I called and got a one day appointment right away. Joshua the experienced inspector who is the owners son was skilled in completing the report. I picked this company not on high reviews, but on it being a small family owned business. I shopped around and was quoted high and lower prices. They We're priced in the middle. read more

All About Termite Solutions - Pest Control Near Me - San Jose, California

Just got an inspection and fortunately no termites were found. But they did find/informed us of some water damage. They have earned my trust and recommend them for their honesty and service. I would've given them a 10 STAR if I could!!!! read more

I had treatment for dry wood and subterranean termites done by Josh from All About Termites. I was so impressed with Josh's knowledge and thorough assessment of my situation. He explained what needed to be done and gave me options to choose from, which I greatly appreciated. He did an excellent job and has followed up to ensure I was satisfied with his work. I was also impressed with Crystela who handles the administrative side of the business. She was very attentive to getting my appointments set up and confirmed. I also want to say their online process to pay is extremely easy and user friendly. Overall excellent company. Highly recommend. read more

I called three termite companies to inspect and provide recommendations/estimates for my mom's house. Josh from All About Termite Solutions came out and he was 1000% more detailed in the inspection than the other two companies. He also took the time to explain what he saw, the options to remedy the situation and pros/cons of each. On that day and those following, he was NOT pressuring me to "act now" and "save money." I also like the fact that Josh did the inspection AND the treatment. Everything is done and I'm very happy with the service received from Josh and All About Termite Solutions. If you have a termite issue, I highly recommend you give this company a call! read more

First and foremost, Stephen is so incredibly kind and easy to work with! He's professional, prompt, and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right, while also being super affordable. Second, when he brought his guys out to do the work, they were fast, quiet, and didn't leave a mess. It was almost like they weren't even there. The best part is, Stephen was very responsive throughout the entire process, even dealing with the buyers real estate agents (on a Saturday none the less). I can't recommend him him and his business enough! read more

I recently had my termite treatment done from All About Termite Solutions for my house. I strongly recommend my friends and family if they need to have the termite treatment to go with this company because they are very professional and the price is very also reasonable. Not only they treated the termite issue, they also help me replace the rotted woods. They did a very good job and also finished in a timely matter. I will definitely will give them a call back in the future. Thank you Steve for sharing your knowledge and being so personable. M.H. in Milpitas. read more

I had worked with Steven on a prior house before this. He was professional and precise on his work. Thats why I called him for work at my house. Same professionalism, precision and quality. I will be calling him for work at my Father's soon. read more

I recommend Guardian termite inspection services. I have always spoken to Steve, he is super nice. Gives you an honest opinion, does not try to sell or up sell you. We bought a home a couple of years ago and he took care of all our section 1 repairs. The following year I called him back to reinspect the areas where they may have been termites. We did not have any. We also noticed some other items around the house and as new home owners were not sure if it needed to be fixed right away or can it wait. Steve honestly told us what we can wait to fix. He also knows a lot of good referrals! If he cannot do the job he knows some who does! If you get anything out of this review, is that you are dealing with an honest, on time, super cool, reasonable company that you can trust. And to me as a new home owner who is still learning how to own a home. I really trust this company! We will be back for any other needs! read more

Extremely professional. Family operated. Each experience will have clients coming back for more services

I was impressed with the high-quality, thorough inspection Danny did on our newly purchased home. He took his time to really look at every detail and provided such a great explanation of everything he noted at the end. As a new home buyer, he really helped ease my nerves with everything I was anticipating to find out. Worth the money. read more

Love doing business with an honest, family-owned company! We'd registered for a $250 inspection, and when the inspector came out, he realized this was not something we needed to complete a real estate transaction, but just wanting to be responsible home-owners and respond appropriately to any signs of termites (which we'd seen recently). He gave us expert, detailed recommendations and waived the inspection fee. High integrity, and a really nice guy! A+ from us! read more

We had a termite infestation - we could see some signs of it - and were referred to Guardian by a friend. Steve from Guardian was quick to respond, treated the infestation and repaired the damage. We were able to confirm ourselves that the infestation was resolved as the original symptoms were gone. The treatment was quick and convenient for us. Steve scheduled a 6-month follow-up inspection and Steve came back out and did a thorough inspection that showed we remain termite-free. We are very happy with the entire service - the inspection, the treatment, the repairs, and the follow-up re-inspection. All were very thoroughly completed and professionally done. Great job! read more

Outstanding and professional service! They came out and inspected our property, took care of our pests, and made all the repairs!

Thorough review, but bad follow-up and a confusing report. I had Guardian to a review of my house before I put it on the market, so I could be aware of any issues that might come up. Overall, they did a thorough inspection. They didn't do foundation. A roof inspection was included, which they didn't do but had someone else do later. After a couple hours of inspecting, I talked to them briefly and got a summary of "nothing major". The written report didn't show up for over a week. After a phone call and follow up, I got the report. The report was pretty detailed and had pictures, which was good, but it was confusing. All issues were marked on a single diagram of the house, but my house has 3 levels, and it wasn't clear to me which level the problems were one. I didn't see any explanation of a way to derive this from their problem numbering, and nothing in the description made it clear. Still, most issues I was able to understand what and where they were. One, however, was a rather large issue, without pictures, and I couldn't understand what the problem was. Had they mentioned this when they did the inspection I'd have asked them to show me, but now I only had the report to go on. When my agent called to try to understand the issue, she said she got a terse response and no interest in clarifying the issue. They also stated they were not willing to reinspect the house, without charging the full fee again, unless every issue in the previous report was fixed. Bear in mind, some things you'd choose to not fix and sell "as is", and this one item we couldn't even understand what needed to be fixed. In the end, we hired a 2nd inspection company to do an inspection and clarify the issues that Guardian found. Finally, we understood what we were dealing with. Overall, the inspection was good, but the report was slow to arrive and was unclear, and the follow-up was poor. I chose Guardian instead of my agent's recommendation because of these reviews, a slightly cheaper price, and I thought it possible my agent was steering me toward a company she got favors from, which I suspect is common in real estate. In the end, I think I should've trusted my agent more. read more

This company does fast and on time inspections for termites, but the reports take a little longer and are somewhat hard to read so definitely save time if ou are working in a tight contingency for buying a house. Stephen the owner is wonderful though and works really hard to fix flaws within the company as soon as he finds them. I had a few problems with the company but Stephen reached out to me to learn more about what caused them and I trust him to protect future clients so I'd still recommend him for work and have updated my review. In hindsight, the issues I had were small and quickly resolved by a manager as they were mostly related to re-training employees and misunderstandings regarding my needs. The inspector also reached out to try to fix things. Small, local, family businesses are not as sleek as franchises but these are good people trying hard and mostly doing a good job. Fair price and found a lot of extra repairs that other inspectors missed. read more

Excellent service. When the inspection was completed, the issues that were found with our house were reviewed with us thoroughly and patiently. I highly recommend this service. read more

Highly recommended.. this is a good, honest family business that you can trust to get the work done as promised. I bought an older home with a very tight close and they were able to get the termite work done on time, and with good quality. read more

Guardian did the termite inspection on the home before we bought it. After having to tent the home, we still had some damage that needed repairs. We went with Guardian to do the repair work because 1) they were familiar with the home, 2) estimate was reasonable, 3) they could come out within the next couple of days, and 4) high yelp ratings. On day 1 Marvin showed up on time and we assessed the repairs. Steve (the owner) came out and we agreed on the work and timeline. Doing a little more work here and a little less there, the repairs were done in 2 days and within the estimate. Gotta give a big thanks to Marvin...hottest days of the year (100F +) on the south facing wall, and he just kept going. Clean, thoughtful and professional. Would call them again should the need arise and would also recommend. Thanks guys! read more

I am 100% certain with my rating of Guardian Termite Inspection Services. From experience, I am confident in saying that this guy knows his stuff. It seems hard to come by honest and professional businesses nowadays and I truly appreciate being given just that. The ratings on yelp seem to be very accurate. I promise that you would not be disappointed with this business. Thank You read more

Highly recommended! Great and honest family business. Josh did a very thorough inspection and he is super helpful on getting our contained termite issue resolved. We will use Guradian Termite going-forward to re-inspect our house. read more

They require $250 for inspection so not something I would consider. Other inspection companies did this for me at no charge.

Guardian came through for me when I needed an inspection done on short notice for a house I'm selling. They did a thorough job and were available again for re-inspection after we made the necessary repairs. They also were able to get a fumigation done on the house on short notice. I look forward to using Guardian again in the future and highly recommend them! read more

Highly recommend this company for the quick response and honest opinion. I have used them couple of times in the past and they have reverted quickly with their inspections and insights. They have been very flexible too with the schedule and location of inspection. Thank you Steve for all your help! read more

I was dealing with my late fathers residence and was on a strict timeline when we came across some obvious termite damage. This was an unexpected project and when I called Guardian, Steve was so understanding and fit me in the schedule- even when it involved moving something around. He personally was unavailable, but he sent Josh to the property (the next day!) and Josh was there early actually waiting for me. I received a very detailed and thorough inspection shortly thereafter. It's been an absolute pleasure to work with them. Termite damage is no fun thing to deal with, so it helps to deal with such wonderful customer service by professionals that know what they are doing. I can't say that I would love to work with them again because I mean who wants termite damage haha, but in many cases it is inevitable and I'm glad I've got a great company to call that makes it a breeze. I would highly recommend Guardian to those dealing with those little wood eating assholes. Can I say assholes? First word that comes to mind when I think of termites :) read more

My agent called upon Guardian Termite Services to do a pest inspection prior to listing my property for sale. Guardian Termite Services was thorough and provided me with a report that was easy to understand. I was able to use the report to direct my contractors to make a number of repairs along with other work they were already doing for me as I prepared my property for sale. Steve was very flexible in arranging for a re-inspection appointment. While YELP says they serve the San Bruno area, my property is in San Jose and they easily came out for the initial inspection and re-inspection. Arrived on time! Their prices were reasonable and I would recommend Steve and Guardian Termite Services. read more

Guardian Termite partnered with another Home Inspection company to do the buyer's home inspection on our property. Although we were not there during the inspection, the report was very detailed. After evaluating various options, we opted to have Guardian remediate the most important issues that came up, including some dry rot on the exterior of the home. Steve arrived on time (early, in fact) and he and his partner took the time to point out the issues and explain everything to me. In addition, he was very accommodating of my work schedule and arranged the service accordingly. They were easy to work with, professional, pleasant, and very fairly priced. I would easily recommend them. read more
