Apparently there was a surge in cockroaches this year and unfortunately our neighborhood was inundated with them. When I called the office, they were aware of the issue and suggested a one time service. The technician came out and sprayed heavily in the areas we were seeing them. So far, so good! Crossing my fingers we don't see any more again soon. read more

So, had them come out last year. Thought they did a great job.... but instead of the monthly "automatic service" (I had them set up on automatic payment) they weren't coming without a phone call on my end. So when I called again to have them come out, my first guy came out again and I asked, so I have to set this up every time and he repeated no. So it went on like this three months or so... every time I had to call always dealing with the young girl answering the phone (Brittany, I believe) never understood the issue nor did she listen when I said what days someone can come out. I know that because I would leave a message stating those days and (she wouldn't call back) so I had to call and she would say "yes, we can come tomorrow or..." and I would stop her and remind her the days I already informed them of my availability..... Finally, I had enough. Called to cancel and one of the owners (so he said) answered. I explained why and he offered a free service. I'm was tired and had just rescued a dog, so it would be even more difficult to make a schedule if they weren't actually coming since whomever was in charge of that was doing a poor job. I said maybe I'll think about it, and I'll try them again next year... So I called a month ago to give them another shot - same young girl answered the phone- same one that I mentioned to the owner wasn't returning phone calls and such.... I asked to speak with the owner, she took down my name and number and said she would pass along the message.... and I'm sure she did as I never heard from them again. Hard to get pass the gatekeeper if you make a complaint about her lack of follow-through..... read more

He also search and informed me where there was an opening that was allowing the rodents to get into the house. He was able to answer all my questions in a simple straightforward manner. read more

Their phone was answered when I called, and I was able to schedule an appointment with a technician within days. Rob was prompt, friendly, informative, and seemed to be quite efficient. I seem to have quite an infestation, so this will take time, as I only want to use traps, not poison. The traps were placed on the day of Rob's visit, and a follow up visit within the week was scheduled to remove the traps and replace them, if need be. I had a recommendation from my boss on who to use for pest control. Those pesky darn ants were all over in our yard. Trails of them everywhere in our grass, flowers, and every time I pulled weeds there was always those pesky darn ants on the roots throughout the dirt. Jim came out about a week ago because as my husband calls it my ant OCD needed to be take care of. I had only had a couple in the house but I would stand and kill them one by one. I have kept an eye out for the little suckers and have not seen one since after day two of Jim spraying. It worked so well for us I passed the company information on to the neighbor. Jim came and sprayed their house last Friday. They have yet to see any other ants around as well. The staff from the office to Jim were great and I would highly recommend them. I've used this service for years (since 2010) back when they offered QUARTERLY service (pre-pandemic). NEVER had a problem with ants, spiders, anything. Since bringing them back in Oct 2021, but more specifically spring of 2022, I can no longer say the same about their service (which has also changed post-pandemic from quarterly to bi-monthly and minty (mouth wash smelling) spray). Spider webs popped up all over the outside of our home after their spray service in March. So we had him return for a respray in April. But the spiders and webs just multiplied, even after 2 consecutive monthly sprays. Now it's May and B&D want to come in again for their regular service but the webs and spiders are everywhere; I've never seen anything like it before. Month by month the problem grows larger and larger. Because what they're doing isn't working I cancelled their service. That was a hard decision for me to make, because as I said earlier, I always liked Bob & Duff's and I've been with them a long time, but something has changed recently and I don't want to live with the spider webs anymore or the black widows popping out from their hiding places in the evening when I go to sit on my deck, or finding them inside my home. I've been using this service for about a year and a half now. They do an amazing job of getting rid of the ants that have literally taken over my kitchen. I elected to go on a program because I just can't go through what I was living with (emptying out entire cabinets to wash everything down). They also will come back if you notice issues after they spray. I recommend Bob & Duff's without reservation. read more

Awful management. We told our service provider we were moving and no longer needed servicing, he said he was going to let the company know. This was in August of last year. Then we get a bill for $170 for two treatments one in August and one in October. We thought this was a mix up as we had let them know we were moving and since we were on a monthly plan before why were we only changed 2 months- seemed odd. After calling and talking to Britney, who was so rude, they decided they were doing us a "favor" by only changing us $85 for the one service and said after August we had switch to every other month service. I said why would I have switched to that if I had let them know we were moving. Long story short, find someone else not worth the shady money hungry practices. read more

Customer Service pros! We contacted them as a result of an ant issue that was quickly escalating day to day. They came out on a day that was relatively still wet from the raining the night before to take care of our pest assessment. Nick told us he could treat what he could in the dry surrounding areas of our offices, but that we should call him to come back to treat the perimeter if that didn't solve the problem. Not only did his initial treatment solve the issue, but he came back to see us a couple days later to check in, without us having to call, and treated the remaining areas outside to ensure the ants wouldn't come back. I was quoted a price of $155.00 to set up traps for rats. Then I was also quoted a monthly service of between $110.00 to $140.00/month which I thought was high. I hired them based on that quote. They came out the first time and set everything up. I called them to come out again for the ants I had mentioned in my e-mail but was not addressed in the first visit. They came out again and charged me again for the $155.00. Then was told I would be charged another $65.00 for them to check the rat traps for each visit. I was never quoted this price. Brittany in the office was extremely rude and Rob who came out lied to me about going under the house to check the traps. I watched him thru my bedroom window and saw him sitting by the door to go under the house. Once that happened I had no faith in their employees or work. So I fired them. Then a new guy showed up Bradley who was very nice and I explained what happened. So once he came I told him I would go back on the monthly service to give them another try. Then about 1 hour later I get a call from Brittany in the office telling me that they are firing me and will not longer service my house. I guess this is her retaliation against me. In each conversation I requested that the owner please contact me. Neither owner has contacted me. Then about an hour later a new guy Daniel shows up to pick up all the traps. End of story! Not one rat was caught by this service. They only put out traps and did not even put out bait. So I have hired a new company which will come out next Tuesday. I feel good about this company. read more

Last year around this time we were over-run with ants. This year we went with the every 2 months plan for spraying the property. Defense on the ants was apparently the answer. They spray the entire property and haven't missed a spot on our half acre. I'm committed to the 2-month plan.
