I recently contacted EA cleaning for what I thoght would be routine duct cleaning. When they arrived they were very professional and started the dryer vent cleaning and they immediately noticed something strange. They asked to go to the crawlspace and noticed that my vent was not up to code and that it was disconnected, which spewed lint all over the crawlspace. They offered to fix it, which I agreed to. They spent a a significant time trying to fix it and even had to replace the dryer connection and down pipe from the wall due to the nature of the joists underneath.
