Excellent, Responsive and Affordable Pest Control! Matt Beaman has been our pest control expert for many years. He is fantastic! Always responsive, thorough and understands how to control Every type of pest from ants to rodents to gophers. He comes quarterly to inspect and spray our home. We rarely have any problems between his visits, but once when we found ants, we called him and he came immediately. He told us what to do (different from what we were doing) and our problem was solved! We highly recommend Beaman Pest Control! read more

Thank you Matt for such good service. I'm so happy my front entry won't have to look like The Addams Family house anymore.

Great company!! We were in need of a new pest company after having issues with the last service we used and we were referred to Matt. Matt is professional, honest, dependable and is a super nice guy! He is always responsive and has great communication. Matt is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help when we have questions or need help with any pest around our home. I definitely recommend Beaman Pest Control and would give Matt 10 stars if I could! read more

Matthew was great. Came out right away and knocked out the ants at my rental property! I love that he is a small business owner who has been in the community for many years. read more

Great service is hard to find. Matt hands down provides a great service. We had a ant problem I it needed taken care of ASAP. Matt answered the phone and politely explained his service and costs. When he arrived, Matt immediately found the ants entering the house. He also explained that his service will also help with spiders and other crawling insects. I'm looking forward to being bug free in the future. Thanks Beaman Pest for your help! read more

Matt is the best! Great price, reliable and effective! Same day service if he can -5 stars!!!

I called a few places and Beaman Pest Control was offered the best quality care and the best price. I had ants all over my home. They came out and sprayed the outside of my home and the next day I did not have any ants. I was so impressed, I will definitely continue to do preventative care. read more

I just began service with Beaman Pest Control and am a very happy customer. I have been a Terminex customer for several years and have had countless issues with their service and customer service. I finally got fed up and decided to support a small, local business. Matthew was punctual, kind, knowledgeable and THOROUGH. He went above and beyond what Terminex has ever done. I look forward to being a long time customer. read more

I just signed up with this pest control service based on the many recommendations I found online. I chatted back and forth with Matt before I decided to schedule my first appt. I like that the owner/operator of this small business does the work himself and I am supporting local business. But more importantly, I am happy with the service and explanations he provided. He is also very good at communicating before and after service. I have signed up for quarterly service and am looking forward to continued excellence. read more

We are new to Oakley and even though we moved into a new home, we had unwanted outside bugs and major issues with mosquitoes, because we moved close to the Delta. After some research, we reached out to a few pest control services through Yelp and I'm so glad we went with Beaman Pest Control. Professional and courteous from contact, he came out and treated our new home and even found a hornets nest in our eaves we were unaware of! Thank you Beaman's for the great service and we look forward to living pest free in our new home. read more

I recently contacted Beaman Pest Control because I was seeing a ton of spider and ant activity in my home. Matt was very courteous when I contacted him and was able to schedule time to come out quickly. Once he arrived he surveyed the area and let me know what my options were for service. Because of his knowledge and professionalism, I decided to move forward with service. What a great decision I made...no more ants and spiders entering our home. I highly recommend you contact Beaman Pest Control esp with the warm months approaching. You wont regret it. read more

I would highly recommend Beaman Pest Control. My Mother recommended Matt, as she has been very satisfied with his service. He called me back immediately and was out to service my home the following day. His prices were great, better than I've paid in the past. I've always felt that our pest service is too fast and doesn't cover the entire house. As usually the service gentlemen is in and out in just minutes. Not Matt. He took his time and covered the entire front and backyard. Matt is very knowledgeable and professional. He knew what issues we might run into in our area and explained everything he was doing. If you're looking for a pest service company that is family run, honest and trustworthy, I'd strongly recommend you give Beaman Pest Control a chance. read more

Mathew is very kind and knowledgeable. That's always number one in my book. He is punctual and gives notice ahead of time when he's coming so we can keep the dog inside. He is also very thorough. My black widows were gone instantly and have never come back. For someone who spends a lot of time in the garden, I really noticed a difference and it was very refreshing. No more spider webs forming all over everything. His price is very reasonable and you can definitely tell he has a passion for his work. There was no stinky smell. It is safe for the cats, and the lizards are still enjoying the garden! Love it. Couldn't have asked for anything more! read more

I've tried multiple pest control companies. They've all been disappointing. I usually end up cancelling after the initial period for a multitude of reasons. Some plain didn't work, so we'd still have spiders and webs. Some wouldn't show up on the scheduled day and time. Others would show up after dark. How are you going to do a good job when you can't see? Beaman shows up when they're scheduled, during DAYLIGHT. What a concept!! They spray a large area, much larger than I was spraying when I sprayed my own house. They also focused on the major entry points in the house, which quite honestly I never did. And whatever they use just plain works. I don't see bugs anymore and I don't have to worry about remembering to respray myself. Beaman takes care of that. Glad I finally found a pest control I can keep. read more

Great guy great service! On time and very dedicated professional! Highly recommended!

Growing up in the Bay Area, I'm used to ants invading the house at the end of summer for water. But our ant siege had turned into a year-round affair and when they came into the dishwasher I had just had enough. Enter Matt Beaman, the answer to my anti-ant prayers. He responded to my email immediately, was able to come out quickly, and I haven't had an ant in my house since then. We're on his quarterly schedule and he makes things so easy - texts to let me know he's coming, takes care of the ants, and sends a write-up of what he did / how things are looking. I HIGHLY recommend Beaman Pest Control - my husband describes Matt as "loving to kill ants as much as I hate them" (and I hate Hate HATE Argentine ants). read more

These guys are great!! On time and very professional!! They fixed the problem and would definitely recommend!!

Matt is the greatest. I had an emergency flea infestation. I called in the late evening and he came to my place early the next morning. I don't have pets but critters in my yard. I was all bit up and fleas were coming into my home. He is knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend him. I will definitely call him if I ever have this problem again. Thanks again Matt. You are wonderful. read more

Matt Beaman is very responsive and does a great job. There have been a few times when the pesky ants in Alameda have come back in between services... whenever I call Matt he takes care of the issue right away. His prices are much lower than the larger companies and he is just an all-around good guy that much prefer to give my money to. Highly recommended Beaman Pest Control! read more

Matthew did an awesome job taking care of a bit of a spider problem at my house in Oakland. He was able to come out on fairly short notice and address the problem, and he gave me a variety of super helpful hints related to insects in northern California as well. Additionally, he gave me a great referral to Wildt Pest Control for some exclusion work. Overall, just a super helpful and friendly guy. Recommended! read more

Being in a service industry myself, I understnd the value of taking great care of clients! Matt at Beaman Pest Control gets it! Right out of the gate he was responsive to my call and met with me the very next day to evaluate our ant problem at our house. He is super knowledgeable and takes the time to share it with you which demonstrates how passionate he is about helping customers take care of their bug problems and he does it fast. He is a great guy to talk too and super trustworthy . It is a family owned business and they do not even have a start up fee which is rare like the big box stores charge. Even if they did I would pay it to have Matt taking care of our house and keeping it pest free. Thank you Matt! read more

Matt came the day after I called and took care of the problem. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time calling other places. Found Beaman's here on Yelp after trying unsuccessfully to deal with a lackluster office staff at our prior place. Matt was very informative, clear when explaining his services, quick to respond & very affordable. We appreciated his prompt and professional services & will be calling him for our next spray! read more

Absolutely stellar service! Matt was extremely responsive and offered affordable, quick, and professional services. He was transparent and informative about the whole process and had no interest on up selling additional features. Absolutely no surprises with his service or the results we got. He did what we needed and did it well! Overall, working with Matt was a terrific experience and I'll be recommending him to anyone looking for pest control services. read more

I couldn't take the ants anymore on a Sunday so found Beaman Pest Control on Yelp. I messaged him, Matt contacted me back within minutes and we had an appointment for the next morning. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He took his time and scouted out all the bug areas. He explained that it would take time to completely get rid of them and to be patient. It did take about 2.5 weeks to completely get rid of the ants but now we are ant and spider free! He comes on a quarterly basis and you just need to contact him if you have any issues pop up in between the quarterly visits. So far we are bug free and couldn't be happier to support a locally owned small business! read more

Beaman Pest Control is the only Pest service I have used in over 20 years that actually serviced my home with excellence. I have used other companies in the past and they just never were able to complete the job to our satisfaction! Matt is friendly and highly motivated to please his customers. His knowledge in all areas of pest infestations is incredible. His services are timely, thorough and professionally managed. I have referred Beaman Pest Control to others (family and friends) whom have all told me that Matt exceeded their expectations. If you are not happy with your current pest service like I wasn't, I would highly recommend you call Matt today!! read more

I've been using a well known pest control company for over 10 years but always have activity well after they would spray. I called Matt and had him come out and the next day witnessed the dead insects that were often found creeping around. Even a week later I'm still finding more dead than alive! He's very honest, upfront and flexible. read more

I rarely ever write a review for any business but Beaman pest control is a great company. They are the best pest control business around. I've used all of them and nothing compares. Matt is professional, reliable, ethical and a pleasure doing business with. He's on time and when I call him, he responds usually within the hour. He never hesitates to come back out if I have another issue. I highly recommend Beaman pest control for all your pest issues. read more

I'm not one to post five star reviews because my standards for excellence are quite high. That being said, Matt is the real deal if you have a serious ant problem like I did. After years of paying one of the well known companies - and STILL holding ant parades everywhere (microwave and bathtub included) - I got smart and switched, and since his first visit I have had no problem whatsoever. His rates are super affordable and he's a friendly guy who you won't mind having on your property. Call him and see for yourself! read more

Phenomenal family owned business. Professional, attentive and actually listened to my concerns. Also came to the Sacramento area for an honest/reasonable additional fee. Thank you so much!! read more

After two years of using a well known pest control company for a pretty bad daily ant problem I texted Matt. Unlike most businesses he responded immediately and was very pleasant. He scheduled me and showed up exactly on time. He treated the inside and outside of my townhouse and said he felt certain the ant problem would be resolved, but having been told that in the past I was dubious. Unbelievably, I have not seen a single ant since he was here. I consider this a miracle and cannot recommend him highly enough. read more
