We have a contract with Earthwise but it was going to take them a week to send someone out so I called around to the local Pest Control companies I found on Yelp. All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

I told the salesperson multiple times that I was not interested in ongoing pest control service, but he continued pushing the service. I eventually agreed only after he represented to me that I could receive the treatment one time and then cancel. What was not clearly verbally disclosed or explained to me was that cancelling after that initial treatment would result in a $299 charge. Had the salesperson clearly told me, "You can cancel after the first treatment, but you'll owe $299 if you do," I would never have agreed. When I later cancelled and disputed the $299 charge, I explained this directly to the company. Their response focused heavily on saying that a contract had been emailed to me instead of addressing my concern about what their salesperson represented and failed to clearly explain during the door-to-door interaction. I have preserved video and audio relating to the solicitation, and I have now filed a formal complaint with the California Structural Pest Control Board regarding the sales interaction and disclosure of the cancellation charge. My issue is not simply that cancellation language exists in the paperwork. My issue is how the service was presented to me at my door after I repeatedly declined and the fact that the $299 consequence was not clearly verbally explained before I agreed. If you live in the 95829 area or surrounding Sacramento neighborhoods and Fast Action comes to your door, take your time and read every term before agreeing to anything. Pay particular attention to the length of the agreement and any early-cancellation charges. This review reflects my personal experience with the company.

We'd requested ahead of time to have the garage treated as well (because normally they only treat the outside unless we ask them to spray anywhere else, in which case they're more than happy to do so). My wife opened our garage up before heading out with our kids, and the tech could've easily finished the job and just moved on. But instead, he knocked on the door afterward to let us know he was done so we could shut the garage. He specifically said he didn't want us to leave it open longer than needed. Some might say that's just part of the job, but the truth is, small gestures like that aren't so common anymore. At least not in my experience. It showed genuine thoughtfulness and care--and that matters a lot to us. Great service, as always.

Wonderful pest control company!…read more The garage of my parents' home has not been deep cleaned in many years and I would notice black widows scurrying around when I'd open the garage. In the past, I'd simply arm myself with a can of Spider Killer and spray them as I encountered them. Now I'm older and wiser and decided to hire professionals to spray instead, so I wouldn't have to have anxiety and mini heart attacks every time I'd see a black widow. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! Excellent experience and so far I haven't seen any spiders left! Highly recommend this company.
