Mathew is very kind and knowledgeable. That's always number one in my book. He is punctual and gives notice ahead of time when he's coming so we can keep the dog inside. He is also very thorough. My black widows were gone instantly and have never come back. For someone who spends a lot of time in the garden, I really noticed a difference and it was very refreshing. No more spider webs forming all over everything. His price is very reasonable and you can definitely tell he has a passion for his work. There was no stinky smell. I've tried multiple pest control companies. They've all been disappointing. I usually end up cancelling after the initial period for a multitude of reasons. Some plain didn't work, so we'd still have spiders and webs. Some wouldn't show up on the scheduled day and time. Others would show up after dark. How are you going to do a good job when you can't see? Beaman shows up when they're scheduled, during DAYLIGHT. What a concept!! They spray a large area, much larger than I was spraying when I sprayed my own house. They also focused on the major entry points in the house, which quite honestly I never did. And whatever they use just plain works. I don't see bugs anymore and I don't have to worry about remembering to respray myself. Beaman takes care of that. I couldn't take the ants anymore on a Sunday so found Beaman Pest Control on Yelp. I messaged him, Matt contacted me back within minutes and we had an appointment for the next morning. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He took his time and scouted out all the bug areas. He explained that it would take time to completely get rid of them and to be patient. It did take about 2.5 weeks to completely get rid of the ants but now we are ant and spider free! He comes on a quarterly basis and you just need to contact him if you have any issues pop up in between the quarterly visits. After two years of using a well known pest control company for a pretty bad daily ant problem I texted Matt. Unlike most businesses he responded immediately and was very pleasant. He scheduled me and showed up exactly on time.
