Raz took one look at our setup and told me it did not need to be done. Our vent goes directly out the wall and does not accumulate much lint. I requested a quote through Yelp and Raz got back to me right away. He was able to come to my house a few hrs after requesting my quote and took about 20-30mins for the whole job. I have an upstairs dryer so it cost me about $189 plus the cost to replace my hose which was $30. He said for dryers with the vent pointing down (or downstairs), the cost is $150. He was very friendly and professional but I was a little put off by him wearing his shoes in the house. I wish he would have had boot covers or something. He also left a lot of lint on the side of our house that we had to sweep up. Overall though, I was satisfied with his service and am just glad it's done. read more

First EVER review here and I'm telling you this guy deserves it! Dryer stopped working in the morning and Raz was able to come over a few hours later. As it turned out, it wasn't a duct issue but an electrical problem with my dryer that needed to be fixed by an appliance specialist. Raz didn't charge me a penny for his visit. Fast forward a few hours when my dryer was running again but I'd been told the ducts needed cleaning before I used it. I called Raz and he came back at 5:30pm. Long story short but Raz discovered that my ducts weren't connected. Although he was unable to navigate through my tight crawl space, he cleaned out a rat trap (eek!) on his attempt and once again did not change me ANYTHING. I repeatedly asked if I could at least pay him for a service visit (since he'd been to my house TWICE) and he refused. He also called another duct repair company on my behalf.
