We recently switched to Pest Pros to prevent bugs from coming into our home. We've used a self-spray service and worked with another service that came to our home to spray, but after learning about Pest Pros being a local, family owned company and seeing what they're doing in the community we decided to switch. So far the customer service has been friendly and efficient and we're getting into the season when ants try to start coming in so we'll be leaning on their help. We'll update once we've been using the service for longer, but so far so good! read more

We had a great experience with Pest Pros Pest Elimination. They did an excellent job getting rid of a rat issue we were dealing with. Peyton was wonderful--friendly, professional, and very thorough. He sealed off all entry points and made sure everything was handled properly. Even after the issue was resolved, he was quick to respond to a concern I had and came back out to double check everything. That level of service really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Pest Pros and will definitely use them again if needed. read more

After some initial issues they came back and took care of the problem. Very professional and quick.

Been a customer for a while now and have been very happy with the service I receive. Our tech Greg Willingham has been great to work with. Great communication, quick responses, and always very helpful. He's never in a rush to get in and out, always takes his time to get the job done right. I definitely recommend Pest Pros read more

Mr Wallace came to our rescue when our home was infested with rodents and problems with those pesty ants. I referred my neighbor to Pest Pros Pest Solutions and he too requested Mr Wallace. Thank you for your professional service. Al Martinez read more

I had wasps swarming around my car when I was at work and I couldn't even get in to go to lunch. They came out right away and basically swatted them away so I could get in my car and move it to a different location. I think somehow the bush I was parked next to was attracting them and then the sap on my car was also keeping them interested. They were going into the cracks in my door jam and underneath the car, so I wasn't sure if there was a nest or what but long story short Wyatt came out right away and used his hat to get rid of them lol. Day saved! This was back in June and it took me way too long to write this review but well deserved. I plan to use them for my future pest control needs! read more

I am having the good fortune to have my home taken care of by David "jokingly and appropriately nicknamed Thor" - he is a top notch professional, and is making my process seamless. His standard that he brings to his company is the reason to why I have returned to Pest Pros, who also takes care of my rental units. Thank you!! read more

Pest Pros is expanding their service area to the Manteca area and we definitely benefit from this. Frank Cropper came out to our home, fully assessed our house for pest intrusion (including looking behind the fridge!), and provided our first treatment on the spot. He was incredibly professional and easy to talk to. He clearly explained their service model and visit frequency, stating that if we have issues between treatments to call and they'll come back out. Highly recommend Pest Pros and Frank Cropper in particular! read more

Pest Pros Pest Solutions - Frank business card - Pest Control Near Me - Sacramento, California

The response to my review is lacking and full of falsehoods. I only sent one email asking for the receipt to be clarified which was polite and nonconfrontational. The response from your office was condescending and not an appropriate response and came across as if I did not understand what was lacking in the receipt. So I sent the email I quoted in my review. I always treated your employees on a professional level at all times, and there were no other emails other than the two mentioned in my review where you falsely claim there were "several". This is further proof as to how your firm does business. Your response was dishonest in order to justify what your unprofessional firm did. read more

Best pest control around and local. Jordan is awesome and I'm quite sure everyone else is also.

We had a great experience with Pest Pros Pest Solutions! They were highly recommended by a family member. Zya was the most friendly, professional and kindhearted person you will ever meet. He explained everything in great detail about the services that would be provided. We were having problems with traveling roaches in our garage, mosquitoes, ants, and spiders. Our house looked like the Addams Family House because we had so many spider webs! Whenever we swept them down, they came right back. For many years, we hesitated getting extermination services. We were concerned about irritation to pets, and we worried about our grandson. He plays in the yard often, and sometimes we get a few cats that like to visit our front yard. Zya assured us the products used were pet and people friendly, and he was so knowledgeable about the products he would be using. Not only did he investigate and find the roach nests, he took down all of those creepy spider webs and treated the entire perimeter of our home. Before leaving, he assured my wife and I we were welcomed into the family, and we definitely felt the kindness of his gesture! When my wife first contacted PPPS she was in a panic. We had placed mouse sticky paper in our garage. Lo and behold, one morning when we went outside to inspect, we discovered two very large, 1-foot Alligator Lizards stuck to the sticky paper! They were still alive. My wife wouldn't get close enough to inspect. But, initially, she thought it was a snake! So, before Zya arrived, we poured olive oil over the sticky paper and poured some over the poor lizards too. Eventually, we freed them and they scurried away. Now that the pest problem has been alleviated, we no longer will be using sticky paper. We highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed with the friendly family-oriented service, the great reasonable cost, and knowledgeable, expert technicians! read more

This company is great. We've noticed a lot of spiders in our house over the past few weeks with the warmer weather and so I decided to do a little search on pest control companies and found this one to have the best reviews. I called this morning and they were able to have Steve out at my house by 10am. Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and afterwards he did an inspection and treated the property. read more

Lack of professionalism, combative, just plain rude, communication error on what was being done and clearly communicating that before the appointment . I personally wont be using this company again. read more

So grateful for Wallace and Pest Pros Pest Solutions, for coming to our rescue, and the rescue of our tenants! It's so very easy to go on, day after day, and not event think about the critters we share our property with, that is, until they start to invade our homes. When rats moved into a rental, Wallace came out and took measures to eradicate the issue, as well as educate us! This was so helpful. Wallace is responsive, personable and professional! Just an all around great person! Thank you Wallace, for taking such great care of our tenants and property! We learned a great deal from you :) A great value as well. The time it takes to crawl around and find all the nooks and cranny's; priceless. read more

We have used Pest Pros for a number of years now and they have been absolutely fantastic. Great communication, competitive pricing, quality work, and our technician, Wallace, has become part of the family. Highly recommend. read more

This is a company that has serviced my family for a little over year and a half. Originally, we were very happy with this service. We called them to help with a flea outbreak we had in our backyard, and that was immediately taken care of. The problems and inconsistencies really began once this company began to change the person who came to service the house. Suddenly appointment times were inconsistent, constantly changing, and it was always a struggle to get in touch with any management to confirm when a person was actually coming to our house. Another problem we ran into was with all the constant change of personal, services, and appointments, no one seemed to know if we were being billed correctly. The main reason our family ended our business with this company was because for these past few months, they completely stopped coming. They stopped servicing our house all together, to the point when we finally got in touch with ( the very kind secretary) she was ultimately just as surprised as we were when she noticed we weren't being serviced. So unfortunately, we still have a spider/bug/pest problem at our house, and for the pricing ... we think it's best just to find someone else. It's funny though, once we ended our business...that's when we got several calls from managment. I give this business 2/5 stars. read more

Elderly parents were dealing with aggressive black ant problem for a couple of weeks. I called another service but they didn't return my call for 4 hours.
