Knock 'Em Out has been great. This was my mother's house. She passed last year and my brother is managing it for the family trust. We had rats in the attic and hired another company that gave us a two-year warranty on the repairs. They still missed openings. When the activity came back they would not stand behind that warranty and wanted to treat it as a new job. Knock 'Em Out came out, finished the exclusion, and we put the house on their every-other-month service for rodents, ants, spiders, and the rest of the usual stuff. They show up, they do the work, and I don't have to chase anyone. If you need pest control around Fairfield or Vacaville, this is who I would call. https://keopestcontrol.com read more

Handled a bird issue at my house and found a number of other things I wasn't even aware of, such as a gap at the bottom of a chimney that was an entry point for other pests! Started using them for regular services, which is reasonably priced, and suddenly I can't seem to find *any* spiders like black widows in my yard! Very happy customer! read more

Knock "Em Out Pest Control has taken care of my pest control needs for several years now. My technician, Mark, is terrific - professional, flexible, courteous and always thorough. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. I hired them specifically for pigeon abatement and to clean up the feces left behind, and they completely failed to deliver on both. The pigeon problem was not resolved at all, and the cleanup work that was promised either wasn't done properly or was ignored altogether. On top of that, I was hit with an unauthorized charge that I never approved, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, once I raised these concerns, they stopped returning my calls. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor service, lack of communication, and questionable billing practices make this a business to avoid. I've attached a picture that they left me with which shows leftover pigeon feces and pigeon wire that was not sealed. read more

We had solar panels installed a year ago and was unsure whether pigeon nesting and roosting would become an issue for us so I waited it out. I reached out to Knock em out Pest control after noticing an increase in activity on my roof and there's literally pigeon droppings all over my roof with remnants of nests under the panels. Moises from Knock Em Out Pest Control did an excellent job with our pigeon exclusion project. His communication was great from start to finish he kept me updated and explained everything clearly. He was punctual, efficient, and professional, completing the work in a timely manner. I really appreciated how clean the work was. Moises even took before, during, and after photos so I could see the entire process, which gave me peace of mind that the job was done thoroughly. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend Moises for anyone needing pigeon exclusion done. read more

Gabe is the best. Friendly. On time. Been working with Knock'em for years now. Highly reliable and does a great job.

Knock Em Out Pest Control came out after I was told by two different Pest Control Companies I had no pests! I knew I did and kept complaining. Finally hired Knock Em Out. Jack and Alan our are great! They showed me all the problems! I had rats outside of my house. They installed bait traps. I had Japanese beetles in the garage! But I had to fire two other Pest Control companies, because they were saying I had no pests when I knew I did. If you want REAL pest control, professional, reliable, and affordable. You will really like Knock Em Out Pest Control, Alan our technician is terrific. read more

Jake came out for the inspection and quote, and Moises did the actual work. Both were a pleasure to talk to and clearly care about their customers. I originally hired them for an exclusion job, and ended signing up for ongoing pest control as well. The work was excellent, the price is unbeatable, and they're genuinely nice people -- what more can you ask for? read more

We have always used this pest control. Super friendly and always responsive if we need anything additional. Never had any issues with anything as long as we've done the monthly service. We've even had them out to our business for pest control. read more

Knock 'Em Out Pest Control, or as I fondly refer to Jake the Bug Guy:) have come through for me when I need them most. Have never waited on a return phone call and when I call for service they're here to do a thorough job. Customer service (the office) is always very helpful and friendly. We have been loyal customers of Knock 'em Out for many years and I felt it was time to write a review as i cannot say enough about how professional and prompt they are! We have been dealing with several issues for the past few years and someone recommended Knock 'Em Out Pest Control to me. I called to make an appointment and Joemar came out, took a good look around the outside of our home as well as under the house. He explained to us what he saw and within a couple of days had sent us a full breakdown, with photos, of what we had discussed and the cost to address those issues. Once we signed the contract for the work, an appointment was scheduled for the work to begin. We have been extremely happy with the service so far!! Our issues were bats roosting above the front door, pigeons roosting under the solar panels on the roof, mice nesting and chewing on wires around and under the house and ground squirrels digging holes in the property and dining on plant roots. Evidently the critters think we're really nice people and true, we have been very accommodating, until now!!! With team Knock 'Em Out in our corner I'm pretty certain we will give them a rude awakening!! The bat roosting area has already been addressed successfully and there have been far fewer sightings of ground squirrels. There is no more pigeon activity on the roof, nor messy, nasty pigeon poop on the balcony. Clean up and sanitation were done under the house for mice and traps were set; they will be checked regularly and taken care of as needed. It's pretty easy to see why we're happy with the service right?? Well, wait, there's more!! So far I think we have had 5 or six employees working here at the house and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, no exaggeration, has been so polite, thorough in giving explanations and in doing the work, done an excellent job of informing us and of cleaning up when finished with the work, and just downright pleasant to be around. They respect our property and are focused on giving excellent service. Heck, the first time they were here working, they noticed a greasy spot in the driveway and since they didn't have anything with them to address that, they asked for a bit of dish detergent to clean up the spot!! If I hadn't already been impressed, that would have done it. So, long review made longer, we would recommend Knock 'Em Out Pest Control to anyone needing help with pests, large and small. They have earned our respect and our trust and have shown that they definitely do what they say they will do. We are very happy to have found them read more

What a terrible service. I had 2 mice in my house. I caught 1 myself with a glue trap but couldn't catch the other one. I called for their service. They sprayed propel inside my place (which is a rodent repellent). I couldn't get back in my home for 7 hours because of the smell. Well Its now been 2 weeks and still the same mouse. I called to get someone out here. 1 tech called me back and told me to call back in to the office. He was too busy. Emailed them again. They never responded. Finally I got a call and I told them how unhappy I was. I wanted to talked to a manager. The manager never called me back. I called the following day. I was talking to someone that takes calls in the office. He said that he was going to refer me to a supervisor. Well he never called me back The guy that answers the phone in the office said they are going to cancel my service. I asked I should get a refund since nothing has been done. He said he would call me back. Still haven't heard from them Update: I talked to Albert about a refund. He refused to give me back 175 dollars for the Initial setup of spraying my house . I told him I would let the world know with these reviews Bad service, bad support, and bad business read more

I am extremely pleased with the great service I have received from Jake Anicete. I had rodents causing problems in my garage and car, and Jake came over the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable and very calm and supportive, as I was very unhappy with my "new residents"! He placed traps and spent time talking with me, and making me feel much better knowing I was in great hands. He came back the next day and removed a dead rat from one of the traps, yay!! He was again super nice! He sent the following day Moises Nebalasca, another tech to seal my garage door and fix the garage screens. Moises was another great guy, efficient and very nice. We even hugged when he was done! Georgia Galvez was a great resource at the office, very sweet and helpful arranging all my appointments right away. I also received texts from Tyler Hilton, who followed up to make sure all appointments were on time and everything was being done. Jake is still coming back tomorrow to check aIl the traps again! These guys provide EXCELLENT customer service. I am now scheduled for bimonthly service. What a great team of people!! They are my new friends now! Thank you guys!!!!!! read more

Our current tech is Tyler, super awesome guy. Overall, it's a pleasure working with this company. Friendly staff, and they get the job done. Knock Em Out!!! read more

Today my bi-monthly service with Knock Em Out Pest Control started and I am very pleased with the services we received. Joseph himself came out and treated my front and backyard for pests. We have had some rodents the past couple weeks and Joseph set some traps in my garage and attic and put a box/trap that couldn't be opened or messed with by the dogs in the backyard. He was quick, pleasant and efficient. I can say I am a happy customer. We previously had Clarks and paid $35 a service more for them then with Knock Em Out and Clarks never gave us a box like we received from Knock Em Out for our backyard. We had been with Clarks since late 2007 and feel like they just did what they had to do to be paid. I feel that Joseph took time to do a great job and make sure we were happy, and he genuinely cared. read more

This company is predatory . They lock you into a contract even if you specify you want one project and completion. They are exploitive of woman. They were undependable as to the scheduled appointments. They yo yo d me. Then after the confirmed service completed came back saying I signed a monthly contract. They trap you like the rats they trap. They are expensive and dishonest do not call them. They will trick you into a monthly service even if you don't need it. Get a cat it's cheaper read more

Delicious sandwiches, cold fountain drinks, bottle drinks, great services.fast service, fresh veggies, plenty of sauces to choose.

This business is a scam. They con you by getting you into a service contract and not letting you out. All you need to do is look at the replies from the business itself. They will continue to show up and deliver service, even when you are not home. They will continue to bill you and try to charge you a cancellation fee to get out. Run, don't walk away from this dirty business. Find yourself a local, reputable pest control service and avoid the nightmare I'm experiencing with these rats. read more

Every single aspect of doing business with Knock 'Em Out is a 5-star experience: service, expertise, price. --We have regular bi-monthly service and the various guys who have been assigned to our route over the years have been wonderful. Our current "guy" is Alex and is he is fantastic! He is friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional. He always calls before he comes to ask if it's a good time. He explains things very clearly and carefully, including patiently and kindly explaining something several times if I'm not fully understanding. --We recently had the beginning of a rodent problem. He did an excellent job diagnosing what was going on and put the solution into place immediately during his regular service. That was awesome bc I feel most places would make you schedule a separate appointment. So from identifying the problem to putting a solution in place, it was a matter of hours. --Alex also came by the following work day to make sure everything was working as planned w/ the rodent situation. He also encouraged us to call him any time something comes up (like we find a rodent in the trap) and he can come by same day to fix it. Wow! --Lastly, as someone else said in the review, their prices are very reasonable. I'm not sure how they do it, but I'm so glad I found them! Can't recommend them enough! read more

If you desire top level customer service, then don't hesitate to contact this company! We were having issues with raccoons. Jake, one of the technicians that I have worked with on other issues in the past, came to the rescue. A mama raccoon had created a home for her kits in the attic. Please don't ask me how, but Jake was able to figure out a way for them to leave safely. Together with Moises and Gabe, they also handled the exclusion process to protect the home from future entry. If you are ever in a bind and need guidance on handling a situation like this, seek counsel from this company. They will provide you with the clarity you desire and deliver their services promptly.
