Wow! What an amazing company. I contacted Delta Dryer Vent Cleaning after noticing that my dryer was taking longer to dry my clothes. Normally I'd only run my dryer on "high" for one cycle. Lately, I've been having to run the same cycle twice. Not only was this frustrating but it was costly. So I decided that it was time to hire someone to fix this issue. This is actually the second time that I've experienced this so I was somewhat familiar with the process. Upon calling, the gentleman who answered the phone assessed my situation by asking questions about my home structure and the problem I was experiencing. He also answered the questions that I had for him. When I informed him that I was interested in making an appt., he agreed and asked very politely if he could call me back within the next hour as he was in the middle of something and did not have his schedule in front of him. I agreed! Within the next hour, I received a call back from the gentleman whom I'd spoken to earlier. I asked for an appt on specific days and he found a time for me on one of the requested days. Mark Jr. arrived at my home on time. In fact, he arrived early and called to inform me that he could start sooner if that worked for me. It actually worked out perfectly as I had other things to do after our appointment. Mark Jr. was an extremely kind and polite person. He did a brief assessment while there and got to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was informed that my dryer vent will now have much better airflow now that all the "gunk" (my wording, not his) was cleaned out. Prior to leaving, he informed me that I can give them a call if anything was not working as expected and he'll come back free of charge (wow!). I won't need to use my dryer again for the next few days but I'm pretty sure all is well. Still, it's very comforting to hear those words from someone who just provided you with a service, as that is not very common, unfortunately. My dryer was having no air flow right after the duct work was reattached from where it had come lose under the crawl space and I was sure it needed to be cleaned, if not replaced.
