Amazing customer service! They did their work and came back for weekly trap checks until there were no more. Then I found one in the garage! Even though it isn't part of the warranty (since garage doors can be left open and it's out of their control), Gilbert came by to check on the house. The traps were still clean in the crawl space, so we confirmed they came in some other way. He looked at our garage, saw a crack and blocked it, and also saw the garage door rubber was cracked so blocked it for now until I can get the garage door rubber repaired. I had a small mice problem in the house. Got 3 quotes....one was $5000 ($4000 after all my "discounts " Ratman and one other were an out half that much! I liked both companies and one of the main reasons i chose ratman is because they are certified by the structural pest control board. I mainly needed rodent proofing so I couldn't get back in the house, but they are able to help with trapping an ex exterminating if necessary because they have the license. I wouldn't believe this story if I wasn't a witness to it. ALL TRUE, I SWEAR.... A large rat took up residency in my garage during a 3 month remodel. During that time I spent $100's on traps and poisons to no avail. A security camera setup in my garage showed the bastard eating the peanut butter off the traps as he set them off 5 separate times without getting caught. Adding to the misery, he chewed holes through my drywall into the house 3X, causing my contractor extra grief and throwing my budget out the window.
