us like other pest companies in the area. They do what they say they are going to do and they take pride in their work. I would refer them to anyone needing pest control services in around Lake County. read more

We had the privilege of Armed Force Pest Control Inc. to come out and spray our weeds ! WOW , AMAZING !!! With all these rains we've been having our weeds in our front yard had to be mowed 2x already ! I have a bad back and it kills me to mow them after they grow so high over night, not to mention the allergies from them. Armed Force came thru and hit them ONLY 1 TIME ! Bam zapped them all. A huge saver on my back ! Thank You Armed Force Pest Control Inc. I will pass on more recommendations. read more

If I had a choice, I'd give them no stars. Ive used them for more than a year now. This year has been brutal with ants. I requested them 3x to deal with the small sugar ants. Once, they baited my kitchen and it worked ~ but outside, not so much. I called after each application and was told "wait. 7-10days, it will work". It didn't. When they invaded my kitchen, I was told spraying around my walls would help. 2 days later, they invaded my kitchen cupboards, counters & refrigerator. When I asked for help? I was told "wait 7-10 days". Seriously?? They didn't even ask how bad the problem was! $98 later and I got that response. This company is all about the profit ~ NOT YOU. Sarah, the owner, has her personnel do her dirty work and doesn't bother to talk to you directly. Bloody coward tactics. Go elsewhere. read more

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life! Not only did they just complete 1/2 the job I paid them ahead of time to do, they rescheduled three times and no showed once. They only sprayed the outside of my home when they knew I wanted the inside done primarily and charged me the full amount. After the final no-show, I put a stop payment on the check as I did not feel comfortable having people of such low professionalism and integrity in or near my home. I planned to pay them half the bill since they only did half the job and the owner sent my bill to collections. This is the first time I ever had to put a stop payment on a check. Luckily the debt collector was a professional and wise man, as he agreed I only owed half a bill which I paid. I went with Horns Pest control and they were excellent! They showed up and did the job I hired them to do. What a concept! I do not recommend anyone using this company as they were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They need to take a class in customer service and professionalism. I do not see this company lasting very long with the way they are currently running their business. read more

I can't even begin to explain my frustration with this company. I moved into a unit in a duplex with cockroaches (a whole other story) and was told that it wasn't necessary to treat both units when they first came out. What?! They sprayed my kitchen. read more
