I am so glad that I called Halcyon. They found things that the pest didn't and things I wouldn't have looked for, more importantly, they found the root of many of the pest report items and had pictures, descriptions and the answer to what needed to be done to correct those issues; so that I had a solid understanding of the scope of work required and as a result (after a few phone calls) cost estimates.. all of this saved me over $100k at closing.. and more, gave me a plan for what needed to be done so I'd have no surprises down the road Suffice it to say, I am recommending you call them!
