When I decided to get a pest control company I was really on the fence about it. I consider myself somewhat of a naturalist, the environment is important to me, and we have a tortoise who eats the vegetation. However, I do need to protect my furry pets and littles. I Let him know that we have the usual May/June Box Beetles on the grass and could he please spray them. They wouldn't usually bother me but there's literally thousands of them. They're mating and the littles ask way too many questions This man looked me dead eye and said "Mam, I cant spray those white clover flowers. Those are excellent for the bees . I have been using Proserve for 2 years now for various issues. Orignally I called them when I had carpet beatles in my home, I signed up for the year long service. I am not big on spraying as it can unbalance the natural ecosystem of good bugs vs bad bugs. Proserve was understanding and is using an environmental safe spray around the perimiter of the house. Smells nice too. They are accomodating when I call them up to skip a month because the migratory birds are in town and are feeding on the insects. I recently had them work on rodent abaitment and they did a great job identifying the points of entry and blocking them off. read more

The technician was very professional, thorough. I didn't realize I never complete thru review years ago. We've been with them over 5 years. We love their service technicians. We have never had any that were not thorough, respectful or unprofessional. Every situation will be resolved. They will return until the problem is resolved. Every time the sewers are sprayed across the street we have issues with Turkish Roaches. The first time the county sprayed they told us to get a pest control company to come spray. I had a technician that was really great coming every 2 weeks for treatment with weekly inspections in between. He was patient with my tons of questions and was very thorough. I believe his name is Devin but unsure of the spelling. I was disappointed once a new technician was sent to my residence since treatment was not as thorough and my questions weren't fully addressed. read more

My family just moved into our new build home. Our house is the first home done on the block so apparently all the bugs sought refuge from the construction in our house. I was given ProServ contact information from a coworker who had great experience with them. I called and they were able to get me a technician that week. He sprayed inside and out and we hoped that would be the end of our bug problem. The sheer volume of bugs declined but we were still having issues. I gave it a week and called back in and they sent the technician back to re-spray. After the second spray we haven't noticed any more bugs! I'm giving them two stars because for the last couple of years they actually provided good service. However, thanks to Covid I am in a precarious financial situation. I called to cancel service, but was advised it was easier to just postpone my appointment for a couple of months so as not to lose my contract rates. Seemed like a great idea to me. I was assured that I wouldn't be charged, I agreed. Lo and behold, I was charged. While I was informed that a check would be sent for the original charge, three days later I haven't received it yet. This cost me money in NSF fees. I understand that businesses are having issues during the Covid crisis, but so am I. I gave them the better part of two weeks advanced notice to cancel my appointment and I was still charged. That is unacceptable to me. As is their inability to reimburse me for the fees they cost me which I can ill afford right now. I'm sure plenty of other folks will have better reviews, but I am in an industry that prides itself on customer service, and in my opinion ProServ failed when it mattered most. read more

This was my first time goin with this company bad experience the guy that sprayed rushed the job wasn't even at my property a whole 30 mins before leaving and I was suppose to have gotten treatment for interior and exterior of my house I just moved in and on top of this I asked if the webs on the house can be removed well they want to charge an extra $90 to have that done... I thought that should come with the service like any other company will include in treatment we were told to leave the home for two hours well soon as I went in the house to lock everything we didn't smell a thing or chemicals like the home wasn't even treated in the inside .... I called them out to take care of an ant issue that my store bought product couldn't get done. They were out at my home the very next day. Anthony, the technician, was very kind and intelligent. He knew exactly what to do and had an answer for all of our questions. His service was precise and hassle free. We had a few and other insect problem. We were in this house for a year, and had this first incident. Daniel was the first to respond, and after feeling comfortable with the answers to my concerns - we proceeded and able to schedule something the next day. Ron what's the first one who has been able to tell us what was going on with our rodent issue in the backyard. He told us we have voles. I'm writing this review because he said if I did that I would enter him into a drawing they have for the holidays. Ron, I hope you get picked! Ron did say that because we have an existing rodent trap box that it should be free to get the voles out of there. Basically all they do is just put the bait down in the den and then they will eat it and they should be gone. Next week. Apparently I'll have the owner which I was just told not to tell the owner that I know that the owner is coming out to be looking at my house next week, and then was told that it's actually going to be about $200 or so to get rid of them. So we will see! Nonetheless, I guess we'll find out what's really going on when the owner not owner is going to come out. After being without a pet service, for a while we decided to hire a pet service, we had roaches. We also have had problems with rats, I have an exotic garden. We considered Proserv, a local franchise. They spent less then 20 miniature the first visit. I contacted them about the roaches in our tub, in fact I took pictures of them=-the bugs, they were supposed eliminate, 3 weeks after the first visit The second time they didn't come in, left a PROSERVE green door hanger. It started with a flyer on the door. I thought let me call to try them out. They quoted 50 dollars every other month. I called because I was having a mouse problem. I was not a big fan that you have to sign for a year contract. I was given the service on the 24th of Oct 2019. I looked at my email and the company was trying to say I owed 99 dollars. I was mad, I called the office and asked why was I being charged a 100? This started the dissatisfaction. Having to call several times . Then they charged my bank 75.00 after talking to them. Update on review: my husband used them with a Groupon this time for our house not our rental like the first time. The lady was rude when making the appointment. They didn't show up on time, they were over an 2 hours late from our window. They didn't even call us we to let us know they were going to be late. They may have not even showed if we didn't cal. We left the home so they can complete and we have cameras in the front when we noticed it was really fast. He was going to skip the garage even after we had told him we had wanted it. He did not get any spider webs throughout the house or outside. We have more spiders than ever throughout our house. We would love to find a company we can use again and again but it seems pest control companies want is to have a membership. I think we had this poor service due to purchasing through the Groupon.
