From the very start of my engagement with Attic Bros it has been fantastic! I found them in a search on Yelp and no joke, my 8 year old calls me Bro, so figured I would fit right in with the Attic Bros! I think within maybe 20 minutes of submitting my Yelp quote I had a call back and an appointment. Michael came out and did a THOROUGH inspection of the attic took a ton of before pics. But not only that he then sat down with me and went through the entire process, which is quite frankly, amazing. He also answered all of my questions and offered some input on my ducts. He made himself available for any other questions too, which was so nice since my husband wasn't around - there's always another question. With this process, not only do you get your old attic crud sucked out, they look for and seal any entry point for critters. They add mesh from the inside plus they go around the whole perimeter from the outside of the house too just to make sure they caught all entry points. They seal all air gaps from things like recessed lights and fans. And then they sanitize. Something about knowing my 70 year old house got a deep clean is VERY satisfying for my OCD cleaning tendencies. The insulation went in - they use a batting that is 12" thick, my attic before probably had an inch, maybe 2 in spots of the old blow-in stuff which was just dust and dirt and disgusting. This batting is eco-friendly - no pink artificial coloring, just the insulation which also is no longer harmful. Night one and I already saw a difference. Usually when it gets cold at night by 2:00 am our home temp inside drops, we stayed a steady temperature throughout the night, I might be a bit crazy, but it feels like there's a sound dampening effect too - I don't have to have the TV on as high of a volume. Follow-up, they add traps and will come back to monitor in a couple weeks to make sure there is no activity. Another over the top customer service layer - we had Jordan as our project/site manager for the day - I was texted by the system with his picture, LOVE this feature, its really helpful. And he called when he was closer. He kept me updated throughout the day and was just really kind, very professional and the crew he brought, Jesse and I did not catch the other gentleman's name - they worked so incredibly hard, and efficiently. We really appreciated this crew, they were amazing. If you are hesitating for any reason to get your insulation in your attic done - DON'T - it is 100000000% worth every dollar, which by the way is an incredible value when you really think about what it does for your home. I am quite mad at myself for not doing it sooner, but certain things had to happen first, so here we are! I would choose Attic Bros in a heartbeat and whole heartedly recommend them! read more

These folks have their act together. Quick response, clear explanations, lots and lots of photos of your attic. I hired them to suck out all the rat-infested insulation from the attic, seal it up, and put in new insulation. They did all this, and at the end had photos of the attic, clean as a whistle, and of all the places where they put in barriers. We hired this company to do both rodent proofing and insulation. Their work on the first day was breeze. They cleaned up attic and added insulation. Also sealed a many places with mesh. Well, real story starts after since we thought we are done ! There was still noise from the attic. Traps were intact, but a dropping here and there. They dispatched Ricardo (Ricardo V). He arrived on time, very professional and on rainy day. He sealed a few openings that may have been left out initially and they suggested he can't help from outside since it was raining. Later - I scheduled another appointment to have it checked outside. He sealed other places from outside. What he did was amazing. I hired Attic Bros to put insulation in my walls upstairs, patch up and paint the holes afterwards. I was very pleased with how punctual and clean they were. They were professional from start to finish. I appreciated their consideration of my busy schedule and need to have a clean house after they left. About a month after they left, I went to get luggage from my crawlspace in my garage. I noticed that some of the insulation went through the walls into the crawlspace. None of us had any way of knowing this was going to happen. I called them up and they scheduled an appointment to have somebody clean it, free of charge. We had a minor rodent problem, and our attic insulation was covered in a light layer of roofing debris from a previous roof replacement. The initial inspection was a very positive experience. Jordan was very friendly and professional. He went through the attic and around the perimeter of the house and took "before" pictures of all the identified issues and shared them with us. (In comparison, another company did not seem to inspect as carefully and was not as transparent about sharing inspection photos.) We then received multiple quotes for different amounts of work, including cleaning, insulation replacement, and rodent proofing for both the attic and the crawl space. They also offered a cash discount. The crew showed up on time and taped protective coverings everywhere. They did a great job removing old insulation and roofing debris before installing the new insulation, all without damaging new HVAC ducting. The job was completed on time, and they cleaned up well. We received "after" photos of all the work, including confirmations that all the identified issues were addressed. Traps were set, but it seems like we got lucky. No rodents were trapped inside, and none seem to have gotten inside since the job. Either way, Attic Bros offers a complimentary first return visit and $20 additional visits in the first year. There were two minor issues to point out, but they weren't big enough to dock a star. The crew made two small nicks in the drywall in the hallway near the attic entrance. They also left some spray foam on a security camera we had set up in the attic (to monitor rodent activity). Besides those issues, everything else went great and we'd hire them again. read more

Their prices while not the cheapest are fair, and justified for the quality of work they do. AtticBros removed old insulation, cleaned and sanitized the attic, installed new insulation and two gable vent fans. They also took care of rodent proofing the home. Vic Benevento was the project manager and he personally took care to make sure everything was done well, and showed me the work. I reached to Attic Bros after our contractor did some work on our house this summer. He mentioned that our attic needed to be cleaned out and that we only had a few random pieces of insulation that were all flattened. A friend had mentioned that her daughter in law just used Attic Bros and was very impressed with their work. From the moment I reached out to the end of the process, they were completely professional and responded quickly. Ori came out, inspected our attic area and took many pictures of what was going on up there. At one point there had been rats up there and there were droppings and urine in the existing insulation. The previous owner of our house must have used the attic space for storage. There was a ton of plywood, a paper mache reindeer, one of those antennas that people used to use on their roofs as well as an old rotary phone (it kind of reminded me of something you would see in a horror movie). Attic Bros price was very competitive and fair. The day of the work being performed I receive a text that Vic and his crew were on the way. When they arrived they got right to work. They removed everything in the the attic, vacuumed, cleaned, sanitized, plugged up any gaps in addition to laying out new insulation. The attic access is in my son's closet, which is unfortunate. The team was very careful with my son's room. They covered everything in plastic and the room was cleaner than it was before they arrived. I expected the job to take the full day but they were done much faster. They offered to let us go up and take a look, but I chose to look at the pictures instead. Because they had found rat droppings up there they set out a few traps to make sure nothing is trapped up there. We have an appointment in a few weeks for someone to come out and check the traps. Thanks to Justine, Ori, Jesus {project mgr} & Ricardo{ follow through & final inspections } from the appointment set by Justine, then depth explanation & pictures from Ori showing the horror in the attic & crawl space of rodents that had infested the attic with 4 tunnels of crawling through the old insulation {pictures }; in the crawl space under the fireplace where there was heavy activity; Jesus arrived with his crew on time ;I wasn't prepared for Jesus to tell me his machine with a short plug {?} wasn't long enough to take out all old insulation through the hallway to the driveway for removal; he had to go through the bathroom window into the backyard; was quite messy but clean up was ok; what did become an issue was putting new steel mesh on all entry points outside house; the crew missed quite a few areas of large holes in original screens & used my old Home Depot flimsy screens which could be easily be pulled out to cover the large eaten holes ;Jesus missed this as we walked the perimeter & he said it was all ok & looked good; When Ricardo came for the follow up inspection he notice the loose screens that were drilled into the outside stucco & had to pull them off & cut new mesh & drilled the mesh into the inside area holes; had this not been noticed & then taken care of I would've had more rodents enter through the crawl space; Ricardo checked the attic , found no activity with traps set & took more pictures; I've never gone through this huge job before & was glad it was finally done ; This was really a long process & the crew worked diligently through the long day; I do feel that it was easy to communicate with all the above mentioned from the initial phone call with Justine & Ori taking pictures & explaining how the aggressive rodents used 4 entry points into the attic & garage into the kitchen; I feel like Jesus was too trusting of his crew & wasn't aware of one guy from the crew that seemed to be in charge of the outside screens ; I had great communication with Jesus from the beginning & would work with him again have one more inspection in January with Ricardo ; would use Attic Bros again because of my initial communication with Justine & the detailed explanations from Ori in the process of the job; This post became very long & I would work with Attic Bros again & recommend this company ; read more
