FIVE STARS Incredibly responsive, reliable, and respectful! We couldn't be happier with the experience and workmanship of Bay Air Pros. There was excellent and clear communication throughout the entire process from initial quote to completion and payment. We enlisted three companies for estimates and even though we paid for this estimate, we felt it was the most thorough. Dennis took the time to understand our frustrations with poor air quality, a noisy intake/return, and very unbalanced air flow through the house. His team inspected the VERY old ductwork we had in place and agreed with us that full replacement would be ideal. We saved and planned for this home improvement and are so glad we had it done. Eric and Darren were so respectful of our home, professional, but personable... we felt completely safe having them complete work while we were home with the kids and also while we were out of the house. Additionally, Eric identified a bathroom Leak while under the house which I guess will be our next home repair! LOL I'm grateful he took the time to notice this and let us know. The team accommodated our schedule and completed the job on time. The air quality is now improved (checked with an AQI monitor) and the air flow is balanced-- finally air flow to our bedrooms!! The repair involved cleaning out the condenser which was clogged with debris and causing the system to blow warm air and prevented the home from cooling down.
