We cannot say enough good things about Attic Pros! From start to finish, it was a great experience. We initially called for attic, crawl space and duct cleaning, as well as rodent proofing (sealing vents, etc). Samim came out and did a very thorough evaluation, showing us dozens of photos of areas that needed attention. He also recommended new insulation, which we hadn't considered and told us our dryer vent needed repair. It took us a few weeks to schedule, during which time Samim followed up periodically, never pushy, always answering our questions and providing more info. His professionalism and knowledge was a huge reason why we chose to work with Attic Pros. On the day of the job, Osman and crew cleaned the attic and crawl space and installed new installation, while Douglas repaired the dryer vent and Kevin cleaned the ducts. They did an amazing job sealing off the work areas and keeping the house clean, despite it being very messy and grueling work! On the day of my appointment, I received a text from their field technician, Samim, letting me know he was on his way and would arrive in 20 minutes -- and he did, right on time. He was polite, introduced himself professionally, and was wearing protective gear and shoe guards to keep our floors clean. He went up to inspect our attic and explained that, given how our roof ridges are constructed, a radiant barrier installation wouldn't provide much benefit. I texted Neo and we selected a date and Neo choose 9AM as my schedule was open for the day. On the day of the appointment; 9AM came and went. I texted Neo to ask if I had the date wrong and did not receive a response for over 30 minutes. When he did respond; he stated that he would be at my home if 15 minutes. I texted back that I was not at home. As I was pulling into my driveway, I saw a truck loaded with work materials pull up and stop across my driveway. I got out of the car and came into the house. Once inside, I did a quick task and went back to the front door to close and lock all the doors. As I Iooked outside, I saw the same truck parked across the street. The guy got out of the truck, walked up my stairs and rung my door bell. I do not know if he was drunk or high but there he was. His excuse was that he has something happen with his child. He insisted on coming in and taking a look. I declined. He insisted several times. I told him to get off my property and that I would be calling the office to let them know what had happened. I did call their office and let the receptionist know what had happened. She apologized. I tried to call Wesley to talk to him and left a voicemail. I never received any response. Finally! A conclusion to the everlasting saga of pests. First off, the company as a whole is great. We were having an issue with rats in the attic, and we also knew our insulation up there was old and sparse. Attic pros came in and removed all the old insulation (found a few rats along the way) and put in new quality materials. Immediate impact on our heating, and they took care around the house to keep our living space protected and clean. Now for the rats - it was 3 months of constant activity. Continued calls trying to figure out how they were getting in. Over and over we had people on the roof, in the attic, and we kept hearing that there were no holes or ways in. But we kept hearing and trapping rats. Finally we got Raonel to come out. He was the first one to pull back the insulation, and he found there was a pipe from an old remodel that wasn't connected to anything, except a pathway from the crawl space to the attic. He went under the house and found it was right near the sewer line, and he found tunnels dug around the sewer line. All this time we thought we had roof rats, but they were sewer rats. Raonel put wire all over the ingress area, foam, dirt, traps... he was thorough and really helped solve the problem. It's been months and months of trying to solve this problem. Hired this company based on good yelp reviews and a thorough inspection for the job. Everything went downhill thereafter. The overall experience was extremely disorganized making me want to pull out my hair. Scheduling was a nightmare--crews were scheduled and didn't show, or were wrongly scheduled and I had to follow up to correct. The project was delayed mid-way because they ran out of materials and struggled to coordinate a solution. In this disorganization, despite asking to communicate with only the job lead (who agreed), I continued receiving messages from different schedulers, which added to the confusion. I was notified via txt/email and two voice calls to pay the invoice even before the job was completed. I spoke to the job lead about this problem and he said he would take care of it- ten minutes after getting off the phone with him, I get a call from another employee informing me that the invoice was due. On the third day of the job, an entirely different crew and foreman showed up without explanation. Most aggravating in all of this was that I was constantly prompted to rate employees at every interaction regardless of significance- even when an employee just left a short voicemail confirming scheduling. This became a major annoyance given all my calls to the company trying to straighten out their disorganized operations. Once the job was finally completed and paid for, there was no follow-up despite my complaints. The workers themselves were polite and did their best, but the company's lack of organization made this a frustrating experience overall. There are a lot of other companies out there that do what Attic Pros does- my recommendation is to go with one of them. read more

I had reached out via Yelp to deal with a mouse that had entered our home through our garage and discovered it was living through an open space underneath our kitchen cabinet supports. Jeremy came out to give a free consult and estimate and saw our existing setup of sticky and mechanical traps and said it was a good start, and said they could also supplement that by installing wire grating around the open spaces or even fill with foam filler. Fortunately hours after he left, one of our traps finally caught the mouse and service was no longer required. I also had one other contractor come out after for another quote and feedback, and Attic Pros were 100% better in terms of just being able to communicate, but also were able to suggest actual strategies to deal with the issue (whereas this other contractor, I had to probe on how they would tackle the issue and they couldn't even go as far as mentioning grating or foaming outside of just traps). read more

Attic Pro's came in and cleaned up my crawl space rat infestation. It was a little bit expensive but these rats were a menace. Once they secured everything, we had a couple of rats that were stuck they found their way out again and they came back to fix the holes but one rat somehow escaped all the baits all the time and was stuck. Finally, Jorge Hernandez came in and managed to catch the last rate and fix a last entrance all the way up in the roof. He was really good and thanks to Jorge's efforts we secured all entry points. **Rat infestation in the garage and in the crawl spaces under the house. Needed cleanup and remediation of the areas where they were getting in.** Let's go back to the beginning so that I can tell you about all the ways in which this company has come through for us! I cannot recommend Attic Pros and their team more highly. Back in the summer of 2024 or so, I realized that there were rat droppings all over our garage, which is a garage built into the hillside, underneath our house. It's separate from the living space from the house, with access just from the outside. I noticed the problem seemed worst up in the loft area of the garage, which is a platform/ledge above where the car can be parked. Rats were apparently coming in through the duct that went from the under-house crawl space onto that ledge and then running amok. I tried for about 6 months to clean and take care of things on my own, but after awhile it was clear I couldn't keep up, plus we could hear them underneath the living room in the crawl space next to the duct where they ate around all the old insulation and were coming into the garage. By December 2024 I was ready for professionals. I called Attic Pros on a whim, having seen their ads in the mailers that come to our house. They are responsive and answered immediately and were ready to come out the next day. They picked up right away and scheduled a team to come the very next day. Amazing, right? The first team that came out wanted to get right into the crawl space under the house to check it out, but they noticed that we have some old undisturbed asbestos-encased ducts and they didn't have the proper equipment. They called into the home office to ask for guidance, and to their credit the home office backed them up and did not pressure them in any way to go under the house (nor would I have wanted them to!). That's the sign of a company that cares about its employees. They rescheduled for the next day when they could sent a team that had the proper respirators and clothing cover to enter a space with asbestos. The team that came was excellent. They spent a few hours plugging holes with wire mesh and foam under the house, as well as removing the old destroyed insulation around the duct in the garage which is where they were chewing and coming in. Every visible hole was foamed up, and they vacuumed and cleaned up well. They laid some traps just in case, both under the house and in the loft of the garage. The next day, however, we thought we could still hear a few pitter patters either under the house or in the walls. Maybe they were trapped? Not sure, but we called Attic Pros, which guarantees their work and includes a few return visits for the price of the initial service, and they sent a different team out which went back at it to make sure that some holes we found inside utility closets near our heating/water appliances were meshed up. Phew! After that, things seemed to stay clean and we didn't hear any further issues. Problem solved? Maybe not. 7 months since our original service, therehave been so many rat issues in our neighborhood, I wasn't completely surprised to return home from a vacation last week to find a garage full of rat droppings and pee all over everything again. UGH! I began to disinfect everything again, hoping it was a fluke and that maybe one got in through the garage door, but night after night this week, there would be more droppings in spots I had just cleaned. So it was time to call Attic Pros again! Yesterday, Raonel came out to survey the scene, and he went immediately to the crawl space under our front steps that is adjacent to the garage and saw that the problem was clearly originating there. It was a space that had NOT been the source of their entry back in December (in fact there had been NO droppings there on the first round). But clearly they had been looking for a new way in, and they basically tunneled through the ground outside, making an opening into this area that used to have a door on it to separate it from the garage itself. Raonel quickly covered the hole with wire mesh and rocks, and he also took the time to find the area outside where they were tunneling in. He also plugged that up and foamed over it. It looks pretty impenetrable now, but he laid traps inside that area under the steps and found the door to put back on its hinges so that we can isolate the rats inside that space if they find a way in again. That way at least, I can clean/disinfect in the garage itself and keep the rats to that one area. He told me to schedule another appointment in 2 weeks, and he'll come back to check the traps, vacuum up the droppings, and make sure they haven't made any new tunnels. Meanwhile, he found that one of the traps in the loft had caught a rat, and he disposed of it before I could even get a look, laying new traps in that area and on the garage floor. Attic Pros has been very responsive in addressing the concerns in my previous review. Douglas cleared out the insulation that had leaked into the bathroom fan, identified the problem that led to the leak, repaired it, and changed out our lightbulb to make sure everything was operable. Raonel inspected the areas where we have been hearing rodents and identified additional points of entry in the vents on the roof. He sealed those and added mesh to tiles on our roof where rats are likely to enter.
