Very fast response. Very professional and over all a great experience. I asked for a quote on a tree removal on a Friday afternoon and got a response quickly and on the same day had a guy come by to check the tree. On the day of the removal they were very professional and cleaned up after. The price they quoted us is very reasonable. If I have any tree work I will ask for their services again. read more

***REPEAT CUSTOMER, REPEAT EXCELLENT SERVICE*** I may have left THE very first review for Heriberto and Urban Tree Care 4 years ago. Please read my previous review because it's pretty much the exact same scenario and outcome. No need to hesitate with Urban Tree Care. Thank you Heriberto and Lizet for the excellent service and communication. read more

They are very fast and professional! They came immediately to trim my big tree that was way too overly grown. I was paying my gardener $600-$800 every year to trim this tree obviously it made it grow out even more. The guy said it can cause more growth if you just trim it like that. Which makes sense.. They are licensed and have insurance to perform work with houses with HOA. Now I have less fallout. Their pricing is very reasonable and they bring big work truck with shredding machine along with the truck. I highly recommend. read more

They were quick to come out, took a quote and squeezed me on the schedule! They were professional, best priced , and super knowledgeable! I highly recommend them for free service! I was able to get my tree cut down ! read more

**SECOND REVIEW** When the big wind came through about a month ago, I called for help at 6:45a as I had great service from them in the past. I large, LARGE, limb had split off my tree. They were at my house in about half hour. And did a fantastic job saved the tree. The cost? Very reasonable. Less than a call-out fee for an appliance!!! While he was here, I asked for a quote on several other trees and Heriberto gave a VERY reasonable quote and then back for a perfect job. They are always so careful to leave things tidy (even picking leaves out of out rocks). So blessed to have found them. read more

Requested an estimate via the Yelp process. They were responsive and communicative throughout. The price was excellent for the work requested and completed. Humberto and team were timely. The cleanup and removal made it appear like they were never there. read more

They were prompt and pleasant to work with. I recommend them for any tree work in the future! read more

Highly recommend Heriberto and his team at Urban Tree Care! They are friendly, highly skilled and experienced with great customer service and fair pricing. From start to finish, everything was seamless. They came out the same day for a quote, made scheduling easy with clear communication, and accommodated my schedule. Multiple trees were removed, including some in tricky spots on a slope. The work was completed exactly as promised, with excellent attention to detail and with extra effort--especially ensuring an invasive tree was fully removed and wouldn't grow back. The crew handled everything carefully, including navigating their stump grinding machine through the yard. They left the area spotless and also made sure I was fully satisfied before wrapping up. Overall, Urban Tree Care is fantastic and exceeded expectations. I would gladly use them again. read more

I used this company twice now for major tree trimming. I have been very happy with this company and will definitely use them again. Fast response and great service. Pricing was Beverly reasonable compared to 3 other quotes we requested. Will definitely use them again

Had this Acacia tree growing roughly 15 feet from the side of my home. This caused a nightmare for both my neighbor and myself. Leaves were getting on the roof and clogging the gutters. It was endless sweeping and it was getting tiresly annoying. Imagine the roots beneath the ground? I don't want to even think about it. I've inherited this problem from the previous owner. It had to be dealt with. I took 2 bids on the job and both assured damages to my property would be covered by insurance "if" it were to occur. Also they both explained they would cut with care. It came down to picking one and chose Heriberto. Heriberto has 25 years of experience which reflects on his team doing the work. I honestly was surprised they finished the job within a day. The job consist of a complete removal with stump grind. I've hired others in the past that took 3 days to finish the job. That's impressive. Never hire anyone without being insured. Things happen and I know from experience. Urban Tree Care provided service to my expectations. They even left my property as neat as possible and I highly appreciated that. read more

Heriberto just completed a wonderful job thinning and shaping of my large front yard sycamore tree along with cleaning up and shaping my crepe-myrtle and preparing it for winter. This is the second time I have used Urban Tree Care and just like before their crew of four were professional, efficient, very complete and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. read more

Urban Tree Care came out much quicker than I ever anticipated, especially considering PG&E gave us an extremely tight turnaround to have our trees trimmed. They truly went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule, which we greatly appreciated. The team was extremely professional, did excellent work, and exceeded our expectations. The pricing was very fair, and the results were fantastic. Several of our neighbors plan to use them as well, and we will absolutely be calling Urban Tree Care again in the future. Highly recommend! read more

Once again Eddy and his crew came over and totally transformed my 2 1/2 acre lot. It was full of overgrown bushes and trees not to mention all of the dead branches and bamboo . Eddy and the guys spent 4 days trimming, cutting and generally whipping it all into shape. The place looks like a park now . For all that they did, i thought that he gave me a very reasonable price. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. They also chipped everything and hauled it away. You really can't do better than Eddy's Urban Tree Care. Trish Coveney-Rees They also ground down a quite a few stumps from other trees I have cut down over the years. It's so good to have a totally honest, hard working crew like Eddy and his guys!!! read more

My neighbor planted his Christmas tree YEARS ago and it spiraled to dizzying heights. With it being so close to my roof and gutters, the needles wreaked havoc. I jumped on Yelp to get some quotes. Not only did Heriberto reply lightning fast, but he was able to quote and finish the job within days. Heriberto and his crew were fast, safe, reliable and super friendly, going ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and beautifully done. I cannot recommend Urban Tree Care enough. JUST CALL THEM! Thank you for the great experience!! read more

I recommend Urban Tree care. They were Great with communication, reliable, licensed, professional and gave me a written estimate. Of the 3 bids I received, Urban Tree care was the middle bid. I had a great experience with Urban Tree Care. I have several trees in my backyard that needed trimming and one that needed to be completely removed and the stump ground. I had already received a quote with another tree company, but they turned out to be unreliable and a headache when it came to scheduling the job. Lizet was easy to reach and quick to schedule a visit for a quote. Heriberto showed up at the promised time and gave me a competitive quote. When it came to scheduling the job, they were available within a few days to carry out the work, which was a relief to me as I'd already wasted some time with the previous company. The work was completed promptly and efficiently on the day of the appointment. Heriberto was good about communicating with me on the details as the job went along and making sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up the yard before they left. Overall it was a very smooth and easy process to do business with them and I'm happy that I could support a local business. read more

I found Urban Tree Care through Yelp and decided to give them a try. The positive reviews were correct! Heriberto was punctual, friendly and gave a reasonable quote. He penciled us in the next day. The following day he and two other gentlemen trimmed back trees in our backyard that were touching our home. They also trimmed back and shaped our big rosemary bushes. After they were finished, everything looked so clean. I'm very pleased with their work and will call on them again when I need their services. Thank you very much! read more

I hired Urban Tree Care to trim approximately 10 trees in the front and back yard of my home. A crew of three led by Heriberto arrived early this morning, on time, and did an amazing job. These guys are pros, and very safety conscious while doing this work. I enjoyed watching them work. Very well organized, skilled and efficient. I thought this job would take a full day but they were finished by noon. They cleaned up the back and front yards perfectly. It was a pleasure having them here! Heriberto's estimate was so reasonable that I didn't feel it necessary to get another quote. I was impressed by the reviews they've gotten from other customers. So I give them 5 Stars!5 read more

Heriberto came out and gave me a bid that seemed reasonable adding in another tree and shaping another tree. The crew showed up the scheduled day promptly and went right to work. I don't usually post reviews, however URBAN TREE CARE definitely deserves my write up. A week ago today, we had two oversized pines and a palm removed from our front yard and we couldn't be ecstatic with the job that was done! I called five tree companies for estimates so we had a good selection for comparison purposes. URBAN TREE CARE set up an appointment while on the phone for a couple days later. Heriberto, owner and arborist, showed up on time, presented professionalism and extreme knowledge regarding our trees and the job we were requesting. One very noteworthy action that I want to mention when he arrived, he put his face covering on before approaching my husband and I. He was the ONLY tree company representative to do so! Due to the times we currently live in, this showed us how conscientious, responsible and caring their company was. We selected URBAN TREE CARE based on what I've mentioned as well as they had a great price and a full action plan for the job. I also appreciated that they were a small family owned business. They arrived on 9/9/2021 exactly as scheduled, introduced me to his team, and off to work they went. I watched the entire job and Heriberto was like a maestro with his orchestra, giving hand signals and whistling to let his team know where he wanted the large limbs and branches to land below. With precision, they fell exactly as directed. It was amazing to watch! They removed all three trees, chipped the branches and limbs, loaded the large, full trunks into a separate truck and cleaned the entire street and property as if they were never there. They team came back the following day to finish with the stump grinding. The front of my house never looked so good and bright! Thank you URBAN TREE CARE for an amazing experience and we look forward to calling you again for other tree care needs we have. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Urban Tree Care on August 21,2024. After extensive research, I decided on their company to remove 2 oaks, one was diseased, trim all of the trees hanging over my roof, and trim Crepe Myrtles and olive trees. They worked all day. They were easy to communicate with and made sure I was kept informed and involved during the day. I was so impressed with Heriberto, the owner of the company. He is skilled and so knowledgeable about trees. They are fully insured and have all of their licenses in place. His wife, Lizet, was a pleasure to work with scheduling the job and working around neighbor scheduling etc. You won't be disappointed with Urban Tree Care! The team at Urban Tree were very friendly & you likely could negotiate prices for what you need done. Their admin team is responsive and the field team were efficient and courteous while on the job. So why the 3 stars? Despite their great customer service, this team are not arborist (those with certified knowledge of trees) by any means. Though this is not a bad thing, especially if you just want to cut down a tree.. I highly recommend reaching out to another company with better knowledge of trees. We had them provide an both an assessment & estimate of our acaia trees and they said that we wouldn't need to trim or & prune too much since they won't fall (my primary concern). Obviously, we can't control Mother Nature and this years winter was no exception. Unfortunately, our tree did fall and it's likely due to 1) crazy weather and 2) not the correct type of trimming & pruning they did with it being significantly top heavy. Unfortunately, we ended having to call them out no more than a few months after they did the initial work and were still charged a significant amount to remove the trees they said wouldn't fall. Again, great team to do basic free cut down.. but don't rely on them for assessment of trees. read more

Oh my gosh! We had a huge double trunked pine that was starting to separate at the base. Heribierto and his crew made quick work of taking it down w/o getting any branches into the neighbors yard and doing a beautiful job cleaning up the yard afterwards. Lisbet (sp?) handled the transaction over the phone and email so easily. It was a pleasure to talk with her. Oh, they pruned up two palm trees too! Starting at 8, they were done by 1:30. Including lunchtime! Happy cinco de Mayo! read more
