Pinnacle and Arnold are the best. We are a property management company. Pets Control companies are always a vendor we struggle to find. I will be looking no longer. Arnold is extremely professional, detailed, on top of our work orders and goes above and beyond on large projects. No one has time to chase down vendors to get scheduling and completion confirmation. I do it all day long. Not with Pinnacle though. Thank you Pinnacle for your exceptional service!! read more

I'm really happy with my service. I had originally called for rodent prevention and Lorenzo pointed out there was termite damage around the outside of the house. He was very professional and respectful- pointed out all the signs and explained in detail what they meant. He coordinated all the prevention installations and procedures and was very attentive to the billing, making sure I was not billed for any surcharges. Overall, Lorenzo is just a great person, 10/10 would get burgers and chili cheese dogs with him any day read more

I recently had to call a pest control company for the first time. And based on reviews, I chose Pinnacle Pest Control. They were excellent all four times an employee came out to our home (especially Lorenzo and Nick), as well as the customer service via the phone. If I ever need pest control service again, I will contact Pinnacle Pest Control without hesitation. Thank you! N. P. (Fair Oaks, CA) read more

Lorenzo ... took an order from us and scheduled a service on 4-22 today ... a no show after we signed a contract... terrible and unacceptable read more

Was referred to them by my HVAC company and they are the best! They make everything easy and convenient!

Inspector Ken provided me with valuable information on subterranean termites, wasps, and dry rot, which was incredibly helpful as a first-time homeowner. He explained Pinnacle's process and their warranty in detail. After receiving all this information and an affordable quote, I decided to hire them for the termite treatment. Technician Thomas added several additional points that either Ken didn't mention or considered unnecessary. Although Jesus arrived a bit later than Thomas, he demonstrated the same level of skill in the tasks I observed between my work meetings. Overall, the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I just hope the treatment works as described! Note: Both the inspector and the technicians were late on their workday. read more

Had Pinnacle out about 4 yrs ago to deal with bed bugs. The initial service DID NOT take care of the problem. Had to reach out to the Mngr / owner for customer service. The problem was eventually handled. Had this issue again recently. An inspector from Pinnacle came out for an inspection appointment. Spoke with him on front porch prior taking him into the room we had seen bed bugs and explained that this was a recurrence from 4yrs ago. His question to us of did he need to go in and do the inspection made him seem to be a bit put out. We had explained that we thought it was a bed bug problem again, but we were not professionals in this field. We'd made sure to explain what we had seen, but needed this inspection that we had scheduled. This inspector came into the house and looked around the bedroom we'd seen the bugs in. It seemed to be a quick inspection. We'd made a comment to possibly having more bed bugs in the laundry area/basement. He did not seem to have any interest to inspect that area, or any of the rest of the house. We had a different company come out for an inspection the following day. This inspector was very involved. She asked questions to gather as much information as possible. We then took to the bedroom to inspect, and appeared to be a very involved inspection. We then took her to the laundry area/basement to continue the inspection. While walking through the house each room was inspected. This was then followed by inspection of the outside of the house. While this company quoted a higher price it did appear to include much more service. Compared to the quote from Pinnacle this higher price was acceptable. Additionally the demeanor from this other companies inspector was much more friendly/impressive. Having used Pinnacle in the past, wanted to use them again. However this inspection & experience made us much less interested in using Pinnacle again. Pinnacle has various good reviews, but I think I found a better option that I can use & suggest to others. Would suggest to others that they simply consider multiple companies, and then decide which one to use. read more

Amazing costumer service. They are great at that they do and are always mindful of their customers. We get our home sprayed every other month by them and they always spray exactly how I request. Great value for the services they provide. Totally with every penny. read more

We've been with Pinnacle Pest Control since a tough home ant invasion in 2022. We were with another provider for months and couldn't move the needle on the craziest ant invasion we've ever seen. I called pinnacle and had someone come out within a few days. One treatment took care of the pesky ants and helped us breathe a sigh of relief. Our provider, Daniel Martinez, has been amazing and has taken care of us through any and all of our needs. He takes the time to chat through any concerns we may have and has addressed everything timely and completely. In fall 2023, we were dealing with an indoor flea issue which was really affecting our senior dog's quality of life. Dan came in and took care of it in one visit and told us what to do to prevent them from coming back. Our dog passed away from heart failure in January, and I will forever be grateful for Dan for making his last few months comfortable. Thank you, Dan! read more

Rats in the attic. Not a pleasant thought, even worse when its actually happening. We had another pest control company "seal" the roof and the subfloor about three years ago when we first heard the telltale scratching. They killed a few rats, and eventually the problem disappeared...until about two weeks ago. I have been faithfully setting our "Owltra" rat traps up in the attic, and over two weeks caught 8 of them. But it seems like there is a roof rat open house sign somewhere on the property, so I called PInnacle this time, and Mark showed up this past Monday and spent a good hour up on the roof and under the house. I was expecting bad news and a hefty fee to seal up the house again. But to my surprise, Mark was complementary about the work our previous pest control company performed, and told me he found one spot on the roof where the metal netting mesh had been pulled back on one of the roof vents and there was evidence that the critters were using that has their entry to the attic. More to my surprise, he did not charge me one cent for his time. He showed me the picture on his iPhone where the breach had occurred, and I was able to repair it myself. What a pleasant surprise to find an ethical guy working for an ethical company. I'm going to sign up with them for my routine pest control. read more

We have been with Pinnacle Pest Control for about a year now for our home in Stockton. This company is great and our assigned representative Daniel Martinez is extremely prompt, on time and above all very friendly!! He makes sure to alert the customer the day before the visit along with the time. Proper and friendly service all around. Amazing service! They got rid of our insane ant problem after the first visit. Fabulous service from MIKE MONIZ. He is polite, thorough, always on time. No complaints over many years. No one compares to Mike. He's the best. The occasional substitute never did as good a job. read more

I honestly can't say enough great things about this company. From their service technicians to the front office staff, they have exceeded my expectations in working with a pest control company. We had another company we had to let go due to quality and inconsistent service, billing and high turn over with the techs. We've had the same technician since we had Pinnacle. Our tech calls the day prior to service instead of showing up on their own schedule. I always know when they are on site at our home and when they leave. When they arrive they inspect the property and let me know their plan for treatment that pertains to whatever activity they are seeing. I trust them because they are licensed, experienced and that is why I hired them - and they do a great job. I highly recommend them to my friends & fsmi read more

Pinnacle wastes your time and your money. While the treatment's good, it's only good if they treat the space. Time and again, Pinnacle's biggest opportunity for improvement is their communication--they just don't care about that part of the business, which I'd argue is the 2nd most important part next to treating the place. When we had our building tented for termites last year, there was no communication that they were delayed due to weather. We came back home after staying in a hotel for days, only to find that... they had only just begin to put the tent UP, meaning we'd be out of our house for several more days. Adding insult to injury, they weren't even going to let us back in--so medication, clothing, etc. would have been unretrievable had we not raised a stink to get into the building first. This cost us many hundreds of dollars to be put out like this. Another recent experience: we had the building treated for cockroaches. When nobody showed up, we called to ask what happened. Supposedly someone came by, knocked, and then left; they never called to see if we were home. I was home, just in the back where I couldn't hear the door. (Call us if we don't answer! In 2023, we all have phones.) The final straw, and the reason for this 2-star review is that they came to treat for cockroaches again today--but this time they showed up to the front building and not the back where we are. They knocked, nobody answered, and they left according to front office staff. So once again, I was home--both front and back door were open. Once again, no communication. Moral of the story: the treatments work, but if nobody takes the effort to call us when they show up to the wrong place or don't get an answer at the door, what's the point? Take a moment and call the person who made the appointment when they do not answer. We don't make appointments to keep you waiting. read more

Dan always texts to let me know what day and time he will be there which I need to be sure the dogs are locked up. He does the job quickly and thoroughly. We live in the country and have a ton of wasps, beetles and other crawly creatures. I used a different service before Pinnacle and I would regularly have beetles in my house. I have not seen once since signing up with Pinnacle. A great improvement!! I highly recommend Dan and Pinnacle read more

We moved in to our home late fall 2023. We had no idea that a subterranean termite colony would soon make way into our floors. I called Pinnacle in a panic on Monday and by Friday we'd had the inspection done and treatment underway. The inspection by Chad was quick and the treatment was easy. Thomas, the treatment technician thoroughly explained how the application works, how the treatment chemical performs, and what to expect. He left me with a sense of relief and security that our new home wasn't going to disintegrate beneath our feet. To have the sense of security knowing we are treated and preventing future infestations is well worth the treatment price. I definitely recommend using Pinnacle. read more

I am so impressed with the customer service of Pinnacle! When your house is infested you need a knowledgeable inspector. More importantly, you need a person that is empathic to your unique situation. The inspector Josh, was both! I've had a few quote inspections and he went above and beyond searching, educating and most importantly listening. He was most helpful and responsive with my follow up call and texts. I am truly grateful and have 100% confidence in Pinnacle. read more

Highly recommend this company they have been around a long time, very professional and price competitive!

Pinnacle has been taking care of our home for the past few years, and we've never had any problems with bugs or pests, despite living in an older house surrounded by lots of trees and outdoor critters. While our neighbors complain about spider infestations, we've been fortunate to remain pest-free. Their service technicians are consistently polite and courteous, making us feel at ease having them in our backyard during their monthly visits. We highly recommend their services! read more

I've had Pinnacle Pest Control for about a year now. Well deserved 5 stars. Price: I have Pinnacle Pest Control scheduled to service my home once every quarter (3 months). The price I pay is reasonable, and well worth it. Customer Service: I've called the main office a few times to schedule/reschedule service, correct billing info, etc. Every time, my experience with the phone call has been professional, polite, and the receptionist always made sure my issues or concerns were addressed. Big thumbs up here! Technician: I've had two different technicians perform the pest control service. Both are awesome! Very friendly, professional, considerate to not damage my property and house, and very thorough. My current technician, Pao S., was nice enough to text me pictures of his findings regarding some wasp nests issues. I know it sounds simple, it's just texting pictures, but I really appreciate the open communication with the technician. Another big thumbs up here! Overall, I give Pinnacle Pest Control 5 stars and two thumbs up . I highly recommend. read more

I've only used a pest control service twice, first Terminix, second Pinnacle. When i used Terminix, the guy who came out arrived at the very end of the scheduled window, made me feel really ignorant about what i had called about, and he left without saying anything with my garage door open. It was NOT A pleasant experience (not that pest control should be,) so much so that in the interim since then i resolved not to use pest control services and try to handle things on my own. Fast forward to last week when i saw an enormous termite swarm in my backyard, i panicked and immediately got in touch with my leasing agent to get pest control out ASAP. Termites unlike ants i have no experience with so wanted a professional to assess the situation. Today Mark from Pinnacle arrived, bright and early, right at the beginning of the scheduled window, which i appreciate. Mark talked me through what i was seeing, not only verifying what i saw, but also confirming that even if I'm not a pest control professional, my research was at least valid. Mark took a good solid look around the entire property, inside and out, even getting into the attic area just to be thorough. Along the way he spotted a few other pests that aren't harmful but might want to be addressed such as some carpet beetles. Mark wore shoe covers the entire time as well as a face mask, and took what seemed to me to be solid care while walking through and around the property. Mark is a very helpful pest control agent, I'd be happy to have him back for any continued routine inspections/services. read more

First and foremost want to say Pinnacles Pest Control was friendly. professional, responsive and able to work with our schedule. Ken went above and beyond. Punctual, professional and efficient. Love these guys! I've worked with them exclusively for the last two years now. I was in a bind with a lender regarding a pest clearance that "all of a sudden" was needed on a Home built in 2019 (AND scheduled to close in 12 days). Like most pest companies they were booked a few weeks out. After explaining my dire situation, they were very sympathetic and stepped up for me and my client. The inspection was performed within 96 hours of my initial call. Thank you to Ken and your staff at pinnacle pest! You have continued to earn my business and referrals! I've been using Pinnacle for about seven years now at two different homes. I have had Mike that whole time, and he is fantastic. Nasty, nasty customer service from lady, and deceptive pricing and contract pushing. Nasty! And of course, she would not give her name. I encourage owners to review all recordings as stated as being recorded for training purposes to see for themselves that I am not exaggerating, one single bit. Daniel Martinez did an amazing job. He is friendly and very efficient and what he does. Thank you for being so thorough and professional.

Pinnacle did the termite inspection and approved the repairs on a home I purchased 5 years ago. There was dry rot that had to be repaired at the time. I just put the house on the market and had another company recommended to me to do the termite inspection. The results were, there was still remaining dry rot from the job done before I bought the house and the repair job was done incorrectly and with sub standard materials. Pinnacle approved this bad work and now it will cost me several hundred dollars to have the job done correctly to pass inspection. Whoever the inspector was did not do his job and I am paying for it. Just a warning if you consider using this company for a termite inspection. read more

After using two other pest control companies that sent out Dopey , clueless technicians, I didn't have high expectations from Pinnacle. The manager did reach out to me to address my concerns I've had with the "other guys" and assured me they would deliver. The technician they sent out was Craig. He is a real friendly guy and was a joy to work with. We did a tour of the property and Craig listened to my concerns and my problem areas. Craig discussed what options I had and explained what chemicals they used, which was a nice touch. We opted for some more environmental friendly sprays near my garden and in my grass where the dog and child play. Overall, I was real pleased with Pinnacle and Craig. My only knock against the company is that rodents are not covered (although they do have rodent services separate from they pest control). Previous companies included rodents. read more
