I asked if they could give me an estimate they did not hesitate. After the inspection they describe to me the areas that were the infestation was and the cost of the work. I was relieved that Jason provided me a fair price and we schedule a week later. John Hernandez was the Inspector he arrived a hour before the scheduled time. We set up a time for them to come out between 12-2. Usually you expect the guy to be there at 11:45 (if it's Comcast, it's 4). This guy was here right at noon. We really appreciate that. I showed the guy where I had saw some termites on our house (apparently it's one of those things where they were passing through). The guy went right to work. His inspection was the longest of the companies that came through here and he went over places the other guys did not. We're still not sure what preventive actions we will take at the moment but we would definitely use this company for termite issues - professional and prompt. read more

I spent thousands of dollars to have one sidewall treated for termites here. It was expensive, but I trusted yelp review, service was advised by the onsite specialist. Unfortunately, it didn't last--the termites resurfaced just a year later. To make matters worse, their customer support is non-existent. I reached out through the same email channel used for payment, and no one has bothered to reply me after serval emails inquiry. The initial investigation, the installation and the follow up were all very quick and responsive. The actual work was carried out w/o any interruptions to my home. The two service workers for both the subtarranean and dry wood injections were polite, although the work wasnt the best when patching the walkway in front of my house. HOWEVER the company came out and redid the patching work. In fact the company returned 3x to evaluate their work after I complained. They even sent a person out to put back any plants and equipment they had to move to do the work. For me anytime a company corrects their mistakes, I would give them kudos for being so responsive to their customers and wanting to do the right thing. read more

We had our house inspected and treated a year ago. They performed a complete inspection and treatment program. A year later they came and reinspected our house and found evidence of more termites. Just had my house termite treatment completed. It turned out to be a longer day than expected given there was more evidence than first assessed and Oscar and Ernesto were on it. They did a great job. They assessed more evidence (my walls and windowsills were opened up). They very politely explained things to me in a way that I understood And instilled confidence. They followed through spent a lot more time and care for treating than expected. completing treating the perimeter, lower and upper crawlspaces, they had to inject also within the inside walls a bit, and then ended up injecting on the outside walls, where there was a lot of evidence of termites. Super nice guys very polite and courteous. They worked hard, were informative and professional and pleasant. As far as value goes, they were here all day, same fee and there's a warranty, so seems good. I called Pacific Coast Termite for an inspection after seeing some termites in the house. I had the pleasure of meeting Omar Razo who did the inspection. He was on time, knowledgeable and very thorough. He walked all the way around the house, and I live on a very steep grade, so that wasn't easy, but it didn't deter him. He told me that there was no current activity but did point out a few things to help avoid issues in the future, like removing a decaying tree stump in the yard. He also pointed out a few other items that needed attention, like an area that could have water settling, and a few boards on the deck that need to be replaced. This review is for Bill. I missed the originally scheduled 2-hour window by 20 minutes, so our original inspector had to leave for their next appointment and couldn't return for another four days. I called the main office, and they were able to arrange for Bill to come to our place the same day, which was amazing. We were extremely stressed about the drywood termite issue, but Bill's expertise and thorough inspection immediately put us at ease. He identified several additional areas with drywood termite activity that we hadn't noticed and addressed them efficiently and with great care. One of the problem areas was on the exterior window trim of our upstairs bedroom. Bill climbed a tall ladder and treated it with precision. He also took the time to explain the differences between drywood termites and dry rot, providing helpful recommendations--such as getting the window frames treated when we replace the windows in a couple of months. They replaced western exposed beams, all our fascia, our prominent front window trim and miscellaneous soffit panels and ridge vents. Pacific Coast termite did an inspection and found some termite activity in the attic. They treated it with their products and we were able to stay in our home. If we had tented and fumigated we would have had to stay somewhere else with our pet for a few days. We did have some dry rot damage to our fascia that needs repair. My concerns were that we have a tile roof. Quality of the replacement fascia. I would like to prime the lumber before it's put in place. Randel and Ramiro arrived with a 2x10 fascia that was pre primed. They removed the necessary tiles and replaced the damaged fascia. On 6.25.2024 Raudel & Ramiro of the wood repair division from Pacific Coast Termite Co. were scheduled to do major termite damage frame repair to my front picture window at my rental in Oakland. The Technicians were right on time & propped open the sill to assess the termite damage that may have compromised the frame. The estimate was for $650.00 & that's what I was charged. An earlier assessment was that the termites may have infiltrated & compromised the entire frame above & below of the picture window. The window would have to be removed & the whole frame would have to be rebuilt! The technician Raudel said the wood below the sill was in good shape. It wasn't as bad as first thought. I recently had Pacific Coast Termites come out to my home to treat for subterranean and drywood termites. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of their work. The inspector who came to my home, Robert, was very knowledgeable about termites and their behavior. He took the time to explain the different types of termites, how they infest homes, and the different treatment options available. Robert also did a very thorough inspection of my home. He checked the crawl space and outside perimeter of the house for signs of termite activity and showed me pictures of the termite tubes in under the house. After the inspection, Robert recommended a treatment plan that included both subterranean and drywood termites. He explained the different types of treatment options available and the pros and cons of each. I decided to go with the treatment plan that Robert recommended. 5 weeks later, Jaime and Larry showed up to perform the treatment and this was completed in just under 4 hours. Jaime did an amazing job keeping my house as cleaned as possible as he cleaned up the crawl space and the attic. Larry was very meticulous about trenching around the foundation walls of the exterior perimeter of the house. Together they were an amazing team and treated the soil and also the subarea of the house. Jaime suggested to schedule a follow up a year from now to double check the termite activities as they provide a 2 year warranty.
