Great communication and does good work. Good value for sure. Would recommend to others

Very responsive and truly the best value for the money. I initially thought I had a serious roof rat issue and received a quote from another local company for over $3,000. Then I remembered using Bugs 2 Rest Control on one of my rental properties, so I gave them a call. They came out the very next day, assessed the situation, and found it was actually a minor issue. Instead of overcharging, they recommended only what was needed--costing me less than $500. Honest, professional, and easy to work with. Great service, friendly people, and excellent pricing. read more

I had a rat issue pop up unexpectedly, due to construction in the area and reached out to Bugs 2 Rest based on a recommendation. They got back to me quickly (which I really appreciated) and had someone out right away. From the moment she showed up, it was clear she knew what they were doing. The tech was super professional, walked me through what she was seeing, and explained the steps they were going to take to get things under control. They didn't just treat the problem--she took the time to find where the rats were getting in and seal it off, which gave me real peace of mind. Start to finish, it was smooth, efficient, and handled with care. I'd absolutely use them again if needed, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or neighbors. read more

Highly responsive. Socorro provided a fast quote for a one-time emergency roach extermination. I wasn't looking to sign a year-long service agreement. I just needed the bugs gone. And Bugs 2 Rest did just that. They were able to schedule a service quickly and get the job done. They came out a couple of days later, without question, after one single roach was spotted. The property has been roach-free since then. Worth hiring!!! read more

Socorro and her team (Jose & Chris) addressed the rodent/raccoon issue in our attic in a timely & professional manner. They were able to answer all questions plus she also offered post services at no additional charges. Socorro is extremely passionate about her profession and is always will to do a little extra. So we had a wasp nest growing on our roof, not under but on our roof. A called a couple companies to get quotes and unfortunately a lot of them refused to get on the roof and I didn't want to pay someone just to spray but not remove the hive. I was starting to lose hope. But I called Socorro and right off the bat she was very polite and professional and eased my worries re-assuring me that they can spray and remove the nest by going onto our roof. Both her and Jose arrived at our place and they were very easy to work with, prompt, and professional and the rates they had seem very fair and slightly cheaper than other companies. They not only got rid of the hive for me, but they checked surrounding areas nearby and discovered another nest and sprayed and removed that as well. Socorro also checked around the house to see if there was anything else that raised a red flag and told me she didn't so it was nice that she was willing to check that for me! I would highly recommend this company as they were quick, efficient, and pleasant people to work with! read more

We always get text reminders the day prior to service, which is really helpful. Jose is always so friendly, helpful and remembers that we want to keep non-lethal spiders around and sprays and cleans areas accordingly. He is super and very pleasant to work with. read more

Fantastic employees that are extremely friendly and responsive to any pest issues you have within 24 hours. One flat fee and between services if anything comes up, they will happily come out and spray free of charge. We have been using this company for about 3 years and is worth every penny. I'm terrified of spiders, but with the service they provided, I may see a spider once ever 6 months. read more

On time and super duper friendly. They sprayed entire house even tho the wasps were in one area. AND wasps are completely gone!

We had squirrels in our attic and Socorro came out within a day after I messaged. First and foremost, I felt that she was honest with us. When I asked if we needed to have the attic cleaned from remnants of the squirrels, she said it wasn't too bad. Although it probably should be cleaned, she said that with the lack of good insulation in our attic, we should just wait until we can replace the insulation rather than having it cleaned now. They closed up the problematic area and I found them a pleasure to work with. I especially appreciate supporting a small business rather than a big company trying to sell more products/services. read more

We are very happy with the service. It's great to know if we have any issues we will receive a response/solution right away. Not to mention the awesome friendly customer service both over the phone and in person. Whenever our home is serviced it is done very quickly and efficiently, and i'd definitely recommend to anyone! read more

We had a pest problem in the attic and they came out promptly and took care of the problem. They also went around the house and found some holes and sealed them off to prevent further problems. Very professional and helpful, definitely would recommend you call them. read more

Socorro was super friendly and very thorough and fixed my rodent problem. She spotted and filled the holes around the exterior of my house where rats and other animals were getting in. She even gave me the option to fill the easy to reach holes myself to save money and taught me how to do it. Socorro came back for three follow-up visits to make sure the rodents didn't come back and they were all free of charge. She also set traps and bait for me and let me borrow her ladder for a weekend so I could fill a hole by myself. Truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone. read more

I found this company on Yelp after quoting several others. I have no regrets as we have very minimal bugs in and around the house and if something comes up they are there usually the same day to get rid of the bug. Price is better than most other companies especially for the quality that you get from them. read more

Want to update my previous review. Socorro reached out to me after publication and she scheduled the follow up services that were initially promised. Not sure why the reason for the delay, but these guys have made good on their promise. read more

We highly recommend Bugs2Rest. My husband and cat heard the rats in the attic. We learned the home construction left two highways open for their entrance. Socorro gives exceptional customer service. Her team was pleasant and efficient. Although we hired a different insulation company, she came and sanitized the attic between removal and new insulation for a nominal fee. Our company took 3 days to remove the old insulation, and 4 hours to reinstall. Socorro said she would have done the job in two days. read more

I had three estimates to have my attic cleaned of pests and assess and then seal off all access points. Socorro's rates were not just the best, she was incredibly conscientious. Came out fast, then scheduled the work and came out on a Saturday with Noah to take care of it all. She's delightful, professional, has a great response time, and at a great price. ALMOST makes me wish I still had pest problems (JK). read more

Excellent service and results! Socorro and Jose are very professional and diligent in solving pest issues. We had rodents in our attic creating a mess, chewing our stored items and walls. Socorro and Jose have been amazing to work with and their work has been outstanding. We bought a newly remodeled home in August 2017 and did some extensive backyard landscaping which really disturbed ant and spider populations in the yard. The pest control team has been out to treat the yard a couple of times in the first month and nearly all of the pests are gone. I really love the fact that they clear the cobwebs from the eaves which makes walking around the house outside a little better for folks (who are definitely not us...) who are total scaredy-cats when it comes to spiders. My partner and I highly recommended Bugs 2 Rest! read more

I recently had a problem with rats in the walls scurrying and squeaking causing my dog to go crazy. This would happen at night and wake me up. I complained to my landlord and he called Bugs2Rest. They were able to schedule an appointment that same week. Socorro came on time and gave the house a thorough inspection. She was responsive and knowledgeable and quickly made a plan to fix the trouble areas. She and another worker were actually able to come back on the very same day to make the repairs, placing traps and patching holes. Socorro was very good about calling back and asking for updates and scheduling check ups. After about a week, the rats knew they couldn't come back in to the walls and I haven't heard from them since! read more

I'm so happy with this company's efficiency. They respond as soon as possible and at any time. They put traps and were able to catch one at the moment and another later. Prices are very reasonable. I called multiple companies and after evaluating what I was getting and the cost involved. I went with Bugs 2 rest. I couldn't be happier. I have waited months to do my review to make sure I was still happy. I am. What a wonderful company to work with. Not only did they come in about 1/4 of the other quotes, but they also worked around my schedule for repairs and trap placement and check-ups. Did professional work and repairs and so friendly. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, this is who I will call. Socorro and company made me feel like my rat problem was their problem! Thank you! read more

The BEST pest control company I've ever worked with. I called yesterday about a squirrel I saw running up under the eaves then heard tearing up my duct work. Socorro was able to fit me in this morning. She walked me through everything first. We even went up into my attic together. She found two holes where rodents were getting in and repaired them on the spot. She also set a live trap just in case the squirrel manages to get back in so she can be released humanely. I love supporting small businesses and I love even more supporting small women owned businesses! I have now hired them to come spray bi-monthly for bugs. Thanks Socorro! read more

All I can say is that I'm so thankful for them coming the very next day to get rid of my ant problem! We had just moved and I was finding ants everywhere! I would wake up with one crawling on my face. Ewww! Anyways the ants are gone and it only took a few days!!! Thank you for all your help! read more

Bugs 2 Rest is by far the BEST pest control and business to work with. My husband and I heard rats in our attic and when we looked for a pest control company, Bugs2Rest stood out. They communicated with us on a daily basis throughout the entire process and followed up with us afterwards. During the inspection, Bugs2Rest checked every inch of the house and walked us through how the rodents were getting into the attic. They did excellent repair work and did some improvements on the house to help deter any future attempts by rodents. Bugs2Rest inspected the attic and replaced half of our insulation, the process was made easy by the professional and hard-working team. After the repair and work was done, Socorro and her team kept in touch with us for monthsss to make sure the rats did NOT return! The attic has been quiet ever since and we are forever grateful for Bugs 2 Rest, thank you so much! read more
