I couldn't ask for more in a pest management company. They're aware of our dogs are garden and all the possible issues we could have without their service. I've lived all over the country and have never encountered the amount of ants that we have at our house. Zach is a genius not only does. He know everything there is to know about getting rid of these ants and making sure that we stay safe in the process. He's a delight to work with. There's lots of companies out there and maybe even some at a lower price, we've been approached, we stay because of Zach. All five stars go to him! If there's an opportunity for him to be promoted or given a pay increase, I wouldn't mind our monthly price increasing as long as it all goes to Zach. I'm sure other customers would agree. read more

She also suggested the mosquitoes buckets which really help our yard alot. We have a very lush yard and after the winter we will get a lot of mosquitoes. Advanced IPM came over to exterminate ants crawling in my front and back yards and kitchen. Zach is great and knows exactly where to go to address the problem. He is also very mindful of people's pets and won't spray where the customer doesn't want it, although the spray, once dry, is supposed to be safe for mammals.
