Dryer Express - Lint cleared from our vent - Air Duct Cleaning Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

Contacted Dryer Express for dryer vent cleaning. Was able to get appointment scheduled quickly. Technician right on time. Got a text they were on their way. Everything cleaned up after and the price was exactly what was quoted. read more

The tech wasn't able to help me, because I have an issue with my vent, so he didn't charge me. He drove all the way to my condo in his massive truck and wouldn't take a dollar from me, because he wasn't able to provide service through no fault of his own. Remarkable. read more

This is a great business. They came in and they told me that my dryer had another issue and recommended someone else for it without charging me! They spent some time too. Great, honest business. read more

We had heard such great things about Raz and called him to clean our ducts prior to having a new washer and dryer installed. He showed up very promptly but we discovered that the roof vent to use was permanently attached and would need to be modified. We decided to approach our problem a different way. That being said, he never charged us for the visit and for that reason alone I would recommend him. Truly an honest guy that believes in only charging for service provided. I would highly recommend him on character alone..... read more

Professional. Quick. Efficient. Overpriced. I called because we've been in the house 3yrs and have no idea how long before that the previous occupants had it cleaned (if ever). I know they are top cause of house fires and our dryer has been struggling to dry effectively. Raz was very professional and responsive. He provided quick, same-day service since he was already in the area. My biggest complaint is the price point. Losing 2 stars because of it. $169 for a short run with only 1 bend - about 10mins of work - and he was already in the area so no additional drive/toll was needed. It was much too high in my opinion. I should have gotten other quotes or asked for a reduced rate once I realized just how simple the job was. It may have not been intentional on his part, however I left feeling a bit taken advantage of. read more

Raz is very fast, flexible and friendly. I had no idea that dryer vents should be cleaned out every so often. So my dryer vent was in much need of a thorough cleaning. Called in the morning to see if he had any afternoon appointments but he was booked up. But he was able to come by in the evening. He gave a call before heading over and when he arrived. The process didn't take long at all. He explained why it needs to be cleaned and how often. Prices are fair for the job. read more

I highly recommend Dryer Express, Raz came out and attempted to clean my duct, water poured out indicating a problem with the dryer, not the duct. He refused to charge me despite the time spent. You don't run into honesty and efficiency like these often these days. read more

Raz is amazing. He came out within 48 hours to clean out our duct vent and was so friendly, quick and helpful. Then our dryer error message came up again and after I messaged him, he came out the very next day to check it out and helped with a kink in our dryer flex duct. I have already recommended him to a few friends- he's awesome. Couldn't recommend him more. read more

I called Dryer Express as I recently moved into a new condo and my brand new dryer was not drying clothes properly. I'm in a 2nd floor condo and the dryer vent is a long run from where the vent to the outside is to the dryer inside the unit. Raz arrived promptly on time and went right to work. He cleaned out the whole vent pipe (approx. 25 feet). I could not believe the amount of old lint that came out! It was shocking!!! I'm very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend them! read more

Rez came out the day I called to get my cloths dryer vent and duct cleaned. It turned out that a much smaller job was needed. He did it immediately and didn't charge me for the call. No one showed up for my appointment, when I called to check in I was told I would have to reschedule. The person I spoke with was nice, tried to get another employee to do the job, but no one wanted to do it. My days wages were lost because of this. Do not recommend read more

All I have to say is Raz is amazing person. He is very communicative and prompt to the appointment. Took a few minutes, made an assessment, a few adjustments and gave his opinion. All within 15 min or so. He didn't charge me because he didn't "fix" anything... i tried but he refused. I recommend Raz based on his, integrity, ethics and overall a great person/professional. THANK YOU, Raz! read more

Raz is the best! We called him to check our dryer vent as it hadn't been cleaned in awhile and we were worried it might be a fire hazard. He set up an appointment for us and arrived on schedule. After inspecting the vent he informed us that there was no blockage and the no work needed. My husband offered to pay him for his time but he insisted it was no charge. We feel so lucky to have found Raz! You can't find anyone more honest and professional. Thank you for your help Raz! read more

So happy with the service! Highly recommend!!! read more

I am going to double down on Raz's honesty and reliability, too. I called Dryer Express after a Yelp search to see if, in addition to a dryer vent cleaning, Raz would be willing to look at and repair our dryer hose. He told me to supply the part and he promised to take a look at it and install it free of charge. Sure enough, when he arrived at our house, he crammed himself behind our dryer and properly installed our hose duct (first time it's been done correctly since we moved in 5 years ago). He even took the time to make a hybrid duct out of flexible and rigid ducting. He then went to clean our dryer vent only to discover we don't have one that vents outside our house. I tried to pay him for the installation of the duct, but he wouldn't let me! He asked me to recommend him to friends (which I did immediately) and when we do get our dryer properly vented, to have him out to come clean it! If he was licensed to vent our dryer, I would have given him the business on the spot! I highly recommend Dryer Express' exceptional service. Raz is honest, professional, reliable, and a clear communicator. What more could you ask for? read more

I contacted Dryer Express for a quote and had a reply within the hour (and this was after business hours). Raz did a great job cleaning out our dryer vent (a service we were terribly overdue to have done) and even moved the dryer forward and showed me how the hose had been squished against the wall which would affect dryer performance. He was professional and friendly and I'm very happy to recommend their services. And will be using them again as we will do a much better job of keeping our dryer vents unclogged in the future! read more

Dryer Express - I had to show my husband picture evidence of just how badly our dryer vents were clogged. Thanks, Raz! - Air Duct Cleaning Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

Raz is a positive, professional person of integrity. He quickly determined that the distance from our dryer to the external vent did not require his services. Most people would have taken advantage of the situation, but not Raz. Thank you for your honesty! read more

These guys are the best very very reasonable prices for outstanding responsive service and high quality equipment. I hired them to clean my air duct for my house. which Raz was able to navigate beautifully. They respond promptly to questions. I would not use anyone else for air duct cleaning and will use their service every 6 month. Thank you Dryer Express!!! read more

Let me start by saying Raz was super professional and courteous. So we decided to get the ventilation redone in our guest house. Razs team was super knowledgeable. They answered all our questions on what we needed to buy and what we needed to do in order to best expedite the process. It was quick and painless. GO RAZZZZZZ! read more

Raz is wonderful. Our dryer gave us a blockage code that went away when we cleaned the lint trap, but since we bought the house with the washer and dryer in place, we had no way of knowing when the vent was last cleaned. Apparently it had been awhile, because Raz pulled a small mountain of lint from the vent. He also showed me where to periodically check the grate on the vent to make sure there isn't buildup. He's very kind and efficient, and I feel much safer in my home knowing he cleared out what could have been a fire hazard. So thankful for his help! Highly recommend! This is the kind of thing that's easy to put off because it feels like it will be a hassle, but it absolutely was not. I'm going to mark my calendar and call again next year. read more

Very happy with the job , Raz came to our house and explains everything and give us the right service I highly recommend read more

Strongly recommend! I requested a quote for cleaning our dryer vent and Raz replied very fast with a reasonable price and immediate availability. He came to our place very soon and checked our vent. However, our vent design is very strange and we could not find the correct vent location outside. He tried his best to clean it and helped us replaced the dryer's tube. As we could not find the correct outside venting location and the thorough cleaning could not be carried out, Raz did not charge us. We will ask him to clean again after figuring out the vent location. Thanks! read more

Could not agree more with the reviews that talk about Raz's honesty and integrity. Very knowledgeable and definitely someone that I trust to do what's best for your home. read more

I contacted Raz yesterday to make an appt.; he's already been and left this am. I'm so happy to have a dryer again!! We had tried cleaning the vents on our own, but ended up pushing the lint further in and clogging it to the point of zero air flow. Raz made recommendations to the set-up of the ducting, and was very thorough in his cleaning. He reconnected our dryer (which we had disconnected), and cleaned up not just the lint he removed, but also some my husband left behind. We will not be cleaning our vents on our own any longer-- we will call Raz from now on. I'm so happy to be able to use the heat on our dryer again! Thank you Raz! read more
