Overall, the team has been professional, patient, and reliable. The initial service went smoothly. They came out, sealed the house, explained the process clearly, and were patient with my questions. I was told they would return regularly for follow-up visits to make sure everything was working as expected. There were some scheduling issues early on, including a missed appointment and several reschedules, which was frustrating since I had to arrange my work schedule around the visits. Since then, though, they have been much more consistent and reliable. Communication has improved, they have shown up as scheduled, and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and professional. Overall, I appreciate the service and the effort they've made to follow through. read more

The business reached out promptly to address my concerns and is currently fixing the issue. Will update my final review once completed.

I'm so pleased with the service and professionalism of this company. We recently had the unfortunate experience of rodent visitors and reached out for a few quotes. Their initial visit was extremely thorough - checked the attics, crawl space, exterior and roof. Photo documented the evidence, activity and prepped a treatment plan. Basically locked down all entrance points from the roof to the crawl space, cleaned and sanitized the activity points. This place is now a rodent fortress. Unfortunately a few must have been hunkering down in the walls because we had telltale signs of traps working within 2 days. They came the next day after we noticed - removed, sanitized and reset traps. We will see them in a week for a recheck. I'm confident in their services. Already showing results and they offer a year guarantee. It wasn't cheap -- there were others that came in lower on the quote, but it's worth the extra $ for the confidence in their quality of work and quick results. read more

We had an excellent experience with this pest control company. They cleaned up all of the rat and mouse droppings in our crawl space, removed dead rodents, sanitized the entire area, sealed several entry points, and set traps to make sure any remaining activity was addressed. They also came back for a follow-up inspection, and everything was completely rodent free. It's now been several months since the work was completed, and we've had no signs of rats or mice returning. They were professional, thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job right rather than just offering a temporary fix. If you're dealing with a rodent problem and want a company that provides a lasting solution, I highly recommend them. read more

I was extremely satisfied with Luis's handling of our rodent problem. He was the second quote I received and my, what a contrast. The first company was very quick to answer my yelp inquiry. But they did not set foot in the attic during their inspection. They climbed the ladder, took a look around, and climbed back down. Yet from this they were able to determine that 100% of our insulation needed to be replaced, among other things, totally close to 20k! What?! In contrast, Luis donned a full hazmat suit, went into the attic, and provided detailed photos of each specific area that needed to be addressed. He said our insulation was perfect, btw. He went around our entire property, checking for all entry points. Went under the house and did the same. Gave me an extremely competitive quote, which I accepted, and he had a team out the same day. At the end, he provided me all the before and after pictures so that I felt assured that the work had been done well. The following week he came out as promised and removed on rodent from a trap. The rest were still clean. Today he called again to see if he could come check the traps once more and I told him that next week would be better. He is responsive, reliable, and courteous, and I highly recommend Rodent Blocking to take care of your rodent issues. read more

Luis is incredible: reliable, honest, and keeps his promises. I absolutely hated my experience with Terminix (do not waste your money, they don't do anything) and thought to reach out to see my options and Luis' offer was too good to be true: A one time payment to cover up all the tiny holes + he will come back if things don't improve?! This man delivered and showed up when we needed him on many different occasions!!!!!! This is your sign to give Luis your business. He knows what he's doing and will actually do what he says!!!!!!!!! Pics below of his handiwork. Oh I am in San Francisco, so he and his team go all around from SJ to SF :)!!! read more

Inspection was thorough and treatment was hassle free. Easy to schedule. Highly recommend.

Luis is very informational and he showed up promptly on the scheduled time, conducted proper inspection of all the corners and details to track the entry points and the droppings. He then cleaned up the rodent droppings and clippings. Sanitized and sprayed repellent. The traps he setup caught the rodents two nights in a row. He showed up the very next morning to dispose them off cleanly. Luis did a a great job in terms of managing the problem and understanding my needs. I would highly recommend his services if you pest problems indoors or outdoors. Highlight: He beats all competitors by providing a 1 full year warranty on the job! Total bang for the buck. read more

Luis was quick to respond and gave quotes for several options for fixing the current problem and prevention. I had a pest dig into my crawl space through a hole. He patched up the holes and also replaced some of the crawlspace vents. The prevention was to also patch some entry points in the roof. I think his price was reasonable (as assured by him, I don't have reference points). His work quality is good. read more

We are very happy with the service provided by Luis. He performed a free inspection and was incredibly detailed in identifying the specific issues at our house. Before starting any work, he took the time to explain the entire solution to us so there were no surprises. Luis is professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. He even returned 7 days after the initial service to re-inspect and ensure everything was sealed correctly. The fact that the company provides a 1-year warranty gives us great peace of mind. If you need someone who goes above and beyond, call Luis! read more

Luis arrived quickly and identified where we had mouse activity in our garage. He found evidence of mouse droppings and found where rodents could enter into our walls and patched them up and disinfected the area. He also inspected our roof and found more gaps where there could be potential future infestations and patched those gaps up with concrete and wire mesh. It was a relatively small job (maybe 2-3 hours) that we paid $650 for. read more

Highly recommend Rodent Blocking! They had the soonest availability to inspect, perform exclusion work and set traps to monitor as additional prevention. Their pricing was fair and a great value for range of work that was completed. read more

They were so quick to respond and came on the same day. After a quick inspection, they were ready to get to work and cleaned up and sanitized my outdoor kitchen cabinets that had rodent infestation. They also inspected and sealed every possible entry point to the house. Now I have a peace of mind and 1 year warranty in case anything happens. Luis and the team were very pleasant to work with and overall great. I felt so gross and violated by the rodent infestation, but thanks to them I can sleep at night! read more

We were able to get rid of an infestation of rats in our home by Rodent Blocking. They were thorough, knowledgeable and persistent. They went into the rooms where we noticed activity, eliminated all openings. They went around the outside of our house and sealed the possible openings where they could squeeze into. They set traps inside, caught those rats and came to pick up and disposed of them. Each time we cited them, Rodent Blocking came by to take care of them I would definitely use them again and they are highly recommended read more

I want to give the highest praise to Luis, his aftercare service is incredibly prompt--whenever I message him, he responds right away. If we notice any signs of rodent activity, he'll come over as soon as he can, no matter how late, as long as he's free. And even if he's busy at the moment, he makes a point to come by after work, staying until late in the evening if needed. Asked for help with removing dead rodent from my car. Luis was very friendly and did a great job of removing the carcass.

We had a rat getting into our house and leaving traces over the counter and in the rooms for 2 consecutive days . Luis and his crew responded to our request promptly on a Sunday, sealed entry around the house and on the roof, and set traps in the house and in crawl space. We were able to swiftly catch a rat on the second day and he came to deal with it within 30 mins of my initial reach. Very professional and responsive. We didn't compare quotes with other companies, so we don't know if it's a reasonable price; but they do give us 3 year warranty which gives us a lot of peace of mind. read more

These guys are awesome! I had an emergency situation with rats in the crawlspace and ductwork under my house and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Philip and his crew came out and explained different options and provided a very reasonable bid. The next day they set traps then removed the ductwork and sanitized the crawl space. Additionally they sealed and blocked points of access and provided pictures of their work. The new ductwork was installed about a week later once it was determined the rats were no longer there. The crew was very efficient. I cannot say enough about these guys--hardworking, polite, knowledgeable and they cleaned up their work. Highly recommend Rodent Blocking. read more

I had a mouse issue in my condo, and they did an excellent job identifying the entry points and sealing them with cement and mesh so the mice couldn't return. Luis did an excellent job to solve the Rat problem that was ongoing in our house (inside and at the attic and crawl space). Out of 5 people whom I got the inspection scheduled, Luis is the one who spent considerable amount of time in the attic, crawl space , roof and perimeter of the house. He captured all the entry points with the pictures and explained to me with the way he is going to fix them. To top it off his quote was the lowest of all the folks whom I got the quote. The job was performed to the satisfaction and he shared the before and after pictures very clearly for all the work he has performed. He visited multiple times post work and so far there is no rat problem. His services comes with 1 year default warranty and for a little bit extra I got one more additional year warranty ( I had a bad experience with prior company who did the work almost an year back). I would recommend Luis for any issues for the Rat problem. read more

I really appreciate how responsive and kind they were. When I reached out about my cat getting stuck in the crawl space, they responded very quickly and were genuinely willing to help, even though it was a Sunday. They took the time to communicate clearly, answered my questions, and were ready to come out to assist. With their guidance, my cat was eventually able to come out on its own. Highly recommend. read more

100% recommend these guys. From the first contact on yelp to the last at my house, they are all the most personable, professional, friendly, and helpful guys. They responded immediately and within 3 days my house is now rodent proof. Woohoo. Their products are animal and pet friendly. No poisons here. They worked hard, were so clean ( left my place looking better than it ever has) they will be back in a week to see how I'm doing and I can call them at anytime if I need help. Oh yes warranty is for a year. They are fair, affordable and worth every penny. I feel like I just made new friends. Anyway, enough gushing. I had a really great experience with Rodent Blocking. Communication was quick and friendly from the start. I was actually surprised to see that their response rate is listed at 70%, because Luis (I believe he's the owner) was one of the first people to message me back. When he arrived at my home, he was fast, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly removed a deceased possum, properly bagged and secured it, and disposed of it himself (not in my trash). He also sanitized the area thoroughly and applied repellent around the perimeter of my house. Overall, very friendly, fast, and professional service. I highly recommend Rodent Blocking and expect their rating to stay consistently high. read more

Luis and Daniel were quick to respond to my request. They came and did an inspection Monday. Booked them for the job on Tuesday morning. Luis and team member were really professional. Prices are really great. They will even come back a few times to make sure we don't have any more issues. I highly recommend this business. Thanks again for the great job and service Luis! read more

These guys are the real deal. As others have mentioned, Luis is a pro and did a full inspection that covered roof, attic, outside perimeter, and crawl space. Their pricing is reasonable and withjn market and they completed the job the following day I called them. read more

I discovered the problem (a rat in the kitchen!) late on Friday. Luis came out as soon as Saturday morning. He did a thorough inspection and worked diligently almost the rest of Saturday to take care of any holes or cracks where rodents may re-enter the house and garage. This included Luis going up onto the roof to put wire mesh over pipe openings, crawling through the crawl space under the house, and inspecting the attic. He cleaned all areas, laid traps, and came back promptly in a week to re-inspect everything. read more
