Terrible company! We have lived in the same house for 6 years and have used this business about twice a year since living here. First off, they have you text them to schedule. Fine, no problem. You text to ask about setting an appointment and their response EVERY TIME is "who is this?" or "I don't know who this is". Well of course you don't because you clearly don't save contacts after 6 years of service and does it matter who I am because clearly I am a patron seeking your service and that's all you need to know to move forward! Ridiculous. We had them come in April for our regular service. Less than two months later we are dealing with big time bugs still. Which hasn't been normal for them. They usually come and spray and we are good for about 6 months. So we reach out to see if they can come back and give us a bit of a discount as they were just here and the last service wasn't satisfactory. He quickly said no and to find someone else. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other business who care about making money, doing a good job, and having great business relationships with their clientele. And we are business owners in the area as well so we know what great customer service should look like. read more

I found it broken after they left. I contacted Don Lee, the owner and he told me to send him the repair and replacement bill and he would reimburse me. I did and never received a reply. I had this company come out and spray my house after my daughter and I discovered a couple of bugs upstairs. I didn't know what kind of bugs they were, but regardless I hate any kind of creepy critters. They were very nice and friendly. My whole house was sprayed with a non-toxic/eco-friendly spray including my garage and yard. Just want to share that I had an emergency today with bees taking over the home I rent. It was swarms and I was trying to get help right away. When I called Kast Pest Control; he was rude and said he would only come out and help if I signed a one-year contract for pest control services. I told him that I may be interested in that but for now I just need help please. He continued to say that I had to sign a contract first. It was a very bad experience. So, I called Please Don't Bug Me Pest Control and she came out right away and did an amazing job safely eradicating the bees at a very reasonable rate. I am so thankful. We had a problem with ants and the occasional potato bugs (disgusting bug - google it!), so I called several pest control companies. They all wanted an arm and leg for a one time service. Some of them were willing to give discounts on the first service (some companies wanted $240+) if we continued with a monthly plan. Between the ridiculous prices and bad reviews for companies like Clark's, I went with this one after reading positive Yahoo local reviews. The price is really unbeatable and I figured if this service ends up being terrible, I won't be out a huge amount of cash, so I set up an appointment. The owner couldn't have been nicer and was very thorough. He explained that it may take 2-3 days for the bugs to go away entirely, but that he would come by and do another service free of charge if the problem persisted beyond that. The bugs were gone almost immediately and two weeks later we're still bug-free. I highly recommend this service. They're a local proprietorship with excellent service, they are very thorough, their rates are lower than anything you'll find elsewhere and more importantly, the bugs are gone. read more

We had recently moved into our house in Vacaville. After a few weeks, we'd seen a few roaches inside the house and realized we had a problem. I made an appointment for the next day and they were on time, ready to go. We have a dog and we were assured that the treatments used inside and outside were safe. We were amazed at how many dead and dying Oriental roaches we found over the next week. We also found several black widow spiders dead near our back door. It's been about 7 weeks and there have been no roaches at all this past month. We'll have the treatment done regularly with PDBM to keep it this way. Their rates were very good as well. I'm not really sure how to feel about my experience with Mr. Don Lee. He was a very pleasant guy. He spoke to me when he entered my home. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way and he was nice to my crazy little dog! It wasn't until it was time to get paid is where I lost all respect for Mr. Lee. PDBM was contacted by my landlord to come out and spray in and around my home therefore he had already been paid. When Mr. Lee asked me for payment I was a little confused and said "my landlord should have paid you" he asked who my manager was, I told him his name. And he shook his head like he never heard his name before. I called my landlord (no answer ). Mr. Lee then says "oh yeah I remember him telling me you guys (my fiancé and I ) would pay and he would reimburse you" I thought that was weird as he just told me he didn't know my landlord ? Anyways I wrote out a check for $100.00 and sent him on his way. Well my landlord got back to me AS SOON AS Mr. Lee drove off and I told him I was charged. My LL was upset and said "NO, he was already paid for the job and he knows it" I told my LL what Mr. Lee said about us getting reimbursed and my LL was upset and stated that was untrue and I had been lied to. My LL called Mr. Lee and told him to return my check. Mr. Lee came back handed me my check without even LOOKING AT ME. He hurried put it in my hand and left. WOW....just WOW ! read more

Last year I would have given them 5 stars however, I'm a bit perplexed with PDBM. I had them come out last year (2016) during the spring/summer months and they seemed to do a very good job. This year they came out in May and I was expecting to see them again in July. When he never showed I texted and left 2 telephone messages. I never heard back from him. No reason, no explanation.
