Sorry David, this review is long over due. David and his team did a fantastic job. He was very professional and I choose him because he was honest and willing to work with me. He was true to his word what he said he would do even though some things got complicated when the job started, he still delivered in the end. He really tries to satisfy the customer as long it is a reasonable request. Other quotes told me I needed radiant barrier for my roof and crawlspace duct needed to be replaced. But during David inspection he notice I already had the radiant barrier from previous owner roof install and the crawlspace ducting only need to be repaired and that would save me money. He is also certified or licensed to do asbestos removal so he would not have to contract other people to do it which would cost more money. I definitely recommend Atticity and would use them again if I had too. Their price was very competitive and doing business with someone honest and trustworthy goes a long way. I generally do post review but I have for this company. If I could give Zero stars then I would give this company zero stars. They did rodent proofing for us, but work is so bad that it didn't work at all. I kept on calling them when I saw rodents and meanwhile they chewed through my ducts and now I have to replace the ducting. I called another local company and they found a few places where they did very shabby jobs. Also they use foam which rodents claw through in a few weeks. I short it's waste of money and you are better off with any other company then them. They do give discount if you show them good reviews on Yelp and Google. Hence the good reviews you see. read more
