Very professional! I had no idea what a dryer vent entailed or what it was suppose to do but after living here for so long I figured why not do one. It was very cost effective, not bad at all. There is some equipment that goes into your place and it does get loud but they are thorough and they make sure they clean the mess (which was barely any). A couple months ago following the end of a full remodel of our condo we hired James to clean our air system which I don't think we ever had cleaned professionally in 20+ years. James was just an all around pleasant guy and arrived and got right to work. I believe he was here for a couple hours, patiently answered any questions I had along the way and unlike many workers that were in our home over the course of our year long remodel, left no mess for us to clean up after. When he was done the house smelled fresh (but not scented) and my wife who is hyper-sensitive to scents and chemicals had no issue at all and neither did our small dog who has allergies. We also added on the dryer vent cleaning. Since James was here we've noticed a significant difference in the air flowing evenly through our home. Prior to having the ducts cleaned the upstairs was typically 20 degrees warmer on hot days than the main floor. Now cool air flows through all the upstairs vents balancing out the temperature between the first and second floor. The other noticeable difference is that dusting the house has gone from a daily chore to dusting weekly. And as to the dryer vent James not only cleared out the hose (which is about 20 feet from the dryer to the outside vent) but replaced the crumpled dryer hose (from machine to wall) with a new and improved one. After reading up on the scams going on, I was worried and not sure who to trust or what to do, but have to do something for our situation. I went to the EPA website someone posted and I found Total Air System Kleaning. I talked to James who explained the process for the vent cleaning - using negative pressure (also recommended by another vent cleaning my husband called). When I advised him of the "dead animal smell" he commented that it might not be inside the vent and if we would like him to come out to look at it. He did. He checked the vents, the heating units and even looked underneath the house in this wet weather. He also gave us a solution to dilute water and spray the odor area to get rid of the smell as well as offer to come and do another stronger spray if the other solution does not work. He assesment: the vents look okay and we don't need it right away unless we have allergies or when we turn on the unit, and there are a lot of dust. The screens could be cleaned with soapy water while they clean the vents when my husband asked about replacement. We find James honest, prompt and personable! My husband and I are very please with his patience in explainging and showing us our system and how it works. We will definitly be calling this company for cleaning. read more

This company is nothing short of Amazing!!!! We had our heating system stop working about 2 weeks before Christmas. Needless to say it was freezing and we have a four year old. My husband tried to troubleshoot it to no avail. We called Beutler out to do an $89.00 diagnostic. Huge, Huge mistake. They told us the system was in horrible condition, desperately needed to be cleaned, and that that probably wouldn't even help. We should replace the entire 11 year old system which would cost a minimum of at least $12,000. We then decided to call around and found TASK (Total Air System Kleaning).
