Attic green did an incredible job on cleaning out t our attic. They removed carcasses,nests and feces. Our old infested insulation was replaced with new. They sealed every opening they could find with wire mesh and concrete patches. They air sealed every opening to prevent air leaks from entering the house. I already have an insulation contractor I worked with before, but after finding out my contractor don't deal with wall insulation I had to go search for someone else who does. And let me tell you ... They're not that easy to find! I called the top 3 insulation contractors in my yelp search. 2 of them don't do walls and the 3rd one litteraly scheduled an appointment for their sales guy to come and tell me in my house that they don't do it. So I had to start checking with people and that's when I got John's number from a friend who worked with him before.. and I'm so happy I called him. He came withing 3 days to check what's needed. Found out I have a dead rat stuck in my kitchen wall (the bad smell kind of gave it away) Gave me a very reasonable quote for breaking down the walls, cleaning the rats nests (had more than one ), sanitize, place new wall insulation and patching back the wall. They Did the whole thing in less than 6 hours!! The bad odor is gone! The insulation is the same so I'm not expecting any changes but the most important thing is now I have a warranty for the rat proofing they did to my walls. This will be a long review as these guys did an awesome job with our attic.We were having issues with rodents and needed new insulation for our attic. We researched a couple of places and received quotes etc but were hesitant on having these places work on our attic. We went on yelp one day and came across attic green and messaged them regarding the issues we were having and they contacted us immediately to schedule an appointment. When John first arrived to our house, he made a great impression on us by having his gear ready, business card, and also wore a booty since we had hardwood floors and have a little infant crawling around. He checked out our attic, took pictures, and patiently explained to us what he can do to fix the rodent issues, what will be installed, and the time frame. He told us the price straight off the bat and told us to contact him if we do decided to go with attic green. We contacted him in the next few days and he showed up with his coworker. They were ready to work. They took their time to cover the floors, the walls, and vacuumed the attic and removed the old insulation. These guys were so clean and professional that me, the husband, and our two little ones were hanging out in the living room without worrying something will happen. After removing the insulation, they informed us that they had also fix some issues that we were not aware of such as (i.e, clearing the ac vents, connecting the bathroom fan because it was disconnected, and making the holes smaller so rodents can't have access). They then set up traps and told us that they will return within 2 weeks. If there are no activities and/or any rodents trapped, they will then install the new insulation. You can tell they wanted to make sure everything is clear before installing anything. Due to our work schedule we asked him to come the following week. When he arrived later that week, we asked if he could sanitize the attic once again to get rid of the smell. He nodded his head and said "no problem". He then informed us that we can wait another week to make sure there are no rodents in the traps before we go with the new insulation. Second week, no rodents and we scheduled the final appointment. John and his coworker did it again covering the floors, walls, and went straight to work. They've worked nonstop and asked my husband to check on their progress and even informed my husband what materials they were using. They did an awesome job and even though they looked super tired, they still cleaned up after their work, vacuumed our hallway and making sure we were satisfied with the work. Attic Green continue to do amazing job with our house, after 1 week when John came and left some trapped, we called them for a foul smell coming from the attic. When he checked there were 2 big dead mice in the trap, he cleaned and sanitzed again our attic and he left more trap and even we didn't smell anything bad he came to checked all the trap after a week.
