Turkish workers Vusal & Khayal arrived at 11:30 am within the given 11 am - 1 pm arrival window. They also pre-notified me when they were on their way to my location. Both gentlemen were 5-star courteous and professional. Removal/disconnection/disassembly of my 30+ year old twin stack washer/dryer appliance was not required for vent access. After field inspection of the condo rooftop site and unit appliance location because my dryer vent was a short location from the vent exhaust location (less than 12 LF upward) cleaning from the vent exhaust location was easy and was completed within 15 minutes. Vusal tested the dryer airflow after the cleaning and measured at 6.5 m/s (1280 ft/min). After the vent cleaning, Vusal also cleaned up all the areas where the decades old loose dryer lint that had been extracted/expelled. Afterwards Vusal also was able to recover & retrieve my mini-vacuum extension that had previously fallen down into the vent screen shaft inside the dryer vent system. Workers left project site by about 12:25 pm. For this day and this specific project they get an easy 5-star rating. Paid by check for the quoted amount and I believe all is good. I will now go do a load of laundry to confirm everything works well. Thanks Bay Services for fantastic stress-free services. BTW thanks Paula for the great referral! Kenny G. read more

The team did a fantastic job with our air duct cleaning! It's wild to think about how much dust and debris builds up when they aren't maintained. The price is also great! read more

Emin and Elkhan did an excellent job! They were very thorough and paid great attention to detail. They also cleaned everything up perfectly when they were finished. I especially appreciated that they took a video of the newly installed dryer vent and sent it to me so I could see the completed work. That was a really nice and thoughtful touch. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Bay Services, especially Emin and Elkhan, for their quality work, professionalism, and attention to detail! read more

I hired Bay Services to clean my dryer vent and was very impressed with their work. Since I live in a condo, they could initially access only part of the vent. They took the time to figure out where it exited and discovered that it was on the roof. They found a way to safely access it and cleaned the entire vent instead of leaving the job half-finished. They were professional, thorough, and determined to get the job done right. The service was well worth the cost, and my dryer is now working properly. I would highly recommend Bay Services. read more

Such a wonderful experience! I requested a quote for a dryer vent clean quo the in the morning. Within 15 minutes I had a quote and times to choose from. I chose same day. Kenny came out and showed up exactly when he called and told me he would. Got straight to work. Sent photos and explained how to care for my dryer and use a brush to clean between. I was super happy with the quote (great value for peace of mind) and even happier with the service. Highly recommend!! read more

Reached out to Bay Services for a second dryer vent cleaning. Excellent scheduling and communication ahead of the cleaning like last time. The technicians texted me also before arriving and were quick throughout the process. Like last time, they were super careful with their equipment getting in and out of the house, had booties on and took care with everything. I appreciate Bay Services efficiency with the vent maintenance so much. read more

Extremely knowledgeable technicians. They were punctual, clean, respectful, and went above and beyond. They didn't try to do work that was not necessary and they offered to update some things that needed it. They did work on my thermostat furnace vents and ducts. I'd hire them for any other work in the future and can't recommend them enough. Their pricing was more than fair for the exceptional service they gave. read more

Good communication, they showed up on time and they did a great job. Reasonable price

We needed to get our dryer vent cleaned. We had been in this home for the past 5 years so we were overdue. I put out a request for dryer vent cleaning quotes and Bay Services responded quickly. Their price was reasonable and the technicians came out on time, were very communicative. They cleaned our dryer vent and also showed how to clean the filters in our AC unit which was helpful. read more

Really great experience from start to finish. They came out for an HVAC duct cleaning and, during the process, discovered that one of my first-floor ducts had a tear in the crawl space. They recommended replacing the ducts since mine were older and less efficient than modern ones, and they provided a very reasonable estimate to replace all of the first-floor ductwork. Communication throughout was excellent--fast responses and clear, thorough explanations. I needed the ducts fixed quickly, and they were able to schedule me with the same technicians just one day after the estimate. They returned and did a fantastic job replacing all of the ducts. They also went above and beyond by helping me assess a sump pump issue while they were in the crawl space, making extra trips down at my request. Our ducts were noticeably cleaner after the cleaning, and the new downstairs ductwork has been working great since the replacement. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC duct work. read more

Overall, while the experience was a bit rocky, the outcome of this visit was ultimately satisfactory. I have to commend the team's quick response and the accountability they showed when things went wrong. From the start, they were responsive and had availability that worked with my schedule. On the day of the service, they were also transparent about their arrival window, which gave me the flexibility to get other things done instead of waiting around for the entire time slot. Where things went wrong was with the first team that came out. They seemed to be in a rush and, rather than listening to my concerns or my request to pay for the previously discussed deep cleaning service, they insisted that I didn't understand and that there was nothing to worry about with my dryer. I trusted their judgment in the moment and proceeded with the standard cleaning. It wasn't until after they left, when they suggested replacing the vent next year, that I decided to inspect it myself. That was when I discovered they hadn't even moved the dryer to vacuum around it, despite doing exactly that for my other dryer in a different location. In the end, I had essentially paid $90 for them to brush about five inches of duct from the outside vent to where the flexible duct connected to the dryer, something I could have easily done myself. What was even more concerning was that when I disconnected the duct, it was still full of lint, dust, and debris. The reason I'm still giving them a good rating is because of how they handled the situation after I called to explain why the service felt like a rip off. They immediately scheduled a return visit for the next day with a different team. When the new technicians arrived, they took full ownership of the previous team's mistakes and completed a proper deep cleaning. They also inspected the work that had been done during the first visit to make sure everything was corrected. By the time they left, they had restored my confidence. They took the time to listen to my concerns, acknowledge where things had gone wrong, explain what they were doing, and ensure the job was completed the right way. read more

Team came to clean dryer vent and was careful about the house not knocking/scraping walls. Clean and efficient. Also was able to add HVAC unit cleaning and filter check. Cost was reasonable for the service. read more

The team just finished cleaning my 16 air ducts, which cost $440 (cash) in 1hr 40min. I feel mixed about the service as the hourly rate was very high. I recommend looking into whether air duct cleaning is necessary (EPA website has great resources), and if so, which air duct cleaning method you prefer (truck-mounted negative air pressure, air brushing, portable compressor etc.). This company uses a portable compressor and a shop vac. They used shoe protectors but no other protection with the equipment on my cream carpet, and I noticed some damage (pulls) to the carpet once they left. They didn't check for asbestos-containing materials prior to starting, nor did they check my duct work before or after the work. They also didn't check my furnace; just the filter after they finished. However they did provide photos of the work and were very responsive via text which I appreciated. read more

I called for a dryer vent cleaning/quote for new venting and got help right away. The crew they sent were knowledgeable, polite, efficient and affordable. I needed a new, rigid dryer vent as my 30' of flexible venting was causing my gas dryer to auto shutoff. I got a reasonable quote and crew made time for the project--fixed it the same day. I highly recommend them. read more

I hired Bay Services to clean the dryer vent. When their workers arrived they noticed my existing dryer vent, which connects to my roof through my attic, was not up to building code so they offered to come back another day to install a vent that would be up to code. When they came back to install the new vent, they were on time in terms of their scheduled arrival and showed me photos and videos of the new vent during the installation process since I would have a hard time viewing it on my own in the attic. read more

They were patient, courteous and had great communication! Overall great professionalism!

Once again, on time, did a great job, cleaned up after himself, reasonably priced. What more can a woman want? Will hire them until I am six feet under. Had many bad experiences with other chimney sweeps, had one I love but retired. One was so far into MAGA trump loving, could not waste money on him after I saw how right wing he was. Conspiracies, and adios bubba. Will not spend one penny on the ignorant. The other one ripped me off, claiming that a carousel fire place was a danger, and it was right after my mom death and was not thinking straight as I spiraled into despair and loss , and just happened the man had a wood stove to sell me. He took advantage of this fool. That carousel cost 10,000. Now when I have money I plan to buy another carousel to keep the layout as my mom intended it to be. She built one of the first all female crew built home in USA. So I do sweep once a year if it needs it or not. Two thumbs up, folks. read more

Great experience, fast responses on text/calls. Orkhan & Elvin are very professional and efficient. They are very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend this Bay Area service team to anyone who needs an air duct deep cleaning. I also have my dry vent clean up and it was filthy cause the property manager is not doing his job but this team not only helping me to clear the dry vent but also install a new tubing for me and it is greatly appreciated! I did ask for another company advertised for the $99 air duct service to come in to do an estimate cause it sounds so much better but since I need a deep cleaning so the $99 air duct company is going to charge me close to double of bay service charge. .... Anyway, the whole cleaning process is around 90min and they work hard for every single second! Not only do they did a great job for deep cleaning but also they are honest & straightforward to u about their pricing. I will say if u need deep cleaning for ur air duct, this is the best company u could get according to my study! read more
