They were even starting to take over my home office, which was completely unacceptable. I fully expected a reply in a couple of hours and a service appointment a few days out. Instead, Mark got back to me within 15 minutes and had a technician at my door in less than two hours. I couldn't believe it--who bends over backwards like that these days? The technician arrived promptly, tackled the problem areas, and was incredibly professional. A few days later, some ants popped up in an adjacent area. I reached out to Mark, and once again, he sent a technician out the very same day. When a final adjacent area needed attention a couple of days ago, Mark was all over it again, scheduling a technician for the very next morning. Background: 9 months ago we discovered rats had infiltrated the ducts in our crawl space. Ultimately we found they were tunneling under our shallow foundation, relentlessly. We'd fill and they'd create new tunnels the next day. We hired a crap company that charged us insane amounts of money only for them to come out armed with mass amounts of foam and call it a day. The exterior of our home was comical. Yellow foam everywhere. The rats kept tunneling. With rainy season approaching again, we decided to look into a more "final" option. We got a few quotes, and all were pretty comparable. However, I really liked our inspector Mike; he spent a lot of time here and was patient, answered all my questions, very amiable. He gave an overview of what would happen the day of the slab work should we choose to hire them, and I'm so pleasantly surprised that the schedule today went exactly as he said. Brandon (the owner) called a couple of days later to check in and I was able to get any further questions answered. We decided to move forward with the installation (scheduled for today). The crew was scheduled to arrive between 8-10am, and they did! A few arrived around 7:45 and started right away, and more and more workers showed up; each with different roles. It's truly a well-oiled machine; it's obvious they do this day in and day out. Night and day compared to the company we had previously hired. The morning started with clearing out the foam and crap work from the other company, cleaning debris and rodent-ridden insulation, vacuuming, prepping the crawl space with a vapor barrier. Throughout the whole day there were crew members walking all around the house and on top of the roof with buckets of concrete and mesh, filling holes, securing vents. The concrete truck arrived right on time and several of the workers suited up and spread concrete around for probably close to an hour. Afterward, everything was hosed down and my house looks better now than it did when they got here. Fingers crossed this does the trick, but the best part is it comes with a 7 year warranty (this was the longest any company I talked to had). It seems like they're able to offer this because they do such a thorough job. I hope I don't eat my words, but they've truly left such a good impression so I don't believe I will, and also, nobody even asked me to write this review! Pictures attached.

The guy who came out was on time, a bit eccentric and very passionate about rats. He was detail oriented and did a great job explaining the job and its breakdown. Unfortunately on the day of the job, we had 4 guys come to our home on time- but none of them spoke English. Now, I appreciate them coming out, but we just could not communicate and they did not have work trucks or shirts with their company name. An hour later, we had a younger guy show up and he spoke English. The crew worked really fast, did a nasty job of removing our rodent infested insulation and put in new insulation, they mixed concrete and patched up some holes as well and put out rat traps. They came back twice to check the traps and removed them. I think they did a good job, appreciate their punctuality. But management should always send someone who speaks some English and provide a company truck or at least shirts. I personally felt uncomfortable letting into my home a group of random men with no identification.
