Magil was the one who came out to do my garage the same week. Everything was done nice and quickly with before and after pictures of the holes covered. They also helped to sanitize the garage so the mice pheromones would not keep attracting more. It has been 2 weeks since and haven't seen a single mouse again. We basically went for a full package of rodent control, cleaning, and installing a new vapor shield to keep it dry. The while job took maybe 2.5 days with a crew of 3 workers each day. Outstanding quality work. First phase was sealing up the homes around the house and crawlspace, and laying traps. The attic was inspected too. This was followed up with weekly followups to ensure no more rodents. This scope was subcontracted to Golden State Critter Control. Highly recommend working with Greg. The next two phases involve cleaning and eventually reinstallation of the vapor shield. Compared to what we had before, it was day and night!
