A few days after we met and I signed the contract, the team came out to remove old roof debris left over from a recent reroofing, removed our home's original insulation, and installed fresh batt insulation in both the attic and crawlspace. They also added rodent proofing throughout the attic while they were at it. About a month later we heard critter noises, so I texted them and they came out to inspect. He didn't find anything in the traps but reset them to be safe. Sure enough, something took the bait because we heard it go off! Jose came back shortly after and discovered 2 mice (thankfully no rats), found a gap where the roof met the garage and sealed it up. He ran an ozone generator as a precaution for any smells. I contacted them because we were seeing Deer Mice in our garage. Chad, one of the owners, got in touch almost immediately and we scheduled an assessment of the property. He was on-time, polite, professional and easy to work with. Chad did a thorough survey of our garage and exterior of our home to find any entry points. He was able to locate where the mice were getting in and sent a plan of action with photos and diagrams showing entry areas. The company blocks some entries and installs one-way doors in main entry areas, so the mice can get out but not back inside, otherwise known as "exclusion". I thought their fees were reasonable, and I would definitely work with them again if there is ever a need. I highly recommend this company.
