We first called Attic Kings about 4 years ago after heavy rains led to rats getting into our attic…read more They caused a huge mess, and I was especially concerned about the urine, droppings, old insulation, and fiberglass getting into the rest of the house. Moshe came out right away, inspected everything, and gave us a very reasonable quote to seal all of the entry points, clean and sanitize the attic, deodorize the space, remove all of the old insulation, and eventually replace it with new insulation. One of the biggest concerns for me was cleanliness. We had just installed brand new carpet upstairs, and the attic entrance is right there. Moshe covered everything in plastic and actually created a contained tunnel from the attic all the way downstairs and out the door so the old insulation and debris never traveled through the house. That made me feel much more comfortable about having the work done. Moshe and his team were fast, clean, and efficient, but what I appreciated most was how thorough Moshe was. He took the time to explain everything, sent us detailed photos, and never made us feel rushed. Because we have two attic spaces that connect along the roofline, Moshe did not just seal everything and immediately put down new insulation. He left traps in place and came back for several weeks to make sure there were no rats still hiding somewhere or finding another way in. Only after we were all comfortable that the problem was completely resolved did he install the new insulation. I really appreciated that because the last thing I wanted was to spend money on new insulation and have it ruined again. 4 years later, we still have the trap up there and have not had another rat problem. Recently, we had a completely separate issue with yellow jackets that made an opening near the roofline and got inside the roof area. After pest control handled the yellow jackets, I called Moshe just to ask whether the opening needed some kind of special repair. He came out the very next morning, walked the perimeter of both rooflines, found a few small areas that had shifted or opened over the years, sealed the area where the yellow jackets got in, and even went back into the attic to make sure everything was still secure and there was no evidence of rats. There wasn't. What really impressed me is that this was years after the original work, and he still came out as a courtesy to check everything. That says a lot about the kind of person he is and how he runs his business. Another thing I really appreciate is that when you call Attic Kings, you actually get Moshe. You are not dealing with an automated system, a call center, or a different person every time. He is very hands-on, and the people he brings with him have always been professional, respectful and clean. We even scheduled the original work while we were away from the house, and I felt completely comfortable trusting Moshe and his team in our home. His pricing was competitive, the value was excellent, and most importantly, the work has held up for 4 years. It is getting harder to find small businesses where the owner still answers the phone, shows up personally, stands behind the work, and cares about maintaining a relationship with customers long after the job is finished. Where to start? I reached out via yelp request for help with a rat situation in my walls. They were…read morequick to respond and even provided a late evening phone call. I wish I would have remembered that gentlemans name. I have spoken to SEVERAL people at this point. I explained that they would need to access the site via a small crawl space and was reassured that wouldn't be a problem. I had an inspection done the next day! Great start and was convinced to drop my previous bug service and join there's since it included the rat extermination services. Dennis came out, did an inspection on the points that the rats could have been using for entry points. They are digging holes through our soil and entering, so when I questioned that, I was told there was nothing they could do about that part. I was informed that a report of the work for exclusion would be ready in 24 hours. I may be being impatient as I am freaking out about living with rats in my walls, who wouldn't?!? The report was not ready and I then spoke to Wyatt who was going to reach out to get it so that we could get on the schedule for the exclusion work, since that was being booked out a ways. I was told there was an appointment that next Friday and asked to be put on the schedule, they weren't able to do so without the report though. The next morning the report was in and ready, I called to schedule and now they're booked out even further! I will say the phone etiquette of all the employees is top notch! When I questioned where the original appointment went that I was told about they were able to get me in sooner. In the meantime, traps were set in the attic and the front opening of the crawl space, NOT in the front of the house where the gentleman reassured me they would have technicians place. Dennis let me know that this was not practical to have them crawl under a house. He mentioned it would be an extra charge to do that, which I was willing to pay to have this situation handled! The receptionist again reassured me she would send a technician out that would crawl under the house and place them where the activity was. A new technician Jordan comes out, adds additional traps, tells me he will not be crawling under the house, that is not what they do. So again was given false information. During this time I was at work and received a text stating that until they do the exclusion work, these traps will not work! I am booked out almost a week out at this point. Who tells a person that the service they're providing wont even work that I am paying you to do? He agrees to place additional traps in the front of the crawl space and a bait box at the side of the house. My husband comes home and sees that there is finally a rat in a trap at the crawl space. I call a technician out to come check the traps, he mentions that he wasn't aware there even was a trap placed in the attic. Shouldn't they be aware of all the placements? Then asks me if there is a rat in it, I wouldn't know! I paid y'all to come check so that I don't have to get in my attic or crawl space! There did happen to be a rat in the attic, my dad had come over to let them into the house and said the smell was atrocious so who knows how long it actually was in there. The technician let my dad know he would return next Tuesday (1 week) In my portal it says he would return unless customer said otherwise. When I called the main line again, I was informed there were NO follow up trap check appointments made. I asked if they had any later evening time slots so that I didn't have to keep leaving work to let them in and was informed that there was a 4-630pm window. I had asked if there were any other technicians besides the one I apparently was assigned could come out. Again, reassured they would send someone and booked me Tues for the 4-630pm time slot. I rushed home, picked up my daughter early and waited for the 30 min call. Nothing! No technician ever came to check the traps. Which at this point I am feeling undefeated that there even would have been a rat in the attic trap anyway. But communication that they weren't coming would have been nice. I had exclusion work done, took off work to let the tech into the attic space, said there was nothing in the traps at this visit. He would need to return to complete the job and it would be another week out before they can get back. But rest assured, it usually takes about 2 weeks once the exclusion work is complete before they start catching them. The pros, they have the bests phone etiquette and know how to diffuse a scared, frustrated client. Cons everyone has a different version of what is to be done or included with the service. In the original call I was told they would clean and sterilze the area (crawl space) after they were confident they were gone. Later to be told that would not happen and isn't included. To be fair, I have never had this problem, so maybe I am the one being unrealistic with the expectations.

Fine, no problem. You text to ask about setting an appointment and their response EVERY TIME is "who is this?" or "I don't know who this is". Well of course you don't because you clearly don't save contacts after 6 years of service and does it matter who I am because clearly I am a patron seeking your service and that's all you need to know to move forward! Ridiculous. We had them come in April for our regular service. Less than two months later we are dealing with big time bugs still. Which hasn't been normal for them. They usually come and spray and we are good for about 6 months. So we reach out to see if they can come back and give us a bit of a discount as they were just here and the last service wasn't satisfactory. He quickly said no and to find someone else. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other business who care about making money, doing a good job, and having great business relationships with their clientele. And we are business owners in the area as well so we know what great customer service should look like.

The skunk was spraying so frequently that the odor had become overwhelming and was actually making its way into my bedroom. Living in the hills, wildlife is simply part of life. Most of the time it's one of the perks of living here. Unfortunately, this particular wildlife situation had become unbearable, so I called in the professionals. OR, what I thought were the professionals... I should have just called a Doberman. I will start by saying that the technicians themselves were professional. Unfortunately, the actual service was a complete failure and complete waste of money. They came out, set a trap, filled it with cat food, covered it with a bag, and instructed me to check it every morning. The problem with that approach is obvious: if the trap actually contained a skunk, the only way to find out was to walk right up to it and look inside. Nothing says "professional wildlife management" quite like asking the homeowner to potentially get skunked. Over the course of the next week, I was repeatedly assured that the bait being used was specifically designed to attract skunks and that possums supposedly weren't interested in it. Yet somehow, the trap managed to catch three possums and exactly zero skunks. ZERO SKUNKS! The skunk that was actually causing the problem remained comfortably under my house, probably laughing at them and apparently completely unimpressed by their "specialized" bait. Meanwhile, the charges kept appearing on my credit card. By the end of this adventure, I was out roughly $700 and left with the exact same problem I started with. Three possums had been trapped and removed--none of which were bothering me in the first place--I honestly feel bad for these poor possums, what did they do with them when they took them away? While the skunk continued living its best life beneath my home. Three possums later, I'm convinced the trap's only qualification was "contains animal." I'm honestly surprised they didn't catch my own cat, a squirrel, and the neighbor's golden retriever while they were at it. The skunk, meanwhile, continues to live its best life under my house while I funded this expensive wildlife exchange program. Thank you All-in-One. If your goal is to spend hundreds of dollars catching harmless possums, this company may be for you. If your goal is to solve a skunk problem, All N One Pest Eliminators are a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
