I don't enjoy writing these types of reviews. So, I am hoping Planet Orange can make it right and change my mind. Techs are amazing! They text me when they are on their way. They give full detail of what they did and what they find. Techs get an A+. The office staff... I don't even know if they are all working for the same business as s the techs. The office staff gets a solid D. Pricing and getting my first appointment was a breeze with Josephine. We opted for the monthly service because why not when you are offered additional services throughout the month at no cost. First appointment was great but then this is where it all fell apart. My second appointment was never scheduled. I had to call and ask when they were going to come out again. I was given an appointment two weeks out because they can only come out to Concord 2 days of the week. Two days of the week? Is this not a Monday to Friday business. No, not for the Concord area. Of course the two days they are able to come out to my house I cannot leave early or take the day off from work. I have to ask for the 12-4 (last appt window) and hope I get home before they come. I have them spray inside the house as well. Well we figured out we have carpet beetles. Everyone was getting skin irritations in the house. Guests who came over would too. It was embarrassing. A tech gave us traps to put around the house and said he would come back next week to check the traps and see if we needed a synthetic spray in the house; where we would have to leave the house for 4-5 hours. 3 weeks later the traps are still here, we still have very irritated skin and scars from the carpet beetles, and a tech still hasn't examined the traps. I pay my service at the end of the month. Planet Orange wanted me to pay mid month so they won't have to come back at the end of the month for another spray. From the information I was given that is not how all this works. I still want them to come for their "monthly" service and spray outside. I'm livid. The office staff somewhat professional on the phone but I must be emailing a whole different crew because via email I don't have office staff who will take care of you. Over the phone, I expressed how I needed someone to come out ASAP. I was put on hold for a good 5 minutes and was given an appt two weeks out. Uhhhh we are being attacked by carpet beetles and that's the soonest appt. Because I didn't pay mid month, my appts were cancelled without notice and my account was on hold. I emailed about what the heck is going on and how I am surprised and disappointed by Planet Orange. Never got a response back from that email. So Planet Orange, what can you do to make this right? read more

Very disappointing. Representative spoke like a robot repeating a script and very unhelpful. We specified a problem with flies and then he said there is nothing they can do for flies. Why did they come out and charge $200. Save your money! read more

We have had a ridiculously tough time with ants the past few years and Planet Orange has been very helpful in treating them. The ants are very persistent and Planet Orange has continued to come up with creative ideas for how to treat them and where to find them. I love that they have natural options as well. I've been using Planet Orange for about 4 years now and the last few months Cameron Mossor has been our technician. He has been very helpful and thorough with dewebbing our exterior. The spiders have been working over time this spring and summer and Cameron would deweb again after treatment to make sure all the spots are cleaned. He always asks if there are any other concerns or areas I would like to be treated more and repeats all the treatment verbally so I know what he'll be spraying and where. I have kids, so it's nice to know that my kids are safe while trying to keep the bug out of the house. Cameron cares about customer concerns and does not hesitate to help keep bugs out. Horrible when it comes to pest control. They can't even accept responsibility for not noticing moth activities in my house. My cleaners walked in and they noticed them right away. I walked in and the moths were in the kitchen flying. The technician was just there last week and noticed nothing. I have very loud, protective dogs, but they've always been very cool about it as I bring them inside during our treatments. I also like the fact that their formula are kid/pet safe. They also respect my vegetable garden and don't spray where we ask to protect all the birds and wildlife residing in our backyard. Planet Orange service today and wanted to recognize the technician, Cameron Mossor, as he efficiently and effectively discussed with me what new developments had occurred since last appointment, and then explained the gameplan to address my new needs (ants entering kitchen and office and new need to spray inside the home and garage). In addition to spraying with two different compounds, one for exterior and one for interior, he gave me ant arenas to use around entry points if the ants show up again. This was our first experience with Planet Orange and it went great! Setting up the appointment with the pre-pay option went very smoothly. The technician, Jonathon, called 30 mins before arrival and was right on time. He was very thorough with his initial inspection and a great communicator about our options to treat our ant problem. He even gave us suggestions on how to prevent other pests (rodents) from getting into our space. The office staff informed us the botanical treatment chosen would have a mint smell, but Jonathon clarified that it's actually a citronella/clove scent. It worked fine for us. This is an eco wise /eco friendly pest control service so good for us compared to the other toxic services. We will see how effective this is compared to insecticides and we signed up for a year's contract for property we were managing. They were very professional and on top of things despite we had a complicated situation. What they did miss was soon corrected and they were all working hard as a team to make it right. So from the owner Scott, to Josephine and Araceli and time the technicians- they all made it work to give the best service. You can tell they were invested in their service. It did not go completely smoothly, hence the four stars rather than 5, but at least they scrambled to rectify the situation since the health dept ended up coming that very day an hour or two later so cut it too close for my comfort zone ,whereas it was supposed to be completed two days prior, but someone goofed on the technician side of things. As long as it was done on time, I am good. I will update as it is a year long service. read more

Fast, easy, and pleasant. The guy who came out was very nice and thoroughly explained the process. We left the house for twenty minutes and he texted us when he was done. They use a milder product indoors and something more durable around the exterior perimeter. We had a miserable ant infestation and tried everything without making a dent.
