Had a very bad experience with this company. Last December asked Cesar to help a problem with rats. He sent a young man Jose to fix a problem. Jose set the traps and left. Next another young man came in and he did not know what Jose did, he did not know where the traps are. Finally I called to asked Jose to come and check the traps. It is not surprised, a dead mice was caught and it must happen long time ago , so the whole room was full of flies,mosquitoes. Even Jose was very very uncomfortable. I'm soo glad we found Ratting On Rodents!! Cesar is super reliable, has excellent communication, is very friendly and professional and overall does great work! His team is super efficient and hard working as well. We were experiencing a super foul smell (which I'm sure was a big dead animal) for days in the master bedroom at my house, up to the point where I cannot stay in that room any longer. I tried calling multiple pest/rodent control companies, but some of them scheduled to come too far out or they seemed unsure if they were able to do the dirty work without charging ridiculous pricing. What I love about Ratting on Rodents is: 1) They're on-call 24/7, so while some companies I looked up closed at 5pm, I was able to call them at 8pm and get a consultation/service going (they were the first one to come with fast and easy service) 2) Cesar responded quickly to my phone call and text messages and immediately took my concern into action and scheduled an appointment with me the next morning! I rarely write reviews and all too often people are fast to complain. However, I had a great experience working with Ceasar. I am a Realtor and my Client waswere selling their home. However, as we were preparing the house for the market, we discovered a severe rodent issue in the household. Ceasar came on short notice and quickly identified the issue. He also called another contractor we needed for another service that we would need to utilize, in order to properly get the home ready. While Ceasar's recommended contractor came in to clean, sanitize and perform restoration and the removal of all contaminated insulation in the attic, we had the home sealed up so that rodents could no longer enter the home through various cracks and crevices that had been identified. Ceasar's crew set traps and came back to periodically check if any rodents were caught. Luckily, the home was clear of any rodent activity. My clients were super happy with the same-day speedy service received, as they recently got their home listed to sell while the real estate season is still hot!
