This team was fantastic. The arborist who evaluated our trees was really knowledgeable, and on the day of the appointment, he brought a large team that did really great work. I was impressed with the cleanup as well. They were super responsive when we asked for more thinning in specific trees, and really helpful in telling us where things we were asking for might damage that specific type of tree. He helped us to remove two big pine trees that were obscuring our view as well as trimmed some heritage oak trees (that are a few hundred years old!) on our property. They pruned our apple and olive trees, cut back some other trees from growing onto our roof and away from the powerlines. They also removed a stump from an old tree as a courtesy as well as some unwanted privets that were taking over our backyard. In addition, they took care of our severely overgrown hedges. I met with Sarafin who reviewed each of the four trees on my property. He was knowledgeable, provided me with advise on the best ways to prune my trees so that they were able to survive. I wanted to lower a Birch that had grown to about 50 feet tall and we discussed the best ways to do it over the course of a few years so that the tree could recover from each pruning. They showed up early, parked their truck in a safe manner on the street with hazard cones, and went to town on my trees! They were efficient, knowledgeable, FAST, and made sure to talk to me and check in with me about what I wanted. I've worked with three licensed tree trimmers before and they are by far the BEST TEAM I've worked with. They left the area super clean when they were done. I had them trim/prune a Magnolia, a birch, a willow, and an orange tree. What I liked best was how much they checked in with me to make sure they were on the right track.
