I contacted them because we were seeing Deer Mice in our garage. Chad, one of the owners, got in touch almost immediately and we scheduled an assessment of the property. He was on-time, polite, professional and easy to work with. Chad did a thorough survey of our garage and exterior of our home to find any entry points. He was able to locate where the mice were getting in and sent a plan of action with photos and diagrams showing entry areas. The company blocks some entries and installs one-way doors in main entry areas, so the mice can get out but not back inside, otherwise known as "exclusion".
