Technician A. Barbato is very efficient. Respects the property and always asks if we have any concerns. I love the fact that they are eco friendly. I have had Proserv Pest Control for quite sometime now and am so happy that I stumbled upon this company. read more

We've had a disappointing experience with ProServ. We bought a house in Davis this summer with a rodent issue at least in the attic and garage. ProServ did an inspection, made recommendations for rodent exclusion, and did the exclusion and elimination work while we were in escrow. Shortly after moving into the house we heard rodents in the attic and contacted ProServ to follow up. They sent someone out and he identified how they were getting into the attic (through a gap under a roof tile along a ridge with what he described as mouse droppings next to it), but said he wasn't sure if they could do anything about it. He said he would talk to management, then just ghosted us. We continue to have that attic rodent issue. Today, we also had a mouse inside the house. This isn't a rural area with large quantities of rodents. We're close to a bike path, but we're in the middle of town - so this isn't normal/expected for our area. ProServ hasn't gotten back to us from calls about it today, along with not following up on the previous inspection. It looks like we'll need to hire someone else to come out and fix what ProServ didn't do right the first time because they won't follow up and won't stand behind their exclusion work. read more

When I decided to get a pest control company I was really on the fence about it. I consider myself somewhat of a naturalist, the environment is important to me, and we have a tortoise who eats the vegetation. However, I do need to protect my furry pets and littles. So I set out to find the most natural and eco friendly pest control as I could. After calling around, and mtg a few company reps, I decided to go with ProServ Pest Management . It's been a couple of years now. Yesterday my technician came. As typical he checked in with me for concerns or whatever. I Let him know that we have the usual May/June Box Beetles on the grass and could he please spray them. They wouldn't usually bother me but there's literally thousands of them. They're mating and the littles ask way too many questions This man looked me dead eye and said "Mam, I cant spray those white clover flowers. Those are excellent for the bees . Ill spray everywhere but there. " Man in that moment I felt like an idiot, but I also knew I'd chosen the right company. Thank you ProServe for caring about the environment too #savethebees read more

Great Service! The issues are always addressed. The technicians are very professional. read more

The technician was very professional, thorough. I didn't realize I never complete thru review years ago. We've been with them over 5 years. We love their service technicians. We have never had any that were not thorough, respectful or unprofessional. Every situation will be resolved. They will return until the problem is resolved. Every time the sewers are sprayed across the street we have issues with Turkish Roaches. The first time the county sprayed they told us to get a pest control company to come spray. We already had ProServ. They came out and sprayed before and after the sewers were sprayed. I highly recommend them. Rebecca Petty read more

I have been using Proserve for 2 years now for various issues. Orignally I called them when I had carpet beatles in my home, I signed up for the year long service. I am not big on spraying as it can unbalance the natural ecosystem of good bugs vs bad bugs. Proserve was understanding and is using an environmental safe spray around the perimiter of the house. Smells nice too. They are accomodating when I call them up to skip a month because the migratory birds are in town and are feeding on the insects. I recently had them work on rodent abaitment and they did a great job identifying the points of entry and blocking them off. read more

Not happy with Jacob of Proserv pounding on my door at 8 am in the morning then ringing the door bell multiple times. Unacceptable that early in the morning to ask us questions. If you can replace him with someone that will not wake us up in the morning at 8 am. PLEASE DO Not happy and will cut service if this continues. read more

I had a technician that was really great coming every 2 weeks for treatment with weekly inspections in between. He was patient with my tons of questions and was very thorough. I believe his name is Devin but unsure of the spelling. I was disappointed once a new technician was sent to my residence since treatment was not as thorough and my questions weren't fully addressed. read more

My family just moved into our new build home. Our house is the first home done on the block so apparently all the bugs sought refuge from the construction in our house. I was given ProServ contact information from a coworker who had great experience with them. I called and they were able to get me a technician that week. He sprayed inside and out and we hoped that would be the end of our bug problem. The sheer volume of bugs declined but we were still having issues. I gave it a week and called back in and they sent the technician back to re-spray. After the second spray we haven't noticed any more bugs! I really appreciate the customer service and the fact that they sent someone back to ensure the job was taken care of. Will definitely be using them to keep the bugs away! read more

Proserv Pest Legacy is The Quality of their Work! The entire process was excellent.... repeat, EXCELLENT!! On Friday September 6, I contacted Proserv Pest Management about rats getting into our attic. And they did the job the following Monday Sept 9! We are incredibly pleased with the result. I found Bailey Bagwill-Schwarz extremely easy to work with. The total cost was very reasonable, especially compared to other estimates and Bailey's work was timely and of high quality. Bailey took the time to do the job perfectly. We highly recommend Proserv Pest Management. The Legacy they Leave Behind is The Quality of their Work. I would be remiss if I did not write regarding the recent Job they did at our home. THANK YOU, Baily & Proserv Pest Management! Sincerely, Diane Lally read more

Great Customer Service, Pleasure to work with and very quick responses to questions I may have. Very professional company.

I took time off from work and waited 2 hours for ProServ to show up for a scheduled appointment for an inspection. I had to call ProServ since the inspector was no show and did not bother calling me that he wasn't going to make the 2-hr window. Operator told me it would be at least half an hour late. read more

We rent here in Sac and have been impressed by ProServ, not only for treatments regularly (maintenance) at the house, but also the service. Daniel is outstanding, as is Alex in the office, and they both really stand out to us. It's truly a pleasure working with them, and I recommend them to anyone in the area! Having worked retail, I know the value of good service, and ProServ is easily 5-star. They're patient, informative, and the treatments are effective. read more

Great bunch of guys. Aaron came out during my initial service. Really easy to talk to and reassured me pest problems will be taking care of. I'm giving them two stars because for the last couple of years they actually provided good service. However, thanks to Covid I am in a precarious financial situation. I called to cancel service, but was advised it was easier to just postpone my appointment for a couple of months so as not to lose my contract rates. Seemed like a great idea to me. I was assured that I wouldn't be charged, I agreed. Lo and behold, I was charged. While I was informed that a check would be sent for the original charge, three days later I haven't received it yet. This cost me money in NSF fees. I understand that businesses are having issues during the Covid crisis, but so am I. I gave them the better part of two weeks advanced notice to cancel my appointment and I was still charged. That is unacceptable to me. As is their inability to reimburse me for the fees they cost me which I can ill afford right now. I'm sure plenty of other folks will have better reviews, but I am in an industry that prides itself on customer service, and in my opinion ProServ failed when it mattered most. read more

I called them out to take care of an ant issue that my store bought product couldn't get done. They were out at my home the very next day. Anthony, the technician, was very kind and intelligent. He knew exactly what to do and had an answer for all of our questions. His service was precise and hassle free. The ant population dropped drastically, but there was still a few here and there in my kitchen. We called ProServ and Anthony came back out to retreat our home completely FREE! We haven't had an issue since, thank you ProServ and thank you Anthony! read more

We had a few and other insect problem. We were in this house for a year, and had this first incident. Daniel was the first to respond, and after feeling comfortable with the answers to my concerns - we proceeded and able to schedule something the next day. Anthony came out and answered all my wife's questions, and by the sound of it, did a great job inside and out. We signed up for the $79 service - every 2 months, which definitely is competitive than some of the "big boys." We are looking forward to a great relationship with ProServ and highly recommend them! read more

This was my first time goin with this company bad experience the guy that sprayed rushed the job wasn't even at my property a whole 30 mins before leaving and I was suppose to have gotten treatment for interior and exterior of my house I just moved in and on top of this I asked if the webs on the house can be removed well they want to charge an extra $90 to have that done... I thought that should come with the service like any other company will include in treatment we were told to leave the home for two hours well soon as I went in the house to lock everything we didn't smell a thing or chemicals like the home wasn't even treated in the inside .... I would not recommend this company read more

We have had ProServ for over a year and have been very pleased with the service received. We receive reminders as to service date, which allows me to remember to unlock gate. However, even when I have forgotten, one simple call to the office and Jason comes right back out the same day. Jason is always professional, answers all questions, polite, and does a great job! read more

Ron what's the first one who has been able to tell us what was going on with our rodent issue in the backyard. He told us we have voles. I'm writing this review because he said if I did that I would enter him into a drawing they have for the holidays. Ron, I hope you get picked! Ron did say that because we have an existing rodent trap box that it should be free to get the voles out of there. Basically all they do is just put the bait down in the den and then they will eat it and they should be gone. Next week. Apparently I'll have the owner which I was just told not to tell the owner that I know that the owner is coming out to be looking at my house next week, and then was told that it's actually going to be about $200 or so to get rid of them. So we will see! Nonetheless, I guess we'll find out what's really going on when the owner not owner is going to come out. Anyhow, Ron, great job at finally figuring out what's going on in my backyard and we'll see what's happening! read more

After being without a pet service, for a while we decided to hire a pet service, we had roaches. We also have had problems with rats, I have an exotic garden. I contacted them about the roaches in our tub, in fact I took pictures of them=-the bugs, they were supposed eliminate, 3 weeks after the first visit The second time they didn't come in, left a PROSERVE green door hanger. Then They are wanting me to give a rating for their technician. After setting up a customer port whole. read more

It started with a flyer on the door. I thought let me call to try them out. They quoted 50 dollars every other month. I called because I was having a mouse problem. I was not a big fan that you have to sign for a year contract. I was given the service on the 24th of Oct 2019. I looked at my email and the company was trying to say I owed 99 dollars. I was mad, I called the office and asked why was I being charged a 100? This started the dissatisfaction. Having to call several times . Then they charged my bank 75.00 after talking to them. Then I call again all they can say we made a mistake. Don't charge a customer until you are sure what the cost is supposed to be. I asked to quit. This is total false advertisement . read more

Amazing service from this company! I messaged them for a quote and within a few minutes I was able to get a reply. They were very accommodating and Daniel came out to start service on a Saturday. I found these guys on thumb tack. They came out same day, got rid of my ants within 24 hours, and I needed a second treatment before the 30 day follow-up so called and they are coming out in the next couple hours to take care of it. I have every confidence I won't have any pest issues keeping up with this affordable service! Thanks Brian and Daniel Fiedler! read more

We had purchased a $125.00 Groupon all appeared well at first, but after 2 months past we started seeing spiders and ants again. When I attempted to call back to have them come back out to do a re-spray, I was informed that they only have a 30 day warranty and I would have to pay again if I wanted them to spray again. Disappointing Waist of money and time. Not interested in paying more money for a service that only last 30 days. No thank you, read more
