My technician, Sean, arrived on time and greeted my mom, who was accompanied by my brother. Sean was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was doing from start to finish as I was watching my security footage. With that, he also brought in another technician, I believe, for training. This shows that Fast Action Pest Control is going in the right direction, treating their customers with care based on their concerns and needs regarding pests, and needs more professional techs to service a growing population. Sean took the time to do a detailed inspection of mom's home, explained what he found, and walked my brother through the treatment plan step by step, and passed the message along to me for when I return back. He was very patient in answering my questions that I passed along to my brother to ask whoever came to visit, and made sure I and family understood how the treatment works and what to expect afterward. He was respectful of my mom's home, worked efficiently, and paid attention to areas that are often overlooked. What really stood out was Sean's professionalism and communication. Kinda nervous this spring on what pesky bugs will wake up when the temperatures will slowly warm up and wake them up. Right now, the backyard chickens are a great pest control to keep the roaches at bay, minus some rodents trying to steal some eggs. Pros: -Forms of payment still don't accept American Express, but I won't deduct a star from that. Cons: -None at the moment, for being a returning customer for 3+years, would be nice if there's some way of a discount for continued service. I'll wait another 1-2 years if there isn't some incentive for me to stay; otherwise, I may cancel as other cost of living necessities are rising. And having pest services is a luxury, and not a necessity to survive. With that said, my backyard chickens are doing a great job keeping the roaches at bay, and I can just provide my own bait trap to keep the rats away rather than paying $89 bi monthly. For almost $600/year, that's a lot of money. I'd rather cut my bill in half! I see some google reviews that others are paying $40 bi monthly, and here I am paying double.

I called Erik and he was able to stop by the next morning to have a look. After about 30 minutes of walking the exterior, he could not see any clear signs of how they got in. He scheduled us for about a week later, for a thorough examination. He and two crew members (Lyle, Jake) spent well over an hour, each independently examining all sides of our house for signs of entry. He also got on the roof and examined it, and all the work they did last year. Nothing. The roof looked fine, there were no signs of trails going up the walls. They were stumped, but had a few more places to check. One of the three finally discovered the new entry points, which were unique to our home. (The rats managed to burrow under some columns we have that hold up a back patio cover. The builder built most of the posts on concrete, but left several inches overhang over soil. And that's all the rats needed.) Erik wrote up a quote to seal the columns. It wasn't cheap, but fair. They did the work about two weeks later. They also set some traps up in our attic, in case some rats got sealed in, but it's been several weeks now and so far, no signs. As much as I appreciate the work that Erik and his team do, I'm hopeful (and hoping) this will be the last we'll need them!

I was not notified of this & when I tried to reach out for further details my call was never returned. I have now been taken to collections & my credit has been affected. I was not contacted by phone or via email prior to this to inform me of any discrepancies on my end. Terrible communication & customer service was even WORSE when I called to clear up the missed payments. Extremely rude. Talking over me & didn't even have my correct contact info when asking for my address. Overall, I would not recommend this service again.

I was losing sleep every night because there was rummaging and scraping taking place on the roof above my bed. I suspected it was either birds or squirrels and had tried checking everything myself but couldn't find anything. I called around to some places to describe the issue I was having and at least one person referred me to Thomas Wildlife Control. I called up and managed to luck out by securing an appointment the following day. Brandon showed up on time ready to go to work and was very personable. He walked me through the process he would take and was very transparent with me including setting expectations so there wasn't any guess work involved. Cutting to the chase, he not only managed to find what was going on and causing it, but took the time to show me and explained how important it was to catch the culprit then because of all the other damage that could be done if it wasn't caught. Then he managed to provide a very reasonable solution to take care of the problem and did excellent, clean work. Brandon was like the more professional Doctor Doolittle / animal whisperer and made the whole experience feel easy and a great value. Now I'm sleeping peacefully and feel reassured that the problem was resolved. It's rare to feel like you really get what you paid for these days and I not only feel this way, but like I got the gold standard of work done. He even removed a deceased cat in my backyard that we found after opening our back gate to let him in (sadly my 100lb rotty doesn't like stray cats in our backyard) and I didn't even have to lift a finger! He stated that given that the cat was infested with maggots (poor cat) and it's placement near/underneath the home he wanted to make sure that he immediately removed it to avoid a later fly infestation for us. She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins.
