We found black widows around our home and needed a solution quickly. I called several pest control companies who had long wait times (before Labor Day Weekend; understandable) for first service and most of them wanted to lock us into lengthy contracts. Direct Hit was able to come out FAST and get our issue controlled right away. They do require that you commit to at least 2 services - makes sense to really take care of your pest problem - but no lengthy contract to commit to. Brandon was our tech and is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I had a lot of questions and never felt like an inconvenience. Brandy (Brandi?) at the front desk is also wonderful! Had a rodent infestation in the sub-floor area of my home which caused a lot of damage to the duct system and was very costly to repair. After repairs were made I knew I would need a reputable pest control company to fix the infestation issue so it wouldn't happen again. As fate would have it, Kody happened to be in my neighborhood servicing another home and had left his business card at my front door. I did a little online research and decided to give Direct Hit a call. Kody showed up a few days later and proceeded to inspect my home's exterior and ended in the sub floor area where the problem had started. He determined that one or more rodents ( mice, rats and/or racoons} had decided to make themselves a little 'retreat' in the AC ducts. He set a number of traps in strategic areas and also got underneath the exterior rear deck where he found an access area which had never been properly blocked/screened leaving it wide open to the critters that decided to make themselves comfy. Kody properly screened the open area and was confident this would solve the problem. Sure enough, he was right and after three follow up inspections with no trapped rodents he declared the job was completed. Not only did Kody do an excellent and thorough job, he did it cheerfully with a perpetual upbeat attitude. He is one of the most courteous and professional technicians I've ever had at my home. He dealt with me in a considerate, straightforward manner with no upselling or attempts to jack up costs for things I didn't need. His service was worth every dollar I spent and I MOST DEFINITELY would refer this reputable company to one and all.....also, the office tech, Brandi, was always cheerful and professional when scheduling appointments over the phone. read more

I can't say enough good things about Direct Hit. They serviced our house from 2002-2007, then we moved and dropped pest service for a while. When we restarted pest service several years later, I did not realize my new home was still in their service area so I hired someone else. Long contract, high price and ineffective service. When my contract was up, I signed back up with Direct Hit and have been with them ever since. Their prices are very competitive, no long contracts, and they do a fantastic job. Any time I have had any kind of pest "flare up," I have never had to tell them more than once. They address the issue, and that's the end of it. Kody is our regular tech, and he is thorough, respectful of our house and yard, and always takes the time to tell us about any issues and address any specific problems we happen to be having at that time. Plus, he's just a really nice guy who makes you feel like he's thrilled to chat and discuss your pest issues with you all day long. Kody is great, but great service is the rule, not the exception with these guys. We've had several techs service our property over the years, and I've found all of them to be top notch. It's increasingly rare to find a contractor in any trade who shows up on time, stands behind their word/work, and takes ownership if mistakes our made. Jason and direct hit are the exception to that trend. Job was not perfect, but they followed up and followed through on some accidental damage to attic access trim.
