Alisa came out to our house. She walked around the house, climbed up to the roof, and crawled under the house. She identified entry points for the rodents that other pest control companies did not notice. She closed off the openings, set traps, and continued to monitor for rodents every month until she was satisfied that there were none left. Great service. Very professional. Always on time. read more

***DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. *** You know, I gave this business the benefit of the doubt when they stopped showing up n answering our calls. They gave my mom a sob story about their living situation, and my mom, out the of kindness of their heart, asked me to remove their bad review. I did, but never again will I feel sorry for this scamming lady and her business. My mom has given you money TWICE after the original payment, and you still can't complete the job, what kind of business are you running?! You take advantage of nice people and manipulate with your sob stories. It's ridiculous. Be consistent with your job duties!!! It's simple. You need to learn how to complete the job and stick to your word. ALSO, she left a huge hole and has not come by the fix it. This lady is dishonest and doesn't deserve another dime from us. ***Below is my original review** l used their services for my parents house years ago, and we were impressed. Fast forward 8 years ago, she fell through. She didn't communicate well, she ignored our pleas to come fix issues. We kept telling her to come by and address the rodent issue, and she said she would come. She'd lie and never show up. Now we are going through someone else to get the job done. How do you go from being so great, responsive, and getting the job done to being a terrible communicator and not finishing what we paid for. We should get our money back or a completed job but too bad she won't show up. We are so disappointed in your poor service. We trusted you once and you sure let us down. Huge disappointment, I DONT RECOMMEND. Do better! read more

Xtreme Rodent Control - The holes she made that she refuses to come By and fix. I don't just understand how you are still in business. - Pest Control Near Me

Alisa is top notch. Gets to work and gets it done. I'd use her again in a heartbeat.

Got their help 2.5 years ago for a home inspection and rodent proofing. They seemed to have done a thorough job but fast forward 2.5 years and our house has rodents. Impossible to get hold off on the phone and shows no sense of urgency to defend a job they've done. I had to find someone else to come and rectify and they called out all the various misses in the original job. While I take such observations with a pinch of salt, the least someone can do is be responsive and defend their job. I'm having a much better experience with a licensed service provider with proper customer support. Probably something to think about. read more

Alisa is professional, thorough, and thoughtful about what needs to be accomplished. Our problems were resolved quickly and efficiently!

Alisa is amazing at what she does. As a Realtor, I have utilized her service numerous times for my clients and they have all given raving review of her quality of service, friendly demeanor, and results. Thank you Alisa!! read more

It worked. And they did a good job of closing all the entries and make sure no rats are going in. After a few months, I started to hear some activities and called them again. But they are slow to respond even though I bought extra warranty. read more

Alisa is the best. She wants to solve the problem and has the skill and know how to do it. From my experience and my neighbor who referred XRC, they are batting 1000. Highly professional, I would strongly recommend. read more

We recently had Xtreme Rodent Control to take care of our rodent problem in our house. We used 2 other companies before but were not too happy with their service. Alisa was great. She was on time with all her appointments. The first visit she rodent proof the house. She set 10 traps in the crawl space and another 10 traps in the attic. She came back a week later to check the traps. Walla got 3 rats in the crawl space with one which was one of the largest she had trapped. None was trapped in the attic. She came back the second week. There was none in the crawl space. This time one was trapped in the attic. She will come back again in 3 weeks to make sure that there is no more rodent in the house. The first company I used before did not set up any trap, while the second one had 2 in the attic and 2 in the crawl space. They did not even come back again to check the traps. The charge was more than reasonable and has a 6 month warranty. We can call her if we suspect any new rodent problem and encounter any bad smell. We highly recommend Xtreme Rodent Control without any reservation. You will be happy to use them. read more

Xtreme Rodent Control is great! They know exactly how to proceed Seal up the house to keep rats out Next set 24 traps, then after 10 days check traps, if any rats have been caught wait another 10 days. If no rats are caught remove traps. I had them clean the craw space and fix insulation damage this costs extra of course. They took before and after pictures of the work. I was very happy and say to others, select Xtreme Rodent Control with confidence, look no further Rodger read more

I wrote my first review for Alisa in 2016 as she helped me solve our rodent issues. Fast forward to 2018, the little monsters are back unfortunately... The second I heard activities in the attic, I called Alisa right away and as always, she was so helpful and responded right away. We have since caught 3 rats and she helped me fix the entry points again. It is so good to know that Alisa is still so helpful. If you are hearing weird sounds in your attic, don't hesitate and just give Alisa a call!!! read more

Xtreme Rodent Control is by far the best exterminator we've ever had. Alisa is a total bad-ass. She took our rat infestation personally and went above and beyond to fix the problem. She starts by thoroughly inspecting the outside of the home. Then she seals any openings she finds. Finally she sets a ton of traps to kill any rats trapped inside. Her pricing is incredibly reasonable especially compared to some of the con-artists who gave us quotes. If you want an effective pest control solution without being taken to the cleaners look no further. Two thumbs up! Thank you Alisa!! read more

I checked the better business bureau site, and this business has a grade of F. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business.'I hired another company who is licensed & the owner told me I'm not the first person who has gone to his company , after having a bad experience with Alisa. The way I was treated was very upsetting. She never even seemed apologetic. I will definitely do better research next time. The current company doing the job is completely different in how they address things and I wish I had not wasted my Time with this company from the beginning. The F grade is not due to any review. In fact there are no reviews on the better business bureau website for this company. This is a attempt to deflect. The business has a F for treason that has nothing to do with review. The company owner did not bother to look into this before she made comments to my updated review. read more

Alisa is the best contractor after several came in for inspection for rodent control. She is thorough in the inspection and gave a reasonable quote. Others are more interested in selling me insulators. She is on time and she was able to find all the openings inside the house where mouse can come in and locate all openings in the roof and put everything in writing where, how and when she is going to fix in the quote on the spot. She did not pressure me to commit right then and she is ok for me to reply after I talk with other contractors. No other contractor did that detail and gave honest assessment and not try to oversell. She did solid permanent blocking in all the holes inside the house and in the roof. And she placed traps in the attic and will come back weekly to inspect them till they are clear. And she is very pleasant to work with and have a very positive attitude toward her job. I am very happy for the service. read more

I highly recommend Xtreme Rodent Control! We had placed calls with several other companies and often didn't receive calls back. We're so grateful that we were able to work with Alisa, as she was extremely professional and effective in eliminating our rat problem. She was always on time and every visit was very efficient. She did a thorough first inspection to provide information about how much the service would cost. She came back a week later to set all of the traps, and then she checked the traps a week later. She said to contact her if we heard anything, but it has been blissfully quiet! Thank you, Alisa! read more

Alisa and her crew are great! I interviewed a half dozen companies before finding Alisa on Nextdoor from a recommendation from a neighbor. She was the ONLY contractor who was willing to do a comprehensive job of dealing with rats in my attic. She did a thorough inspection, trapped and inspected weekly, and patched any openings/entry points she could find. We have a tiled roof with curved tiles and rat-proofing it is almost impossible. All the other contractors either would only treat on the outside of the roof, or only the inside of the roof, or wouldn't patch, or they really just wanted to sell me a new roof or clean out and reinsulate my attic. Very frustrating, until I found Alisa! She is also a very good communicator and lets me know in advance if she will be a bit late. No one wants a contractor who doesn't show up or doesn't bother to let you know. Don't bother with anyone else; just call Alisa. read more

Lisa just set traps all over the house and blocked up all the holes in the roof. She will be checking the traps every week until no more rodents are found. If I have any problems during the week she will come out and resolve the issue. She charges one flat rate which covers 6 months of service as necessary. Very reasonable rate and very thorough service, I highly recommend this company read more

Alisa is a joy to work with. She was punctual for both the estimate and the actual rat proofing and communicated clearly when she ran late for the follow up appointments. Alisia's assistant sealed up the entry points she found around the house and they placed rat traps in the crawlspace and article. No rodent activity so far for two weeks, Alisa would be back in a couple of weeks to check again. After listening to my report of rat sightings in the kitchen and a pungent smell from my oven, Alisa pulled out my stove and found a huge disgusting mess left by the rats. She kindly cleaned it up for me and patched the holes left by the rats/poorly performed contractor work. Alisa even removed the kick plate from the oven to check that the rats were not nesting inside the oven. She then proceeded to pull out my huge fridge by herself and found another mess which she cleaned. I am really impressed with the level of detail in Alisa's work. read more

Alisa is very honest, offers just what needs to be done without trying to upsell or add extra services. She did rats removal in a town house for us, and lots of other companies in the area asked for much more money, or said they would only do the job if other town houses go through inspection. Alisa runs her own business and might get busy at times, but is very good at responding if you send a follow-up text/voice message. read more

Alisa is amazing - reliable, efficient and a pleasure to work with! In a couple of days our rats were gone!

I rarely put my reviews on Yelp unless the job is done very well or very bad. Alisa worked very hard under the dark and tiny crawl space digging the trenches, because this is an older house with many trees around, so there are many tree roots that have to dig out, not an easy job. Alisa not only work hard but also very detailed, there are many holes need to be screened and blocked out from the rodents to come under the house. Her responses are prompted, she always text me before she arrives to the house so that we can expect when she will be here. In general, I feel that she is not here just "doing the job", she is also care about that the job is done well enough so that the residence will no longer be bothered by the rats. read more

Alisa takes her job very seriously - she really wants to catch those pesky rats. She is clearly knowledgeable about rodent behavior and how best to deal with them. I had used another company on a previous occasion but the rats returned which is when I reached out to Alisa. On thorough inspection she was able to identify entry points that had not been fixed. Her service and professionalism is outstanding, her willingness to revisit and check traps and stand by her warranty is testament to that. And quite frankly, I like her no nonsense attitude. She means business, she crawls under the house, in the attic, around perimeters and on the roof - there is no stopping her. And she goes above and beyond too - she even built a new crawl space door for us because she wanted to ensure there was no risk of that being a point of entry for the rodents. Alisa is a rock star and she should be the FIRST person you contact if you have a rodent problem. I would give her more than 5 stars if Yelp let me! read more

Alisa came out to my house last year. She walked around the house, climbed up to the roof, and crawled under the house. She identified entry points for the rodents that other pest control companies did not notice. Alisa is simply awesome!!! I have really bad rat issues in my house. Before I reached out to Alisa, I already called and got estimates from the other two companies. One promised to come but was 3 hrs late. The other one gave me a ridiculous amount of estimate. I could only guess that crazy estimate is because 1) I am a female. 2) my zip code is Los Altos 3) The rats in my attics will require risk their life to get ride of. Then I found Alisa's yelp listing. Alisa told me she charges inspection fee, which is different than other rodent control companies. I decided to give her a try and ok with it. She came right on time, climbed up to the roof, did a throughout inspection. And Alisa explained to me my rats problem and how to fix it. I already so impressed by her professional attitude within 30 mins. Then she gave me a very reasonable price that makes other two companies' estimate sound so ridiculous!!! My house smelled so badly when Alisa came to my house, she helped me found 2 dead rats in the basement which caused by my poisonous baits. She surely know what she is doing. Alisa is extremely professional. I can't say enough good thing about her. Even though today she just rat proof and set traps in my house. I already feel so safe and calm. I only wish I could have found her 2 weeks ago before rodent issue became so bad. I highly recommend Alisa. Not just for rodent control, but also for her honesty and professional attitude toward her work. Great job, Alisa. read more

I thought I wrote a review for Alisa 5 years ago and it turns out I hadn't! Alisa is the best ever, she has a great attitude, super smart, very professional and thoughtful. I called her freaking out when I saw a creature scampering in my parents garage. She came right away with a smile, her toolkit and ready to get it done! We shared some great laughs, stories and she safely and intelligently got rid of the problem. It has been 5+ years and I still remember how great the experience was and my parents have been rodent free. It's because Alisa was thorough and educated me on how to prevent rodents in the home!! I wouldn't want anyone else for this project besides her! read more

There's no reason for you to go to anyone else frankly. Alisa and her colleague Rick are fantastic, they're super busy but they'll try squeeze you in if urgent, they won't try and charge you per animal captured, and they'll give you 8 visits for a reasonable amount. She's also very responsive and helpful via text. read more

Straight to the problem, real expert, thorough, no bs and really take responsibility. I can't recommend Alisa enough. She did a great job and visited so many times to check on any suspicion we had. I almost felt like she cared more about our rodent problem than we did. She even trimmed my trees big time to make sure the little ones don't get up to the attic. Now after one year there's no activity whatsoever, which is a miracle considering the wires and trees we have in our neighborhood. I would go straight to her for anything related! read more

I think we're finally rodent free. None in the garage, Alisa sealed a side door with metal flashing, something the previous pest company did not do, even if they assured me the door was "solid." The problem areas in the house that we heard activity have are quiet, too. I will still have Alisa come once a month to make sure no new holes have been made and the ones she covered up are still holding up. I like to use peppermint oil spray just for an added deterrent and she showed me where to spray it. Alisa keeps to her word and she cares about her customers and her work. If I here or see anything new, Alisa is just a text or call away. read more

Alisa and her crew are awesome! She was quick to spot the potential breaches within our house and came up with a plan to remedy the situation. They set traps and rodent proofed our crawl space and attic. It has been 5 months since the treatment and our house has been rodent free. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and punctual. Have already referred them to several friends in need of rodent control and would definitely use their services again if needed. read more

I am so glad to have found Alisa with Xtreme Rodent Control. She made an unhappy and frustrating situation... better. While her estimate was not the lowest, I chose her for her thorough estimate, trustworthiness, and professionalism. The other company, while slightly lower priced, said they didn't actually kill the rodents! They wanted to set a "one way door" so that the rodents leave my house and can't come back in. Then the rodents would just be someone else's problem! Alisa is very hardworking. She cares about her customers and knows how frustrating it is for us to live with rodents. I was not getting enough sleep because the scurrying and scratching was right next to my bedroom. She completely understood and even squeezed me in on a Sunday when she doesn't normally work. Now that's dedication! I am happy to say that we are officially rodent-free thanks to Alisa. I can finally sleep now. I highly recommend her! read more

If you have a rat problem, then Alisa is the rat slayer for you. I had a massive rat problem in my attic and wasn't sure who to call. I spoke to two other guys before I hired Alisa.
