These folks were among several who responded to my request on yelp about an insect I found in my…read morehome. While others were positive I was seeing a wingless subterranean termite, they identified the insect as harmless. Since I am nonetheless nervous about termites, I decided to take advantage of their free inspections, which is typical of the industry I believe. And a good thing. About a week later and just a couple days before they were to come over, there was a big deposit of Frasse in our bedroom. I took a picture and posed the question to Gemini and Meta AI, which both identified it as from dry wood termites. When Robert came, he did the same. Robert explained the immigration details well. Kept in touch. Fumigator who put tent on also was communicative. Does not appear that I received a call in advance from person who took tent off. Would have liked that. Overall, I am happy with the results so far. Well, at least I feel like they did the work and I am hopeful that I will not see any termite Frasse in the next three years, which is their guarantee. I would use them again for a fumigation.
