Unlike most of the "humane" pest control companies, Wildlife Out is truly 100% humane. They do not poison, kill, trap or relocate animals. Trapping, poisoning and relocating wildlife is actually illegal as well as inhumane. This company is also recommended by many wildlife rescue organizations in the Bay Area. I contacted them because we were seeing Deer Mice in our garage. Chad, one of the owners, got in touch almost immediately and we scheduled an assessment of the property. He was on-time, polite, professional and easy to work with. Chad did a thorough survey of our garage and exterior of our home to find any entry points. He was able to locate where the mice were getting in and sent a plan of action with photos and diagrams showing entry areas. The company blocks some entries and installs one-way doors in main entry areas, so the mice can get out but not back inside, otherwise known as "exclusion". I thought their fees were reasonable, and I would definitely work with them again if there is ever a need. I highly recommend this company. read more

During a property inspection, it was reported an animal was in a storm drain, which we were required to remove to pass an inspection. Chad was friendly, responsive, and thorough. Although the animal wasn't found I was confident that the animal was no longer there. I was very happy with the service. Will definitely call Wildlife Out again if the need arises. read more

You guys. After researching how to get rid of the skunks under my porch, I was very overwhelmed not only by the cost, but by the unknown of how long it may take to get rid of them. After talking to Chad over the phone, he was at my home in an hour. He did a very thorough examination of what I needed, and for a very fair price he started the eviction process with his awesome essential oils and predator poop. THAT NIGHT ALL FOUR SKUNKS MOVED OUT! I thought it would be a few days, but it was just one night and they are gone. I can't tell you how amazing it feels to have this drama over with so quickly. I also feel GREAT about the price I paid. Let me tell you that Chad is warm and engaging, his integrity shows up right on his sleeve, and he is obviously very kind since he wants what is best for the animals. With no extra cost, he quickly made a ramp and installed it under the porch so that the critters could get out easier, and they sure did. Straight up, Wildlife Out knows their poop (see what I did there? LOL). For those of you in Napa researching right now, I had called a different service first (with a 925 area code) and had also planned to call the county trapper. The other service was going to set a trap for $145 and then each time they trapped a skunk it was $165 to remove it. That's $310 per skunk, people. Little did I know until Chad told me, I had FOUR skunks. Now, the other company does offer packages to remove more skunks, but even with a package, there would have been a lot of back and forth with no less than $800 big ones for 4 skunks. I don't have that kind of cash laying around. Chad and Wildlife Out charges to get ALL the skunks. It's not PER skunk because they aren't trapping. For a VERY fair price all four of my skunks left that night. I saved money and time with Wildlife Out. This is a no-brainer. Don't hire anyone else but these guys. If you have an issue with a wild animal (mine was skunks) and they were relentless...but not as relentless as Chad & Corey. These two guys dropped everything and came to my house (DURING A PANDEMIC) and worked tirelessly to help me!! I had a fox living in my yard, suspected it was living under my shed so we started to close up the bottom and suddenly two babies came out!!! Wildlife Out came up with a less expensive solution that looks as if it will be long lasting. They were the only company I could find that provides a one-way out door for critters, so that I did not have to have them killed. This company really knows what they're doing. The owners, Chad and Angela, understand wildlife behavior and guarantee humane eviction and a permanent solution to preventing the critters from setting up housekeeping at your house. A skunk burrowed under our backyard shed for the third year in a row and our dog had a close call, almost getting sprayed. Chad first spread nontoxic repellant at the borders of our yard and placed a wad of newspaper in the skunk's entry hole under the shed. After a few days of inactivity, we knew the skunk had moved out. Chad and his helper then dug a 14" deep trench around the shed and secured metal barrier screen to the border of the shed and the concrete foundation blocks. The barrier reached to the bottom of the trench. Oh, and before they even dug that trench, they moved the shed away from the fence so they wouldn't have to go through the fence from the neighbors' yard; and they replaced the shed in a better position and on more stable foundation than before. And the work area was perfectly cleaned at the end (all debris picked up, patio area blown clean.) And the entire team are very friendly and polite. Not happy with this place at all it is not a 24 hour service and they should change the hours of operation to times they are actually available. Did not receive a return call till hours after I initially called. Than recieved a return call stating this: Hi Batman of Gotham City. This is Chad with wildlife(?) out I received a very interesting message from you. Quite disrespectful I don't appreciate it and we are 24 hours but we don't necessarily answer the phone for 24 hours a day. Leave a message we'll call you back unless you need to leave one like the one you left don't appreciate it. There was a fawn attacked by 3 dogs and I was in dire need of help saving her. Which I had gotten somewhere else that has correct hours of operation. I got sent to Chad's voicemail here which I was not nice about. Especially for not having correct info about times of operation. Luckily we were able to save the fawn no thanks to this man. And to get a return call HOURS after the initial call is appauling I will not recommend this place in a time of need to anyone. Change your hours of operation and dont leave a return call at 9:00pm when I called aprox. 6:30pm. I'm not sure if he would be able to help in this situation but that's why he was called in the first place. Happy theres others that are true to thier advertisement. UPDATE: receive a 2nd call from a lady stating they do not do that kind of stuff which still does not make sense as it says right on Google it is a WILDLIFE RESCUE and could not do anything without pay.. people need to get paid which I understand. On that same note PAY was never discussed. THEN she proceeded to say it was MY dogs that attacked the fawn. I own 1 dog and the incident was not at my home but I witnessed it driving down the road and stopped my vehicle to get the dogs away. The fawn was in shock and caught in a fence which I broke apart to free the fawn. She had called me back to once agian disrespect me and try to get me to remove this Yelp stating they did not provide me service but to remove it. I was acquiring about the service which I did not receive a call till hours later. When I left a message I stated nothing about the issue as I was irritated that they say 24 hr service and WILDLIFE RESCUE right on Google. Once agian that is false. And the name is one of the 3 top names when searching for rescue in napa. I recommend they stop calling my phone or I will continue to post and document what was said. Update #2: Chad here obviously does not read the reviews correctly as I deliberately said those were not my dogs and he comments they're my dogs once agian. I was on my way home from having a great day with the kids and seen 3 dogs attacking a fawn. So I went to help. 2nd my voicemail said nothing about the dogs or the fawn but rather how a 24 hour service is not 24 hours but more on your time. Which being a business owner u overstepped the line by calling back 2 times now. But thank you Chad for consistant harrassment which earned you this Yelp review. I personally haven't had the need to call upon Chad and WildLife Out, however a few months ago he did come to my rescue. My truck and trailer was stuck at the city landfill. This was a great experience! Had a mama raccoon settle in our attic and wasn't the best place for our family to have them there. Chad and his wife were very responsive, super informed, and helpful. After chad came and explored the situation and put out some scents and a camera, mama moved three out that night and early the next night grabbed the fourth. Two families happy!! It is great to see the action and feel confident all the family relocated. If you ever need help with wildlife problems, I promise you will be completely satisfied with Chad's work. He spent 2 + hours on his very thorough assessment of the rat problem at my home. Then he spent two days making sure that no rats could not get back into my house and cleaning up the mess that they had made. I do not recommend working with this company due to poor communication and exorbitantly high cost. I scheduled with this company to do an estimate for bird issues on the second floor of my home (preventative services, not removal of any birds). A person named Chad showed up over 2.5 hours late at my home and would not leave insisting that I pay for his time for the estimate. I explained that I was not informed of any payment required for the estimate when I originally called to schedule the estimate. I was surprised that the company did not properly explain this but more surprised at how insistent the person was regarding the payment (stating that his time was worth money, despite the fact that he showed up almost three hours late). To make things worse, the estimate itself was double the price of two other estimates that I received that same day. The other estimates I received were both from companies in Napa and neither of them charged me for the estimate. I do not recommend working with this company due to poor communication and exorbitantly high cost. read more

Chad came to our house in St Helena and helped us deal with a mice problem. It was a two day job and his pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. His estimate was spot on.
