This is a bitter and sweet post. First Uriel was responsive to my request to inspect our home for a rodent issue. However his technician came out, inspected the crawl space ONLY and quoted us 9K to rodent proof, not including Insulation and clean up. He also indicated that rodents were nesting in the crawl space and we had an infestation. My home is 2100 sq ft. Also I reached out to this company as I THOUGHT we had used their services when we initially bought the house in 2020. Our home was rodent proofed, insulation replaced and cleaned under the house and all areas sealed for $1500. Attic Green's technician was very complimentary of our home which we appreciated. However, I believe his quote was indicative of thinking we had 9K to blow on a service we already had and was familiar with. I then contacted Uriel and we discussed the quote. We had a great conversation and understood they didn't do the initial work, although I had a quote of $1700 in 2020. I reached out to the initial contractor and was quoted $2000. He indicated no infestation, no insulation needed to be replaced and he took a picture of where the open spaces were where rodents were coming in which was on top of our garage, not the crawl space. To those reading this review make sure you request multiple estimates before going with this company. This was an opportunity to gouge a customer and I was extremely offended by their quote. read more

In 2020, John cleaned and rodent-proofed our crawl space and did a great job, quickly and efficiently. Then this year (2022) another rodent found a new way into our crawl space which we discovered when insulation started blowing up through the heat/AC vents because the critter had bitten into the ducting and ripped it up. We called John, and he came back, found the new entry point, sealed it, laid traps, and then returned a couple of days later to check the trap - which had caught the rodent. I recently contacted Attic Green recently as there was a skunk that had burrowed and taken up residency underneath the shed in our backyard we use as a home office. John was incredibly responsive--both via phone and text and came out for a free estimate within two days of first contacting him. He explained how to remove the skunk safely and without harm, while also how his team could rodent-proof the shed to prevent future unwanted house guests. He was able to schedule the service just a few days later and his team was able to do great work. I have confidence this is a permanent solution and its nice being able to let our dog outside at night without fear that she will be sprayed by a skunk. Yelp wouldn't let me edit my first review, so here's an update. A little over a year after John fixed up the attic we heard what sounded like scratching in the attic. He came right out to check the situation and the traps he left behind, and set two new live-catch traps just in case. A week later he was back, and we got the all-clear. The sound had to have come from something outside on the roof. He was perfectly punctual, and the visits were covered on the warranty. John from Attic Green and his assistant did an AMAZING job clearing a raccoon (and all its debris) out of my crawl space. John came out to thoroughly inspect on Tuesday morning, and they came back Friday morning to get it done. There was no trapping (where you end up trapping all the neighborhood cats), they just got in there and started clearing debris and cleaning, and that scared the raccoon out. They completely cleaned and sanitized the crawl space, thoroughly checked the plumbing and wiring to ensure there was no damage, and went all the way around the house from top to bottom, sealing even the tiniest openings to prevent any rodents from entering. John even cleaned, sanitized, and replaced the insulation where my furnace and A/C are located. They got here at about 8:00am, and were done by 9:30! John walked me around the house and showed me everything they'd sealed, and sent multiple From the beginning of the inspection, I felt completely confident and in good hands.
