Started off good a few years ago. Quality fell off over time. Last service they gave us lasted 4 minutes. Was seen on camera Not doing anything in back yard. I first hired Matthew for a one-time job at the property we are prepping to sell. It's ant season so I asked him if he could come over first thing in the morning before the week ends. That morning he arrives, on the dot as he said so. He was in and out of there in about 20mins. Right before he left, I asked about pest proofing for the new construction home that we are moving into while we sell our old house. It just so happens that he lives in the same area as our new house so he can do the job right before he heads home in the afternoon. I go to the new house every week but didn't notice any spiders or anything (it's brand spanking new, so there shouldn't be any pests yet... right?). When Matt got there and started his work, he started pointing out a lot of spider webs near the foundation and right around the fences. Who would have thought! He also found fire ants around the front of the house and they just burrowed out. I could have sworn it wasn't there the other day. I highly recommend Matt for your pest control needs. Matt is consistent, reliable, and has helped us out on several occasions with our new homeownership pest struggles. Matt comes consistently on the schedule we set with him and when we were having a pest issue, came mid-cycle at no extra cost to spray inside in addition to our routine outside schedule. We had millions of spiders covering every inch of our backyard pergola, and thanks to Matthew, they're all gone now. I called Beaman Pest Control to take care of a paper wasp problem. After meeting Matt, I knew I made the right choice. He inspected my property, shared knowledge about wasps and their habits, and answered all of my questions. After his inspection, Matt also told me I had black widow spiders in my front yard and underneath my front door! He could tell this by the way the webs were constructed.
