They arrived promptly for appointments and were thoughtful about avoiding tracking dirt into our home. They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. Max came out and seemed like a nice guy. I thought he did some things in a strange order, which means that rodents would still be there. Sure enough, rodents are still there after multiple visits. Their business model is based on how many animals they remove so of course they have an incentive to keep coming back it seems. I sent them video evidence and they did not respond. They keep sending me reminders for invoices for incomplete work. They were also supposed to put a barrier attached to a door for a crawl space where rates were eating their way into the space. That never happened so of course the rats still have an entryway. On a related note, their technicians do not wear shoe guards, so they walk around your house with the same shoes that are walking over rodent droppings. I do not recommend them at all. I used them based on the great reviews and the family owned business model.

However, when the day finally came, they sent Zach out to perform the treatment, and he completely changed my outlook on the situation. Zach was outstanding. He took his time, was thorough, professional, and never seemed rushed. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and clearly knew his stuff. On top of that, he was just a genuinely chill and pleasant guy to work with. It's rare to find technicians who combine knowledge, professionalism, and customer service as well as he does. In my opinion, Zach deserves a raise or a promotion.

Six months later I noticed more droppings and called Hi-Tech back. Their technician told me it was likely the house settling and nothing to worry about. When we opened up the window trim during a siding project, we found tons of live termites (see photo) - still within our 1-year warranty period. When I called the office, I was told the warranty only covered the "inside" of the window, not the outside. It is the same window and the same termite problem. They offered to come back out and inspect, but quoted another $900. No apology, no ownership of the fact that the original treatment hadn't worked. I didn't feel right paying again for the same issue - and for a company I couldn't trust to solve the problem. The inspectors themselves were professional and courteous. The office experience was not. I ended up hiring a different company who treated the problem thoroughly and has been excellent. I'd recommend Hi-Tech improve how they handle situations where a treatment doesn't work. A little accountability goes a long way.

Their initial visit was extremely thorough - checked the attics, crawl space, exterior and roof. Photo documented the evidence, activity and prepped a treatment plan. Basically locked down all entrance points from the roof to the crawl space, cleaned and sanitized the activity points. This place is now a rodent fortress. Unfortunately a few must have been hunkering down in the walls because we had telltale signs of traps working within 2 days. They came the next day after we noticed - removed, sanitized and reset traps. We will see them in a week for a recheck. I'm confident in their services. Already showing results and they offer a year guarantee. It wasn't cheap -- there were others that came in lower on the quote, but it's worth the extra $ for the confidence in their quality of work and quick results.

Santiago's team showed up a week later with 4 guys, they worked all day to seal any entries in both the attic and crawl space. They cleaned, disinfected and applied pheromone repellant. They then set traps with peanut butter. The crew lead by Sebastion was efficient, polite and helpful. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them and a friend has already used them as well. Eagle was not the most expensive nor the cheapest but provided a quality product and worth every penny.

All entry points for rats and field mice (identified by Santiago via their droppings) were excluded from our residence (a 1910s four-square style home). It takes three to four weeks for a serious rat mite infestation to die off and foggers seemed to bring us the rest of the way there. As of this writing, we have yet to hear any rodent activity. A few traps were left behind after a follow-up visit in which several rat carcasses were found in the first round of traps. We are very pleased with the work that Eagle Rodent provided and a five star review is well deserved.

From start to finish, it was a great experience…read more We initially called for attic, crawl space and duct cleaning, as well as rodent proofing (sealing vents, etc). Samim came out and did a very thorough evaluation, showing us dozens of photos of areas that needed attention. He also recommended new insulation, which we hadn't considered and told us our dryer vent needed repair. It took us a few weeks to schedule, during which time Samim followed up periodically, never pushy, always answering our questions and providing more info. His professionalism and knowledge was a huge reason why we chose to work with Attic Pros. On the day of the job, Osman and crew cleaned the attic and crawl space and installed new installation, while Douglas repaired the dryer vent and Kevin cleaned the ducts. They did an amazing job sealing off the work areas and keeping the house clean, despite it being very messy and grueling work! They spent about 3 hours vacuuming the attic and another half a day sweeping the crawl space by hand. Their attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. We were sooo impressed! And Samim's recommendations were spot on - our dryer is much more efficient now and we noticed the house was cooler within hours of the new insulation being installed (it was the height of summer). We'd use and recommend them again and again!
