We got a quick response from Tim and set up an appointment with Fili to come out for an assessment and estimate for the job. We had found a tiny hole in the wall by our ceiling of our entryway with tiny shavings of wood around it and on the floor below. Fili examined our attic, crawlspace, interior and exterior of our house. He found evidence of termites in the front of our house on the siding by our front door and in the spot we found. Luckily it wasn't too bad and could be resolved with localized treatment where they drill small holes and squirt in a foam that kills the termites. He gave us an estimate. And we got back to him after a few other termite companies came out and checked our house and fave estimates. It seems the other two companies were not as thorough as Fili. The other companies didn't even check the front siding of our house and were more expensive. We booked our appointment with Chang An Termite Control. They showed up today on time and got to work. As an update, there was some misunderstanding and I think that caused some confusion but overall the service was great! I had a follow up inspection from Tim due to recent weather and swarming of bugs. He was really prompt in communicating and scheduling time. Luckily it was a false alarm due to Black webspinners looking similar but I'm definitely appreciative everything him and his company have done for us in treating for termites.
